Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Casa impeccabile, come da descrizione, servizi ottimi per adulti e bambini. La casa é perfetta anche per i proprietari di cani, perché gli spazi sono molto ampi, completamente recintati e la zona é molto tranquilla. Federico é un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Posto incantevole, nelle colline Marchigiane. Fin troppo incantevole, tanto é che abbiamo passato molto tempo in relax in Villa. Peccato per lo Stradello non asfaltato che collega la strada principale alla villa. Host super disponibile e gentile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

Casa grande con vista bellissima e grande piscina con un vista meravigliosa su Mondavio. Luca è molto ospitale e amichevole!

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Das Haus ist toll und Guido ist sehr freundlich. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison hier waren, war fast alles in Porto Verde geschlossen. Während der Saison ist es sicher ein wunderschönes Örtchen, wo einiges los ist! Die privaten Parkplätze sind sehr praktisch. Leider ist die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet zum Kochen. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen würde. Wir hätten gerne Mal kurz gesaugt. Alles in Allem ein wirklich tolles Haus!

Tilava ja kaunis Villa, jossa iso piha ja uima-allas. 4 aikuista + 1&3 vuotiaat lapset mahtuivat erinomaisesti. Keittiö on todella tilava ja toimiva. Andreas kanssa viestittely oli erittäin nopeaa ja sujuvaa, hän varasi meille taksit lähtöpäivän sekä vuokra-autot koko matkan ajaksi, jotka odottivat meitä juna-asemalla valmiina saapuessamme! Vuokra-auto(t) ovat lähes välttämättömät jos haluaa nähdä tunnin matkan päässä olevia kohteita. Viinin ystäville iso suositus käydä Guerrierin viinitilalla.

We were 15 friends staying at Laura&Tania's house. We have seen some very beautiful sights from houses like this, but the view from this one has been the best one so far! It offers unobstructed views of both the sunrise and the sunset and incredible views of the surrounding mountains. There was nobody else other than us on the estate and there are no other houses within hearing distance, so one does not need to worry about disturbing any neighbors when being outside past bedtime. The house offers an industrial kitchen more than suitable for cooking meals for 15 people and lots of space outside for all of them to sit and eat together. If it is too chilly outside, a large living room provides enough space for all to sit inside, with lots of distance to the bedrooms so nobody is disturbed by any noise from within it. The pool was clean and awesome to swim in on hot afternoons. All in all, there is very little to criticize about Laura&Tania's villa and we can fully recommend staying there!

Luogo fantastico e davvero ben tenuto. Spazi esterni ampissimi. Appartamenti grandi il giusto, puliti e ben curati. La signora Luciana molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina ha un panorama molto bello ed è ben tenuta. Chiaramente bisogna essere in macchina perché nelle vicinanze a piedi non si trova nulla ma in auto a 5/10 minuti avete tutto ciò che serve. Soggiorno consigliatissimo.

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

Que dire de la maison paradisiaque de Stefano et Simona ! Tout a été parfait ! Un coin de paradis en Ombrie qui nous a permis de profiter des visites proches et de la piscine lagon et du jardin aux heures chaudes Stefano et Simona sont accueillants, très gentils, et nous ont aidé dès que nous avions besoin. Un séjour paradisiaque donc ! N hésitez pas !

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Ottimo posto in cui rilassarsi a pochi passi da Perugia. Appartamenti come da descrizione e completi di tutto. Piscina a pochi passi dagli appartamenti con area giochi adiacente, comodo per chi ha bambini. Magari si potrebbero sistemare le altalene che si vedono nelle foto. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene con il ristorante ma per il resto é un ottimo posto in cui passare qualche giorno lontano da tutto.

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta con spazi ampi adatta a gruppi numerosi. E’ inoltre anche bene attrezzata. Consiglierei di migliorare l’appartamento al piano terra per quanto riguarda la cameretta ed il bagno. Il proprietario è stato super gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Alessandro och hans far var otroligt välkomnande och trevliga. Snabb kommunikation och mycket tillmötesgående. Villan var både rymligare och finare än vi fick intryck av på bilderna. Läget är helt fantastiskt! Utsikten från terrassen ut över sjön är som en vacker tavla. Vi tyckte det var trevligt med de fyra små katterna och matade både dem och åsnorna.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à la Fattoria. Notre hôte était accueillant et réactif. L’endroit est magnifique et paisible.
