Had a great stay at this apartment staying only 30 sek from the beach. Hosts were very proactive and communicative with everything I needed and made it seem less to check in. The apartment had everything I needed and the balcony was great to hangout on. Great stay for a great price.

Super fijn appartement met zeezicht en een groot balkon! Ruime indeling en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, kruiden, suiker, koffie olie en flesje wijn.. Alvaro reageerde ook snel op mijn berichten en stond mij snel te hulp. We konden inchecken wanneer we wilden heel fijn. We zouden deze weer boeken en zeer aanbevelen.

Excelente apartamento senti-me como se estivesse na minha casa uma vez que tinha tudo o que precisava, tem todos os eletrodomésticos que necessitamos no nosso dia-a-dia. Espaço exterior bem tratado e cuidado,. Localização está perfeita, conseguimos ir para qualquer lado dr carro a 10 minutos da praia Zona muito calma e tranquila perfeito para descansar. É só chegar e acomodar.

From the first day to the last, Nuno was always there for us. Whenever there was a problem, he found a solution quickly. His cleaning ladies are friendly and very efficient. The sofa bed was brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The two balconies are quite useful, we always found a place in the sun. The parking space in the garage under the building was kept free for us, it was nice and wide.

We had a great stay. Place was great and close to everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again.

A welcome pack advising of where local places to eat and drink would have been good but not a massive issue as we like to explore. Thicker curtains in the bedroom would be beneficial for anybody who likes to sleep later. Every other aspect was great. Loads of essentials to make a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Very nice location with everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Very quiet at night easy to sleep. Quick walk to the shops/Beach and restaurants. Lovely pool on site and coffee shop. I would recommend this accommodation and if I were to go to Albufeira again I would definitely book again. One thing to note it is a steep hill to walk back but taxis and Ubers very reasonable never paid more than €4 for a trip.

Great place right next to the beach 🏝️. Diamantino is a great guy and helped us with local knowledge . Will be definitely going back there.

Un sitio muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia. Desde el alojamiento hay 20 minutos a multitud de sitios interesantes. La piscina es un plus y el porche una delicia para comer o cenar fuera. Los propietarios encantadores. Para volver.

We had a lovely time away for my daughter's first holiday, the weather wasn't great but having a lovely villa certainly made up for it! Helder was very helpful and the villa is so beautiful and clean, lots of space too. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. L’extérieur, notamment la piscine et les parties communes sont un véritable havre de paix. Merci à Annemiek pour les recommandations et à sa disponibilité. Une voiture est nécessaire pour découvrir les environs de l'algarve, mais tout est facile d’accès ! À bientôt

We spent a wonderful holiday with our parents and daughter in Belas Villa. Our flight was delayed but it wasn’t a problem as Bela gave us all the information we needed and we got access to the villa by key safe. The property has a wonderful garden well decorated lots of plants and a big swimming pool just a perfect place to relax! The house was great as well fully equipped with everything you need! We cooked a lot of seafood we bought fresh on the market and there is a bbq where we cooked delicious lamb. The Algarve region is great anyway we were kite surfing, sightseeing, on the local markets, Sand City and the overwhelmed by the amazing coast. Did a lot of hiking and just find out it was a great holiday thank you Bela!

Un logement spacieux, très bien pour un voyage entre famille ou entre amis ! La communication avec l’hôte était excellent. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles.

Hoi Ricardo, nogmaals bedankt voor ons verblijf in je fijne huis,met het grote dakterras. wat hebben we genoten,van de omgeving,de lieve portugese mensen,die allemaal even vriendelijjk waren . Het was een top verblijf,en in de 11 weken daar hebben we veel gezien,gewandeld,geklommen,de heerlijke resto,s,en van de bus die ons ook nog naar verdere bestemmingen bracht. het strand was ook toppie. lieve groetjes van Sief en Els uit Nederland.

Thomas war und ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Super hilfreich, immer offene und nette Kommunikation! Das Haus selbst war einfach toll. Die Größe des Hauses kommt auf den Bilder gar nicht richtig rüber - es ist gigantisch. Man lebt komplett für sich und hat komplette Privatsphäre. Gärtner und Poolboy halten alles rund ums Haus gut in Schuss. Wir haben 6 Wochen von hier gearbeitet - Internet tadellos, Arbeitsplätze und zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten für Calls vorhanden. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, da es etwas außerhalb liegt. Zum Galé Strand oder Albufeira fährt man ca. 12 Minuten. Ein Uber ist kostet allerdings auch nicht viel. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Intermarché in Ferreiras oder der Aldi, der nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt ist. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We highly recommend the apartments. The whole complex is very pretty and peaceful. Elsa and Fernando are very friendly and attentive. Fernando is often around and if not then he is very easy to contact if you need anything at. The cleaner is super friendly and respectful and keeps the property pristine. It was such a pleasurable stay, for sure we will return! Thank you

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento ,Susana nos recibió antes de tiempo y nos enseñó el piso , muy contentos ,seguro que volveremos . zona muy tranquila y no muy lejos de la zona de bares y acio .

Bon emplacement. À pied la mer la plage et les commerces. Au calme. Appartement bien équipé. À recommander.

Tout était parfait. L’arrivée autonome, la communication, l’emplacement, l’appartement était propre et très pratique (tout s’y trouvait : suffisamment de couverts, un lave vaisselle, un sèche linge). La terrasse est très agréable. Tout proche de la plage. Vraiment un excellent appartement

Dos melhores espaços/ anfitriões que já apanhámos. Não só a comunicação com a Júlia foi boa mas como a facilidade que tivemos em entrar no espaço/check in e adicionar um dia extra não tem igual. O estúdio tem tudo o que precisámos e a localização é das melhores senão a melhor. vamos voltar s dúvida!!

Uma estadia a repetir com muito gosto. A comunicação com o Robin e a Sónia foi fácil e simpática. O apartamento estava impecável e correu tudo lindamente. Um sítio a recomendar!

Great central location close to the beach and restaurants around Armação de pera. Also a great central location if you wish to explore Algarve.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. In 10 Minuten läuft man zu einem Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus kann man sich,den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Isabel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
