I have had the most wonderful time in Cristinas lovely apartment. Everything was just perfect for my relaxed week on the beach. Super good and fast help from Cristina and Mr Valerio when I had some problem with the hot water…and managed to lock myself out dressed only in my dressing-gown 🤪 Thank you for the most wonderful time. I would love to come back again and I can highly recommend Cristina as your host🙏❤️🙏

La communication avec Rodrigo a été fluide et réactive. L’ appartement est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité. Le balcon est un plus qui nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner et de bénéficier de la vue extra ordinaire chaque matin. Les sentiers de randonnées et la plage au pied de la maison ont fait notre bonheur !

I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5 for the communication of the host. I asked quite a few questions and everytime I was met with a really friendly and helpfull response within minutes. The house is beautiful, needs little repairs here and there but overall super comfortable. The kitchen is super well equipped and huge, cooking is wonderful in this place! Little things I didn't like: - The house has big windows, and multiple neighbors can look into the garden and the house. Not so much privacy - The couch had a lot of doghairs, and we had no way of cleaning the hairs from our clothing properly We were able to extend for one night and also have a late checkout, which was really great. In the end we left the house with a great feeling, so thank you!

Christiana really made us feel at home from the very first second. There were chocolates and wine upon arrival, and the room felt personal without ever giving the sense of 'intruding' in someone else's home. It always seemed as if the host anticipated our needs before we even encountered an issue. Also, before arriving, Christiana sent an online guide with information about the home, the surroundings, and everything else we might need. It was a great experience!

This was the best house we have stayed in around the Aljezur/Arrifana area. This was our 3rd visit to the area and we stayed at Marta’s on a friends recommendation. There are even peekaboo views of the ocean. The house is non-corporate in every good way. There is an ancient piano in the living room - and it was correctly tuned! There is local art and the furniture is not just ikea cheap stuff. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The area is great - kind of in between two different beaches. You can drive 3 minutes to a bunch of restaurants or walk 10 minutes to a few others at the roundabout. We did a run in the morning and there’s even a lake about 5 minutes away. All very peaceful, no traffic. We would happily stay here again.

The house is lovely and in a perfect position for all the beaches and Porto Covo. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our dog. It is so quiet and tranquil.

We had a really great time in Porto Covo. The house is tidy and clean. We loved the pool and there are also beautiful beaches only a five minute walk away. Tania is very friendly and answered all our questions quickly. Booking recommended :)

Nice view from our deck…stunning if you walk across the street. Easy walking distance to two delicious restaurants (February) Fair amount of steps to go up (~flights) if you have any mobility issues. Room was small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the extra beds in the loft. Kitchen is quite small, but was able to make a couple delicious meals. (No breakfast during winter months) Just loved this location and town. All in all, would highly recommend.

La maison est vraiment confortable pour 7 personnes, la cuisine est tres bien équipée. Situation parfaite pour rejoindre les spots de surf. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Good size house for a big family, very good and sunny space outside with a big pool. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat at home, and the dinner table could accommodate everybody at the same time. Very close to the beach - you can even see the sea from some of the windows in the first level - and all the amenities and shops in the local village.

Very great place with amazing views over Arifana beach. We would come back in a heatbeat and would 100% recommend to stay here!

The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. We immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean. The two pools are big plus. We just loved it and will probably be back.

Het appartement is mooi, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke week wordt het helemaal.schoon gemaakt en worden de bedden schoon opgemaakt. Het enige dat ik wil opmerken is, dat je moet douchen in bad. Dat is niet handig, zeker niet als je wat ouder bent zoals wij (75 en 67) dus ik zou adviseren een inloopdouche te plaatsen. Maar als dat niet kan maak dan een paarvstevige handgrepen rondom het bad, zodat iedereen veilig kan in- en uitstappen. Maar ik kan iedereen dit appartement aanbevelen, want het is heel goed en het uitzicht over de oceaan is mooi en het dorp Arrifana is heel fijn met prachtige uitzichten. Helaas wordt het appartement verhuurd via Air B&B. Gezien de ontwikkelingen in de Verenigde Staten en de samenwerking van de eigenaar van Air B&B met de Nazi Elon Musk zullen wij geen gebruik meer maken van deze organisatie. Maar ik denk dat Sonia het appartement ook wel op.een andere manier kan verhuren.

Incredible location overlooking the ocean. The. Ire’s are insane and the Fisherman’s Trail is right outside. There are other houses nearby but you are not aware of them. It feels very private. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is obviously used by a family who likes to cook—nothing was missing. One review mentioned a “remodel congestion”. I kind of see what they mean (there are a lot of doors!) but it did not get in the way of our enjoyment of the house. It’s quite a relaxing vacation spot that has more than you need. Plus, crispy cotton bedding! Tomàs was communicative and friendly. Thank you!

Wir hatten nur eine Woche, um uns zu erholen und dank der wunderschönen Lage und der schönen Unterkunft ist uns dies gelungen. Wir sind unglaublich dankbar, glücklich und zufrieden und wollen bald länger wiederkommen! Patricia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und tolle Gastgeberin! DANKE 🤗😊😇

Der Ausblick ist es eben. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und ist wirklich niedlich. Aufgrund der Atlantik Nähe gibt es eine permanente Grundfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung, in den Sachen, die Luft ist klamm. Ich glaube das beschreibt es ganz gut. Darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein, gut zu wissen: ich war im Februar dort wo es ohnehin nochmal anders feucht ist, aber es gibts Heizlüfter und generell alle was man braucht . Es fehlt einem an nichts um einschlafen und aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen im Ort plus diesen Ausblick ist einfach nur schön.

Waren Anfang März eine Woche mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern bei Cris in Arrifana. Das Haus ist wunderschön, vor allem der Meerblick vom Sofa aus ist grandios. Leider hat das Wetter nur teilweise mitgespielt, es gab starken Regen, der zu den Fenstern rein drückte. Im Haus war es relativ kühl. Es gibt zwei mobile Heizkörper, die punktuell einzelne Räume beheizen lassen. Da das Wohnzimmer keine Tür zum Flur hatte, haben wir eine Decke davor gehängt, um die Wärme im Wohnzimmer zu halten. Zu Fuß ist man in 10min am wunderschönen Strand in Arrifana, tolle Surfmöglichkeiten und sensationelle Bars. Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen 😁

Absolutely lovely stay. The villa itself was beautifully presented, being light, airy and extremely clean. The host was fantastic and comms were excellent. The villa itself is brilliantly situated, just a short 10 minute walk to the ocean cliffside and cafes. Surfboards, wetsuits and bikes can be rented inexpensively from a company 2 minutes walk away called Arrifana Adventure. In all, a fantastic experience. Thanks for having us!

Un petit coin de paradis! Nous avons dormi au son des vagues et découvert ce petit coin de pays particulièrement beau et sauvage. Le logement est très agréable et joli! Nous avons été accueilli avec un lit pour notre bébé et une chaise pour le faire manger (un plus pour les familles!). Petit détail: on ne voit pas la mer de l'appartement, mais on est collés à la plage, donc nous pouvons l'entendre et nous y rendre facilement. Ceci étant dit, c'était magnifique et bien situé. Nous reviendrons! Obrigado!
