Joaquim and his daughter Patricia are simply the best hosts - ever. I cannot explain with enough words how kind, helpful and generous they are. The house is well situated in Porto with private, secure parking. We elected to Uber around town, super easy and always a car within a couple of minutes. The house itself is comfortable with all the amenities you need. But, it was definitely Joaquim and Patricia who made our experience the best we could have wished for. Thank you so much.

Madame Rodrigues est une personne d'une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un bel accueil. Le logement très propre est très agréable très bien équipé..nous nous sommes agréablement sentie comme chez nous. Un grand merci. Madame Da silva. Pellegrino Gilberte.

Residência ampla, muito iluminada, com dois bons terraços, bem mobiliada e equipada, ambientes agradáveis fazem a gente se sentir em casa. Um pouco afastada da zona turística (nada que um Uber ou uma caminhada não resolvam). Uma rua estreita, calma e ao lado de uma praça bonita, arborizada (com uma estação de metro, muito bom no Porto) e com bom comércio ao redor. A casa não me parece indicada para pessoas com qualquer restrição de movimento, muito idosas ou com bebês pois há muitas escadas (são três níveis). Ótima internet, boa limpeza, gostamos de tudo. O atendimento da Yourhost foi atencioso e deu tudo certo.

The house is wonderful and so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Very, very comfortable for a group of eight women. We all loved the house! Also, the host was super helpful and responded to all our questions very quickly. Found some lovely places to eat nearby when we didn’t fancy the 20/30min walk into the centre of Porto. Cabs were very cheap so it’s not a problem staying a little further out. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location that was quite and had great restaurants around it. was also easy to get to the main part of town on the tram or by taxi. Awesome place, I would stay again.

A casa é super bem equipada e cuidada. Todos os quartos (os 8) têm wc. A Luisa é super simpática e deixou-nos fazer o check out um pouco mais tarde. O único ponto negativo foi a piscina ser partilhada com a outra casa, de resto tudo perfeito :)

Lovely property which was quiet and secluded. Facilities and aircon excellent also. If I have any criticism there could have been better communication re fixtures and appliances, bins, recycling, etc. The instruction to access the keys was excellent though not all of us are familiar with electronic gates! The water pressure is not great for showering despite taking it in turns and the toaster tripped the fuse to the whole kitchen on arrival which was interesting trying to find the fuse board to put it right though Rodrigo did respond to our call quickly. On balance a lovely place and would consider visiting again.

Joanna’s friend Cristina welcomed us upon arrival and was responsive to any inquiries we had. They allowed me to have a dinner party there to celebrate my 40th birthday with a recommended private chef Emidio to share Portuguese cuisine. The property was incredible! Recommend during summer months to enjoy the pool. Thank you Joanna and Cristina!

We were a group of 8 in our mid 30s and really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice being so close to the water, the sound of the ocean was so peaceful to fall asleep to. I don’t think we would have been down to this part of the area if we hadn’t stayed here so it was nice to be next to the nature preserve. It’s very easy and surprisingly cheap to get a Bolt into Porto or to the cable cars and walking, so it was worth being a bit further out for us to have such a nice big house to stay in.

Very easy to communicate. Very friendly in all sense. Nice place for big families. Thank you again.

A wonderful property. The pool was amazing. We had everything we needed. Luis was great in answering questions we had. He looked after the pool maintenance while we were there. Would love to come back again.

Marisa’s property was absolutely perfect for our family (10 adults). The individual apartments were lovely, clean and comfortable and gave everyone their own personal space while also providing a common space for us to gather. We were greeted promptly on our arrival with a tour and clear instructions. (And a nice welcome basket of goodies!) The location was also great, giving us access to restaurants and attractions. Very walkable to most places. Highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay was clean and relaxing and the pool was great for the family. The host was very helpful and friendly, informed us of local restaurants and events in the area including a medieval festival that was taking place whilst we were there. Communication was easy, was more than happy to help. Thank you again!

A Elisa e o Luís foram inexcedíveis a tornar a estadia na sua casa um ótimo tempo de convívio para toda a nossa família. Disponibilizaram o relvado para um campo de volei de praia que coube na perfeição, o que se tornou a cereja no topo do bolo.

The Villa was clean, super spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Just a 2 min walk from the beach, with a bakery and some restaurants also close by. Everything worked out just perfect and we had no complaints and Clara responded to messages relatively quickly. We really enjoyed the Villa and our stay. The only issue was communicating with the person who we had to contact when we needed something once we stayed at the Villa, response to our questions was usually late.

Geweldig huis met een mooi zwembad. Hier kan je je goed een tijdje vertoeven. De host is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel!

This villa is beautiful and has many features which unfold every day. Each bedroom has a desk, the kitchen is professional, the tennis court, ping pong, billiard, and the hockey table bring lots of joy and fun. The pool is great for sunny afternoons. Jean-Francois received us very well with warm hospitality and attention to details. We ordered his brick oven pizza one night which was a very special treat. He made delicious coffee every morning and kindly shared with us and treated us with a basket from his garden.

Although there was 6 of us, 4 couples accommodated easily with kitchen and social areas to match. Quite a walk to amenities and beach. Although we had a hire car (almost essential for shopping etc) to go to Porto was only €15 Euros using Uber so didn’t bother driving there. Photos make it look smaller than it is, quite spacious and comfortable. Pool very clean and well maintained. Very quiet surroundings / no noise from neighbours. Host was close by if needed (although we didn’t need to get in touch). Beds very comfortable and we all had a lovely holiday. Thanks again.
