Todo espectacular!

The apartment was spotless and we instantly felt at home as soon as we entered. Gym, pool, and on site laundry were definitely convenient. Lots to do in Palermo SoHo which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Multiple bakeries and supermarkets all within walking distance.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie dla 1-2 osób, szczególnie polecam jeżeli komuś zależy na dużym balkonie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko metra i wielu restauracji, ale mimo wszystko spokojna. Przydałyby się wygodniejsze leżaki na balkonie, jeden z nich był uszkodzony. Jedna z rolet była uszkodzona i jej użytkowanie było utrudnione. Poza tym wszystko dobrze i zdecydowanie jestem zadowolony z pobytu i polecam :)

This place exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was excellent, and my favorite part was the private rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Awesome for sunbathing and relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice with so many cafes, bars, and shops. You can do so much and not even leave the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Buen lugar con todo lo necesario. Hay cosas que pueden estar mejor, pero para el precio impecable!

Please check the photos and reviews other have shared - I agree with all!!! The photos describe the place very well. Very very nice place, very well located, nice neighborhood, store right across the street and nice neighborhood restaurant right there on the corner - which we unfortunatlely left for last..... Nice to have a bottle of water ready in the fridge on arrival, plus small details such as toillet paper, shampoo, soap and other such in place (small things which we have sometimes missed elsewhere). Our host was already there waiting for us on arrival and arranged for our early departure. We can fully recommend!!!! Should we return to Buenos Aires would love to stay there again.

El departamento es hermoso. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La llave funciona perfecto, y el detalle de las plantas junto con ese patio realmente suman mucho a la comodidad del lugar. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y templa el ambiente muy rápido. El trato con Fede fue súper agradable. La verdad, recomiendo el lugar.

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We really enjoyed staying at Maria Juliana’s. It was well situated and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would stay there again!

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

The house was exactly as described, very nice neighbourhood , close to restaurants and coffee shops, transport and supermarkets. Beautiful authentic argentinian parrilla on a rooftop. If you know how to use it to cook Argentinian carne asada, you will really enjoy this amenity, as we did. If someday will decide to visit Buenos Aires , we'll definitely book this house once again.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para estadías cerca del Movistar Arena. El departamento está ubicado a tres cuadras del estadio, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es en PB por lo que cuenta con un patio ideal para disfrutar durante el día. El lugar es amplio, bien iluminado y tiene un garage ideal para autos chicos. El baño principal es super generoso y cuenta también con cocina equipada completamente y lavadero. La comunicación con María fue siempre muy fluida, esto es clave por cualquier duda que pueda ocurrir durante la estadía. A pesar de que no es una zona que se caracterice por tener muchísimos bares o restaurantes, a unas cuadras tiene el bodegón Los Bohemios que es un 10, y varias cafeterías a distancia peatonal. Sin dudas volveremos!

We had a great stay in a beautiful house.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

El departamento hermoso, es un duplex dentro de un edificio. Algo no habitual en la zona. Muy confortable, todo nuevo (eso es de valorar) Cochera muy cómoda, el patio exterior invita a quedarse cuando no se quiere salir. Y Nico siempre atento !! Volveremos!!

Excelente atención departe de Nicolas y Ana Maria! El departamento muy lindo con todas las comodidades para una pareja, 10 de 10, estaba impecable y la zona muy tranquila! Gracias por la flexibilidad en el horario de llegada ya que nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos acá.

It was one of the best places I stayed in Buenos Aires . Perfect location , close to everything . The communication was perfect. I would love to go back and I really highly recommend the place .

Vi hadde det veldig fint. Fin studioleilighet sentralt. Vakthold gjorde oppholdet trygt.

Vi elskede hvert et øjeblik i denne skønne bolig. Den lå perfekt mellem 2 områder som vi brugt meget tid i. Samt Patricia var super hjælpsom med alt selv med de lidt anderledes forespørgsler om fodbold billetter. Så vil helt sikkert booke igen hvis vi kommer til Buenos Aires
