The property is stunning—beautifully maintained, with charming details and breathtaking views. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully decorated, offering both comfort and style. Monica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing great local tips and being available whenever we had questions. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the serene outdoor spaces. It truly felt like a home away from home. A very beautiful place in a breathtaking natural landscape. I stayed for 6 weeks and felt welcome 24/7. Heidi was always there for me. My dog ​​was also happy in the garden and although I'm not the whirlpool type, I used it a few times and found it very pleasant.

Das Haus war atemberaubend! Die Lage war so unbeschreiblich schön. Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten. Zu 100% empfehlenswert. Monica und Sandra waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🥰

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement qui était d’une propreté comme je n’avais jamais vu. Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert le premier matin de notre arrivé a l’heure de notre convenance, ce qui est extrêmement rare. Les parents de Pedro sont des amours de personnes, toujours prêts à vous rendre service et nous ont été d’une grande aide lorsque mon fils est tombé malade pendant notre séjour, tout comme Pedro qui nous a immédiatement aidé à trouvé l’hôpital adéquat ou l’emmener. Je n’ai jamais vu des hôtes aussi gentils et serviables. Je recommande vivement ce logement avec un emplacement de stationnement gratuit ce qui est très appréciable.

A casa do engenho era tudo o que se esperava e ainda mais. Um espaço completamente descontraído, calmo e perfeito para desligar de tudo durante uns dias. O atendimento foi excelente e sempre muito prestaveis. O spa é incrível e super limpo.

Beautiful location. A great space to wind down after a busy day exploring. We hoped to stay another night to relax as we did a lot of sight seeing and the place was so pretty. Unfortunately it was booked out ;). The place is very large and great for our group of 6. The kids had a great time on the grass at the front and playing by the river. The only negative is the auto sensor lights in the hall way. These woke us up a bit. The driveway is also a little tight but we managed in our med sized car. Recommend for a peaceful stay in a beautiful location.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! A estadia foi perfeita do início ao fim. Tudo estava exatamente como nas fotos, a decoração de bom gosto e a organização do espaço superaram as expectativas. O grande destaque, sem dúvidas, foi o jacuzzi: limpo, funcionando perfeitamente e ideal para relaxar no final do dia. Cada detalhe foi pensado para proporcionar conforto, e deu para perceber o cuidado dos anfitriões com a experiência dos hóspedes. Sem surpresas desagradáveis, só boas memórias. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Le logement est superbe et très pratique, Très propre. L’environnement est merveilleux et tres paisible C’est calme et reposant, piscine jardin, barbecue , hamac … l’idéal pour passé quelques jours au calme C’est même au delà de mes espérances. Nôtre séjour était au top !!!! Je recommande a tous les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de José tout étais conforme et il a été très réactif a nos demandes, nous reviendrons.

Hele familien havde en skøn ferie i Casa do Alto. Vi havde glædet os og blev positivt overrasket. Grunden er en stor have med mange frugttræer og den er meget kuperet, hvilket gør at den smukke udsigt over dalen skifter med lyset og ens egen placering på grunden: forvent mange billeder af solnedgangen. Huset er klassisk, stort og rustikt. Vi boede i stueetagen, som har den fordel at den er god til at holde en dejlig jævn temperatur hele døgnet. Værterne er super hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Før checkin fik vi gode instruktioner til at ankomme, vi blev modtaget og fik en god introduktion til huset og grunden. Da vores bil pludselig var punkteret, hjalp værten med at ringe til biludlejning på portugisisk og fik ordnet alt med udlejning, afhentning af bil og taxa til at hente en ny bil. Det burde give en ekstra stjerne 🌟 Hele familien er flinke at snakke med og de har en sød og glad hund og en gammel rolig kat, som mest passer sig selv.

Super appartement, moderne, parfaitement équipé avec ses 3 chambres aux lits confortables et ses 2 salles de bains impécables. Plusieurs balcons, cocooning pour un et une vue imprenable sur le sanctuaire pour l'autre. Parking en sous sol ou gratuit en extérieur et très facile pour s'y garer même avec un véhicule 9 places. A recommander sans aucunes hésitations.

This was our second time staying here. We were here in July 2023 and October 2023. Location was fantastic, close to tourist attactions and local restaurants. Isa was great! She was quick to respond to any inquiries and also checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely book again when in Portugal.

Daniela is a wonderful host. From the time I arrived at her place, she was welcoming, friendly and very caring. Her place is exactly the way it’s in the pictures. We had a good time sharing our travel experiences and enjoyed the delicious soup that she had prepared. I would highly recommend her place.
