Villa Gadea urbanizacion : locations d'appartements de vacances

We had a great week in this apartment which was right in the middle of Moraira. no more than a 5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was pristine, newly renovated and comfortable.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Appartement tout neuf très bien situé à 150 mètres de la plage et très bien équipé en électroménager de marque Bosch. Parking en sous sol avec bip appréciable. J'ai envoyé quelques recommandations à l'hôte pour améliorer l'appartement notamment sur la protection ( une nappe manquante ) de la belle table à manger en bois et la ventilation à revoir pour plus de confort . Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à El Campello avec de bonnes balades à faire le long de la plage .

estuvimos 5 días y la verdad que fue todo un acierto, la ubicación de la casa y las vistas son perfectos para unos días de tranquilidad y relax(es verdad que se necesitacoche para moverse)pero merece la pena . A 10min tienes playas preciosas y el centro de Alteaque es espectacular, aparte de que hay pueblos alrededormuy bonitos.Muchas gracias a Roy que es un anfitrión muy amable y servicial, esperamos volver el año que viene. recomendable 100% la experiencia

Highly recommend to stay here! The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. The view of the mountains and sea is beautiful and the pool is amazing! There are lots of really beautiful beaches nearby and both Alicante and Valencia are one hour away. The house is nestled in a mountain village which is stunning. Regina the host was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Couldn’t recommend to stay here more!

The place is simply incredible. Peaceful surrounding, nature all around, amazing view, privacy and many beautiful places to visit within 20 minutes drive. We wanted peace and at the same time great location to drive around - was perfect. We loved having our own tapas and bbq with the sunset on the terrace. Ideal place to create great holidays! Absolutely recommended!!!

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Increíble piso, el alojamiento es lo que se ve en las fotos y sin duda va a ser un lugar que visitaremos muchas veces. Excelentes anfitriones, si pudiera agregar más estrellas las agregaría !

Nous avons adoré le séjour. Appart très bien. Lit confortable. Tout nouveau et très fonctionnel. L'hôte est au petit soins. Vraiment très très sympha. Chouette vue, tranquil. Magasin a quelques mètres. Tout super. Accueil exceptionel. Merci

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Was a lovely place. Jorlén communicated really well and always answered any questions we had quickly. It was only two of us and was the perfect size. Most restaurants and things to do was at least a 20 minute walk but was fine. The apartment was next to a bar so was a little noisy at night but again it did not bother us. Overall a really positive stay😊

Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!
