Great, clean cabin on a nice bay on Oxbow Lake. The cabin is secluded and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed for 4 adults and a couple of kids for a weekend of ice fishing. Great "Up Nort" experience, nothing much to nitpick! I'd definitely consider coming back here in the future.

We stayed here for the Pond Hockey tournament and booked it last minute after someone cancelled their reservation and oh my goodness did we luck out! What an amazing home, so spacious, cozy, and quiet. I will absolutely be trying to make this our place to stay year after year when we head up to eagle river for the tourney!

This was our second (annual) stay and we are already talking about returning again next year. We had such a great stay! The location is great for us - lots of great hikes and interesting places to visit within an easy drive. The amenities of the cabin are all first rate. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and enjoyed fabulous home-cooked meals every evening. The view of the river from the cabin is so beautiful. We enjoyed seeing how it changed from moment to moment and day to day. At times there was mist rising from the water, at other times, the water sparkled brightly. Truly beautiful. We have been so looking forward to this year's week at the cabin - and it did not disappoint. I most highly recommend it to you!

We stayed here just after Christmas for a snowmobiling trip. Unfortunately there wasn’t snow, but Amy and the property manager, Taylor, were very helpful and responsive with ideas of things for us to do in Eagle River. The location of the house is perfect for restaurants, bars, entertainment, and trails (had we been able to snowmobile). The house had lots of space for our group to hang out together but also have privacy. The only thing worth mentioning is the full bathroom in the basement with the jacuzzi tub is not a shower, so those of us in the two downstairs bedrooms that weren’t the en-suite had to borrow the bathrooms in the en suite. There is a tiny shower in the main floor we could have used as well, but we all opted for sharing. The fire pit by the lake was nice. The owners nicely provided dry firewood for our use. Overall, wonderful stay!

We decided to spend the beginning of our retirement at our favorite place, Riverbend! We brought our labs with us and spent the week doing all of the things that we love! The location is amazing! We fall in love with the views of the river each time! The first day it snowed 5 inches but there was plenty of firewood for that gorgeous fireplace. We thought ahead and brought plenty of food but there's always extra in their cupboards. We used their lovely kitchen each day and grilled most evenings. The pups had plenty of room to roam and we hiked the property each day. They even helped us play cribbage! The Hosts are wonderful and let us know that the Northern Lights would be visible and also warned us of an impending ice storm. They are top notch Hosts and have always treated us amazingly! We also drove around the surrounding areas to visit other towns. oh, and we saw bear tracks a 30 minute walk away! We are counting down the days until we're back at Heavenly Riverbend!

We had a great time at the cabin! Six of us stayed and it had beautiful scenery and a warm home style feel overlooking the lake! It was a great place to stay and get to see old friends! We loved it and the host was very friendly even letting us check in early if we wanted and would have let us check out late but we didn’t arrive until the later evening and had to depart earlier then the check out, Dawn was very accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the hospitality!

Mark & Wendy's cabin was exactly as pictured - cute & cozy! They were extremely responsive hosts and gave us great recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area. I was curious if the cabin would be covered in dog hair/smell since they are allowed (which was wonderful for us, as we brought our puppy), but there were no signs of dogs other than some chewed up furniture. The lake access will be especially wonderful in the summer. We'd definitely stay there again!

Loved our couple days at Mark & Wendy’s! Such a unique little place and beautiful surroundings. So happy that they accommodated our two pups as well. We’ll definitely be back when the weather warms up a bit!

Most of the apartment has been recently remodeled & tastefully decorated with eclectic tables & lamps, thoughtfully selected artwork, mostly nature themes, some watercolors painted by one of the hosts. Nice homey touches throughout making for a pleasant stay when indoors. TV has been upgraded to a small flat screen (not shown in pictures). DVD is a regular, not Blu-ray player. It worked for us. Beds were comfortable firm. We slept well. Kitchen had most everything you need for meal making. Kitchen towels, scrubbie, dish soap & hand soap were supplied. No blender but plenty of pots, pans, bowls & dishes. One hand towel in the bathroom, otherwise bring your own bath towels. Hand soap only provided Beautiful view of the lake. Loons present every day. Boat landing is a few minutes' drive around the lake. Only drawback for some may be the length of stairs leading from the duplex down to the lake. There is a railing, but the stairs may be harder for anyone with knee issues or older folks.

Amy's stay was wonderful! The place looked exactly like the picture. Location was wonderful in the heart of downtown and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and more. Amy's instructions to get in and out were clear and simple. Lastly, she put in a very personal touch with checking in on our stay, which was appreciated. You won't go wrong with this stay!

We always enjoy our stay at Susan’s. Her place is very spacious and we always enjoy our visit. The kids love checking out the lake! We enjoy our trips to Eagle River and St Germain for fun activities. Thank you for hospitality! 😀

We had a wonderful and cozy stay in Woodruff. The apartment was easy to find, easy to get into and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the fact that we could use the garage since it snowed one of the nights that we stayed. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment again.

Joel’s listing is a perfect place for the easy days Up North! I chose Joel’s for the close proximity to town and the recreation. The apartment is nestled above a quaint restaurant and an amazing Bakery! You must try the most delectable Blueberry muffins (best muffin I have ever had) and the Sourdough Bread is so fresh it’s still warm! This place is a keeper and I will be back😜! Thank you for the hospitality!

Don'tmiss this one if it's available. Beautiful view and home with literally lakeside amenities. Host was responsive and welcoming. couldn't have asked for more.

great host and great place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful mini vacation and went to area ski hills. This condo was absolutely wonderful to return to at the end of the day! We will 100% book here again.

The condo was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The home had such a wonderful “up north” vibe and the furnishings were very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the home was stocked with everything you’d need. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Judy’s. Nice and clean with all the amenities needed. We had a nice weekend getaway. There’s a nice big window in front of the bed, when you wake up first thing you see are the birds and wildlife and a great view of Plum Lake.
