I’m staying in Laguna Vista for business enjoy every time I return

My friends and I have stayed at Chris’ house multiple times for long weekend trips. The house is always clean and comfortable. The house has a pool which is really nice during the summer. Cris has always been friendly to me and is very responsive.

Overall, great experience! Debbie was super helpful. Things of note: -Pool is immediately outside the condo entrance and is quite audible within the condo when people are using it. There may have been a quiet time posted but one evening folks enjoyed the pool until almost midnight so if peace and quiet is paramount, just a heads up. Wasn't a huge problem for us but it's good to know. -The outside shower is for everyone and is on the outside wall of the kitchen so when folks come back later in the evening (11p, etc.) from the beach, it's easily heard in the condo as well as the talking going on as families are washing down kids and such. -As of 6 Aug, 2024, the road in front of the condo was being torn up and replaced which created some extra noise and dirt blowing around but hopefully that'll get finished up in the next few weeks. Hopefully this feedback will be informative. Would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time at Debbie's condo!

Exceeded my expectations! By far this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Seriously spotless! The hosts also provide the essentials without creating clutter in the space. I really loved the layout of the villa as it was open in shared spaces but with enough privacy between the rooms. I loved that despite having neighbors the window views were of the green spaces between the villas and provided beautiful natural lighting. Looking forward to our next visit already!

The house is really beautiful and very comfortable. I love that they have everything you need in the house, when you want to cook dinner/lunch/breakfast, all the supplies are available for your needs. This is the best place for family and close friends gathering. I am so pleased and happy to rent this beautiful house and d I will DEFINITELY do it again, this time will be longer stays.

Would like to say first off house was exactly like the photos but upon arriving and staying it was more than expected and would definitely stay again when I come back to the area. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay a lot to do around the area and is close to the island. Host was always responsive with any questions we had and with needs which wasn’t much. House was immaculate and would like to thank Peggy for allowing us to stay at her place.

Great home for our family vacation. Kids loved the pool, game room, and downstairs kitchenette area. Upstairs kitchen, living room, and balcony great for entertaining adults. Waking distance to main strip. Overall our vacation was a success and this home did not disappoint.

We had a great time and loved the space! After accidentally locking ourselves out, security was very quick to help us resolve the issue. Would totally book again!

We highly recommend this place. The host was terrific and the house was stunning. Best kept secret is the private lake overflowing with beautiful birds. We had a terrific time and cannot wait to return again in the future.

Perfect place for a large family! We had a total of 10 family members on our trip, and the space in this house made it incredibly comfortable for everyone. No one had to sleep on a couch and there were 3 different entertainment areas w/ TV’s, so everyone had more than enough space. We enjoyed the privacy of the place and felt really safe. The kids had a blast in the pool. We highly recommend!

Evolve was a fantastic place to stay! It was set up to feel just like home—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The team was very responsive, and I would definitely stay here again.

Heidi is an amazing host! The property is great as well. The gated community is very well kept, residents are very friendly. There is a great restaurant right across from the entrance(Divots). The pools are kept at comfortable temperatures. We felt very comfortable in the house, Heidi was very easy to reach with any questions. We hope we can come again!

What an AMAZING location! We loved the area and the neighborhood. Went for a run and enjoyed some great fishing in the bay. The place was perfect, clean and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We loved the little house! It had everything we needed. They have a binder with clear instructions as well as ideas for restaurants and things to do. we will definitely look for more SPI properties in the future.
