El lugar muy tranquilo, amplio y con vistas increíbles. Es un espacio bonito y seguro, ideal para familias y amigos que buscan relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Our stay was great. Luis was our main contact and responded very quickly. The house is fabulous in a very private and scenic setting. Gorgeous views from every window and the deck. The deck chairs etc were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The WIFI is adequate (7-9 mbps) but it works. The walk down to Vilcabamba center is at least 50 minutes and we always used a taxi to come back. If it is raining be sure to get a cab with four wheel drive which are plentiful. Luis also has a four wheel drive and offered to take us back and forth numerous times. The pool was spotless and really nice and we did not need to have it heated. Like most of Latin America there are 3-4 dogs on the property but for the most part they did not bark much. You are a little out of town but the privacy and views were exactly what we wanted. We loved this place and are already working on a return.

Host was very puntual and kind. House was very spacious, a lot backyard space and the pool. We had a wonderful time with our family.

Muy cómoda la casa, pensaron en todo desde el área social y los dormitorios. Nos sentimos como en casa, segura y cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Daniel and his family are lovely humans, very kind, welcoming, and supportive of anything we needed. The place was gorgeous, spacious, and most comfortable. My partner and I would absolutely stay again.

I felt so very blessed to have spent one month in paradise here! Phil and Suzannah are the quintessential hosts, the most lovely, kind, helpful folks you’ll ever meet! The care they have infused into their property and living forest is palpable in the beauty found in every corner. The apartment itself is exceptionally comfortable, pristine, and beautifully designed, with so many artistic touches. For those that are interested in regenerative farming, you will be captivated! Even if you don’t have a particular interest in this topic, the abundance of fruit & vegetables available to harvest is such a wonderful treat! I was bothered by the mosquitoes, however. Despite Phil’s multiple attempts to help, they sometimes even bit me in the apartment. Additionally, those that are sensitive to noise should know that you can hear quite a bit from the floor above. When this was brought to the host’s attention, however, the noise level decreased. Overall, my stay was magical!! ✨✨🙏

Martha's place is well situated within the city. There are many businesses located near by; including a convenient store right at the corner. It was very easy to get into the place which is on the second floor with a great view. Martha is kind and responsive. The kitchen is fully stocked and it also has a beautiful rooftop garden and laundry service. I would come back and highly recommend it.

Without a doubt, the apartment is super clean and so nice and peaceful. You feel like you are at home. But all that, it’s no match to how Martha “the host” friendliness and communication. My next stay without a guess is I’ll be at Martha’s apartment. Thank you so much for everything 😊

Stayed for almost three months and had a wonderful time. Martha is very responsive and respectful of her guests. The upstairs gardens is so special. The apartment is comfortable and pristine.

Enjoyed my time here very much. As it turned out there was a problem with the water heater in the unit I had contracted and ended up with a much larger facility. I only used one of the three bedrooms but the kitchen was highly functional and the adjacent dining room was lovely. The bedroom was very nice, also. In Ecuador many people have dogs for security and in this regard was "very secure", with the concomitant periodic barking, a minor negative. Overall, though, a very positive experience and enjoyed conversing with both mom and daughter- lovely people!
