Villa Crespo : locations de vacances avec sauna

I was very happy with my stay and hope to stay here again whenever I make it back to Buenos Aires. Excellent neighborhood, near a metro stop, very nice building. Alejandro was very responsive and flexible. When I got there, he pointed out two minor issues he had discovered just before. I told him they really did not bother me, but since I had to be stuck inside the apartment working for some of my stay anyway, he could fix them if he wanted. He did fix them and was very communicative and respectful, always making sure he would not be interrupting nor entering the apartment with me being there. He really was an ideal host and the apartment is wonderful.

Fiquei na casa de Marcelina durante duas semanas e foi ótimo! Pude trabalhar remotamente, pois a internet era muito boa! O prédio possui uma boa academia e nos arredores encontramos muitos restaurantes bons.

Andrés es un excelente Anfitrión, amable, atento, y excelente comunicación. El apartamento es muy lindo, amplio, limpio, con una linda vista, volvería siempre. Tiene un baño y medio. La presión del agua excelente. Y la cama muy cómoda. El ares es muy buena, hay muchos comercios cerca. Gracias Andrés!

Todo perfecto, el depto es tal cual se lo describe, con todos los servicios en perfecto estado. Ubicación inmejorable. El anfitrión siempre atento y respuesta rapidísima. Recomiendo 100%. Volvería sin dudas.

I want to make a fair and honest review on my stay. The place is well located for anyone visiting BA. The amenities in her building are great. When we arrived the place was not very clean, towels were old and looked very stained the comforter and bed sheets need replacing but the sheets were clean. In her behalf, after communicating with her, she sent her cleaning lady and she had the place cleaned for us. This is why we continue with our stay there. I hate to not give her all the ⭐️ but I would be misleading to anyone of my fellow travelers as my experience was not perfect when I arrived from a 10 hr flight ✈️. We had issues with the water heater and couldn’t shower the first night. But to be fair she did fix ALL the issues and my stayed was better afterwards. She replaced the towels for new ones and had the apt cleaned up upon request and had someone fix the water heater. I am sure in the future travels this place will be immaculate. I would definitely 💯 recommend this place.

Great place for my first visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommend as it has incredible views is in a quieter part of town and feels very secure. Augusto was very communicative and accommodating.

Brilliant stay! The flat is lovely and is in a great location, the pool and other facilities were great as well. Veronica was very helpful with our questions, responding very quickly. we met her partner when checking out and he was very friendly.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s place! In a safe area of Buenos Aires, and the pool was great to cool down. Would recommend staying here!

El Depto de Marcela, es tal cual la foto, bien equipado, con todas las comodidades. Ella nos recibió muy amablemente! La ubicación excelente!

O espaço é bonito e está muito bem localizado ! No coração da cidade em frente ao Porto Madero ! Fácil acesso e seguro ! Gostamos muito , mas como sugestão, poderiam ter deixado ao menos duas garrafas de água como cortesia! As toalhas e roupas de cama também precisa melhorar , não condições o espaço

L’hôte a été super, très réactive et très arrangeante ! L’appartement est super, malgré le fait que pour une femme seule ça peut être un peu stressant de rentrer le soir. Mais super expérience, piscine géniale, immeuble très confortable et parfaitement sécurisé !

Our stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable and worked perfect for a family of 4 and the building and surroundings are great. Cecilia was great responding super quickly. We would definitely choose it again.
