Villa Aiola : locations de maisons de vacances

Casa molto bella, ricca di storia ,ampi spazi, giardino grande e perfettamente attrezzato. Cucina grande e luogo perfetto per ritrovarsi con amici e parenti. Una bella esperienza.

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

We stayed with a group of friends at the house and had a great stay. Marjolein was very kind, always reachable and also provided a list with recommendations for the surroundings. The house was well equipped and the view from the house was outstanding. We are very thankful for the great time we had at Marjoleins beautiful place and can definitely recommend it.

Grande e bell'alloggio a Camporgiano, piccolo paesino della Garfagnana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione perfetta per diverse passeggiate o trekking sulle Apuane. Alloggio grande, ben organizzato e chicca il giardino per fare colazione la mattina col sole.

Consigliatissimo per staccare e immergersi nella natura e nella spa stupenda

The accommodation was great and exactly as described in the listing. The place is beautiful and very cozy. It's a bit remote, and depending on your car, getting there can be a little tricky — but it's absolutely worth it once you arrive at the house. We had a wonderful stay!

Een geweldige tijd gehad

Il soggiorno e' stato perfetto. La casa e' molto bella e situata in una posizione tranquilla. L'ampio spazio esterno recintato l'ha resa una ottima soluzione per noi che viaggiamo con due cagnoloni. Host preciso e puntuale, insomma e' andato tutto molto bene. Grazie mille!

Nous avons passé trois semaines de juillet en famille avec nos deux enfants de 3 ans et 7 ans. Le cadre est magnifique. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyé un seul instant. Entre les promenades en forêt, les excursions à la rivière, l'observation de la nature, les jeux en famille sur le terrain, il y a de quoi déconnecter tout en étant dans un environnement à la fois calme, agréable et chaleureux. Les trois maisons partagent un même(grand) terrain ouvert mais isolé. C'est à nous de décider des contacts que l'on veut avoir ou non avec les voisines. Quand à Dario et Helena, ce sont deux personnes magnifiques. Ce sont des hôtes.ses idéale.s, à la fois d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles mais jamais intrusifs. Leur présence sur les lieux rend le séjour vraiment plus agréable.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Questa casa mantovana ristrutturata sapientemente in stile vintage è una piccola perla in centro a Mantova e in un'area tranquillissima della città (nonché comodissima alla stazione dei treni, all'area pedonale, supermercati, locali e farmacie). Una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli per chi come me ama l'arredamento. Ho travato, ordine, organizzazione, pulizia e tutto il necessario per un incantevole soggiorno. La conversazione con Elisa è stata davvero piacevole, spero di tornare presto!!

Beautiful home in a nice location. Close to La Spezia and to some of the most beautiful places around the Gulf of Poets as well as the cinque terre villages along the coastline

Unser Aufenthalt in Piazza al Serchio in Andreas Unterkunft war wunderbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea war sehr flexibel mit dem Check-In und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist groß, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich wunderschön. Leider war während unseres Besuchs kein WLAN verfügbar, aber das war kein Problem für uns. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub! ☀️

La casetta è molto accogliente dotata di spazi ampiamente vivibili. Pulizia accurata. Il terrazzo rappresenta un valore aggiunto, la sera c’è un piacevole venticello che alleggerisce la calura delle giornate estive. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

This apartment is better than the photos and very much worth the drive. The Stunning peaceful views over the village and the valley are ever changing with time of day and the weather. Inside it is tastefully renovated and comfortable There is plenty to explore in the area. Roby was very friendly and welcomed us in English which was helpful. He was very responsive to our needs during our stay A unique experience in a fascinating part of Italy

Casa perfetta per soggiorni brevi. Pulita e fornita di un’abbondante colazione ed acqua. Antonio molto chiaro nella descrizione delle modalità d’accesso.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und konnten uns jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden. Auch eine Option zur Buchung von Frühstück wäre möglich gewesen. Diese haben wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir uns über die bereitgelegten Gesellschaftsspiele gefreut. Die Dusche war jedoch nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen. Auch die Anreise stellte sich als kleine Herausforderung dar, da Google Maps uns irrtümlicherweise über einen Wald zur Unterkunft führte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Auch die Cinque Terre waren von der Unterkunft aus gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland:)

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.
