We recently stayed at this property, and I can't recommend it enough. The views are absolutely breathtaking— cliché but the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen area was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare any meals for our group. The infinity pool was the perfect size for our party, with varying depths that were ideal for families with kids to young adults like ourselves. Communication was fantastic—very responsive and clear throughout. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow of the home created a great atmosphere, and the en-suites in every room provided everyone with their own private space to get ready so we weren’t all on top of each other. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary drinks we received upon arrival, which added to the warm welcome and tour around the villa from Anders and his son Diego. The interior design was stylish and comfortable, enhancing our overall experience. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back.

Great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet respite close to all the sights in the Algarve! This place is great for those who want to self-cater and is just steps from neighbourhood parks, shops and cafes. The host is gracious, friendly and accommodating to families with young children. We enjoyed our week here and would recommend highly!

Nice spacious house on three floors with loads of room and a great pool for kids, you will need a car as the nearest supermarkets are a drive away, but is convenient to the aqua park and equidistant to Villamoura and Quarteria

No review anyone could write could sum up why YOU needed to book this beautiful villa for your holiday. As we know, sometimes it’s also people that make the place. We can conclude that not only the villa was exactly what we needed but the welcome and nano second communication via text made us feel like we just knew this couple love making peoples experiences the best. Paulo was a perfect host. Always available and super helpful. His home is in the perfect location and is in fantastic condition. It’s a beautiful place to spend some time

- Redondezas muito calmas, a casa é localizada muito perto das praias, supermercados, e até a pouco tempo de carro dos sítios mais turísticos. - Casa muito bem equipada, cozinha com vários eletrodomésticos e utensílios, todas as divisões são muito espaçosas, com ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala e ambiente muito acolhedor. - Zona do jardim espaçosa e muito agradável, com piscina e zona de churrasco. Também há local para estacionamento dentro da propriedade! - Vizinhos extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis, respeitámos as horas de silêncio (como pedido pela Kathleen) e não tivemos qualquer tipo de problemas! - Por preferência pessoal, sugerimos a adição de cortinas blackout, visto as portadas deixarem passar toda a luz (isto para pessoas que preferem escuro para dormir) - Anfitriã super simpática, sempre disponível e responde muito rápido! Como a nossa estadia foi de uma 1 semana ainda trocaram as toalhas a meio da estadia por sugestão da própria anfitriã ☺️

This villa is absolutely stunning! The best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need and more. It's extremely spacious, and the pool is a great size. It was all immaculately clean and everything had been finished to a very high standard. Susana was super responsive, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Susana, for everything :)

We stayed for five weeks, and would absolutely stay again! This villa is exactly as described. Robert and Jayne are warm, welcoming people, and are readily available nearby if you have questions (but are also completely unobtrusive, if you just prefer privacy - we enjoyed visiting.) Our stay was very comfortable - big, comfortable beds and furnishings, plenty of fluffy towels, a well appointed kitchen, and a warm pool even in February/March (well worth paying for heating). We encountered an above average amount of rain early in our stay, and really appreciated the natural fireplace, the full and varied bookshelves, and comfort of the big lounge area. When the sun came out, both the pool patio and the large, upper terrace were gorgeous spaces to relax. The area is quiet and walkable. The beach is a 15 minute walk, with a little bakery/cafe along the way. A variety of restaurants/pubs, as well as an Aldi, are even closer (and on flat terrain). Albufeira Marina is a short Uber ride away.

This house was 10/10 - We lived here a group of 7 friends for a week. The view from the house is so beautiful, and there is an amazing pool area and tennis court! We borrowed rackets from the house and played every day. The rooms were beautiful and also the bathrooms. The hosts were easy to get in contact with and very kind. We are definitely coming back!

Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

Stayed at the property for 10 days at the start of September - had an absolutely lovely holidays! Although pool was shared - there was nobody at the pool during our whole stay and it felt like our private pool!Linda was super helpful - organised two cots, the transfer to property as well as droped us to the shop to get some food late in the evening. The house is within 10-15min walk from the beach as well as 10-15min walk from big supermarkets/shops.The taxi costs only 3-4e to get to the supermarkets so there is no need to rent a car unless you plan to travel a lot. Super quiet location so very suitable for families.

Agréable location. Ana est une hôte très agréable et disponible à toutes nos demandes. Beaucouo de jolies balades à faire aux alentours aussi bien côté mer que côté montagne. Et n’oublions pas Kiko le gentil chien de la maison qui après la méfiance des premiers jours a fini par nous adopter.

Idyllic setting, wonderful feel of space avd seclusion. Multiple terraces from which to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the beach and town surrounds. Loved this place.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious even at maximum capacity. The bedrooms are all very spacious, the location is perfect, shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and only 12 minute walk to the old town, I would highly recommend this villa and host. Perfect stay for 14 girls

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van Bruno! Mooi huis, lekker zwembad en ook nog een heerlijke jacuzzi! Bruno is een geweldige host, mega gastvrij en reageert snel op vragen. Kortom, een top vakantie gehad! Echt een aanrader.

Desde a excelente recepção/disponibilidade por parte dos anfitriões, à beleza e limpeza do espaço, é sem dúvida um espaço ao qual deixarei uma excelente recomendação! Éramos 10 adultos, 2 crianças e 2 patudos e sei que não conseguiríamos encontrar espaço mais adequado. De destacar a qualidade das camas!

We had a lovely time away for my daughter's first holiday, the weather wasn't great but having a lovely villa certainly made up for it! Helder was very helpful and the villa is so beautiful and clean, lots of space too. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Super leuke locatie. Mooi huis, zoals omschreven. Jake was goed bereikbaar. Ik beveel dit verblijf echt aan. Ik ga er zeker weer heen. Mensen uit het dorp zijn ook vriendelijk.

It was nice house with pool whis is good for children and adult. The beach is close to this house. Everything was good. Only one thing: There could be some basic spice in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), but in isnt problem to buy own in near shop.

I really liked my stay here! The host was very nice and responded very quickly. Only thing I did not like was the dogs barking in the frontyard at night, but that was nog big problem.

Vi var 6 personer, 3 generasjoner som bodde i huset. Vi fikk varmet opp bassenget, barnene badet selvfølgelig masse. Vi grillet flere kvelder, eller gikk ut på en av alle restaurantene i nærheten, det finnes en rett nedfor huset. Vi likte oss godt, ønsker å komme tilbake en dag.

Sian’s home was perfectly described, very homely and comfy. Well equipped kitchen and great beds for a good nights sleep, plenty of clean towels and cleaning products, having two bathrooms was a real bonus too. The garden has everything you need to relax in the warm weather. Sian was very responsive when I needed to make contact with her and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend her home, you do need a car as described to get out and about, however great local walks for the dogs.
