We were in town for my son's wedding and Sydney's house was perfect for our needs. I chose Sydney's house because of her quick responses to initial questions, location, and the recliners. Yes..type of furniture is important because my husband has to keep his feet elevated when sitting. The lanai and pool area were perfect for our small rehearsal dinner and the kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough to finish the wedding cake. Mind you, the house had a few flaws but for us, it was perfect for us and I would definitely stay again.

We had an outstanding experience. Perfect location, right on the water. Super clean. Everything you could possibly need. Jan is a great communicator. We kayaked on the river-very fun. Can’t think a single improvement needed. Just wonderful

The place was very clean and peaceful. It is the perfect place to just unwind and relax. Our host Tiana was very responsive and a very kind hearted soul. She genuinely cares about your experience. She made us feel very welcomed and at home. We will be back again for sure based on how warm and inviting she made the whole experience start to finish! If you are looking for a beautiful quiet place on the water with a kindhearted drama free host then I would absolutely recommend this place:)

We enjoyed our stay. Check in & checkout were simple. The location was convenient to everything. We appreciated all of the little extras (snacks, trash bags, toiletries, coffee, etc). It is clear that the hosts put thought into making the home comfortable. We didn't have a chance to use the ping pong table, or gaming systems. Very nice home!

Luxury Canal-Front Home with Pool Palm Coast

This was a great property! Very scenic and spacious for my family of four. Everything was neat and organized. Only a few minor things that come with owning a home but nothing worth mentioning. Pool and Jacuzzi were chilly but still gorgeous overlooking the canal. Beautiful home and responsive host!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property is absolutely stunning, with direct river access that made our experience truly special. Whether it was enjoying the peaceful sound of the flowing water in the morning or spending the afternoon kayaking and fishing, the river became the highlight of our trip. Just a short walk to the beach and 20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we felt right at home. However, having the WIFI password would have been convenient. If you're looking for a serene getaway with the added bonus of riverfront relaxation, I can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be returning for another stay!

Cozy Cottage on Canal backing wildlife preserve

What a wonderful stay!!! My family and I traveled to FL for Christmas and stayed in a few Airbnbs, this was by far the best! The home was beautiful and extremely clean. It was well stocked with all you need to enjoy a short or long stay. Truly a 5 star experience! We’d absolutely stay here again.

The property was a described. Great location. The host was very responsive. Only thing didn't like have to take out garbage and put dishes in dishwasher after having spent $420 in cleaning fees included in the reservation.

Amazing fishing cabin! Everything you need to walk right out the back door on to the dock to fish! Loved having the kayak and the ramp! The sunsets were amazing!!! The house had everything we needed for an amazing family trip! Excellent location! Walking distance to a few great places to eat and less than 45 minutes to downtown ST Augustine. We will for sure be back!!!

Coastal Farmhouse

We picked this rental for the space for everyone and location to our favorite restaurants. It was very relaxing and felt very private. We definitely loved the charm and beautiful touches. The details of the appliances to the rustic cabin feel was very different from a boring condo. Walking distance to a great place to eat! The neighborhood is friendly with a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway. I think this would be a great place for a large family as the sleeping options are amazing! Thanks!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We had a absolute blast. Amazing house, plenty of pace, quiet and easy to get to everything.
