The house was great and looked just like the photos! It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive when we had questions. We loved how close we were to the beach and the provided beach chairs, umbrella, etc were fantastic! We also really appreciated the provided streaming services - it was great to be able to watch Hulu without having to sign in to our account and switch our location. The local coffee shop was within walking distance and had great coffee and pastries, and the Publix was very convenient for picking up basics. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Heidi’s place!

Cheryl & Paul were the consummate hosts. They checked in on us and asked if our stay was going well. It was going great! They were very friendly and made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic time at Michael's apartment. It is right by the beach, with a beautiful view, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Michael was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were a family with little children and grandparents and everyone was comfortable and had fun. We hope to come back soon!

Clay’s place was clean and spacious. Great area, quick walk to beach and many restaurants very close! Clay was very helpful with info and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect! Super clean, spacious, quiet, and felt right at home. It's in a great location 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to several restaurants. We had such a great time exploring and relaxing during our stay. Stan is a great host and can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly cozy and had such a warm, welcoming feel. Everything we needed was right nearby, from great restaurants to local attractions, and the best part, the beach was just a short walk away! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat near the ocean, especially for a trip with your significant other, we highly recommend this place. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was our first time using Airbnb and our experience with Tammy was wonderful! Her place was exactly as described with clear instructions for before, during, and after our stay. So many little touches made us feel like we were at a home away from home and we hope to be back to visit next year!

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Great place. The location is perfect, house layout is so good, especially with 11 people that we had. Jamie was super nice and responded quickly anytime we reached out. Would definitely stay here again. The house was super clean. Thank you so much for sharing your Gift from the sea with us!

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

My first stay at this location was in the downstairs unit. Loved the host, Marty, and the location so much we reached out for this second trip, but in the upstairs. Can’t say enough about the host of course. But the location here is near so many great restaurants and friendly people and beautiful views. Yes, we will be looking to come back next year. Thank you Marty for being so helpful as always.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. The condo was decorated nicely, not overdone, very comfortable. Ground floor with our assigned parking space right outside was great when carrying in luggage & groceries. David was quick to respond and follow-up when I contacted him. We spent a month there, so we had the opportunity to meet a few resident owners who were pleasant and welcoming. The condo was very quiet with the exception of the neighbors overhead whose movements were noisy. I'd guess the floors in their room over our living room are hardwood or vinyl which don't muffle sound well. There are clear, printed instructions for everything and David has labeled all cabinets & light switches which is very helpful when you're in a new place. We had a nice dinner at the Elk House restaurant across the street. We look forward to next year.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find

We loved Jackie's condo. It was perfect for my daughter and me for our 6 day stay. We used the the beach chairs, the wagon, and the umbrella! We walked to the beach with the private boardwalk, swam in the heated pool, and we found the area very convenient for great coffee, good restaurants, and a decent grocery store. We found everything exactly as described. We also found the unpretentious nature of the neighborhood itself refreshing, and every was very friendly. What a bonus we were not expecting! 2 things to note, that in no way detracted from our stay, but might be helpful to others: 1. This sweet condo is close to the entrance of the neighborhood, and the beach access is at the opposite end of the neighborhood. Still an easy walk, but we felt it was probably a 15 minute walk from the condo to the beach. 2. The bikes are well taken care of and in great shape. However, one is very tall so us ladies being 5'5" and under had to rent our second bike for our major bike ride.

Sarah was a very responsive, friendly host who left very clear directions to make our stay a breeze. We utilized the beach chairs on site to take with us for a brief walk to relax on the beach. This unit is near the street/busy traffic light and can be noisy at times (it was spring break to be fair) but it didn’t bother us. There were several restaurants within walking distance to include Funkadelics and a fabulous coffee shop across the street. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Rose’s condo! The walk to the beach was easy for our 3 kids with the beach cart that was provided (and it was great to have the beach towels, chairs etc provided too). The pool and hot tub were only a few steps away also. The entire condo was extremely clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
