Villa Luro : locations de vacances avec terrasse

El departamento es como muestran las fotos. Agustin siempre se mostró servicial y respondió todas nuestras consultas de manera rápida. La limpieza del Depto fue muy buena. El balcón es hermoso para sentarse y disfrutar de las copas de los árboles. Sin dudas volveremos al mismo lugar sin pensarlo dos veces. Punto a favor, tiene estacionamiento en el grave del edificio!

Excelente ubicación. El lugar muy lindo y cómodo para la cantidad de personas que éramos! Laura muy amena nos explicó todo y fue todo como esperábamos ! Súper recomendable

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie dla 1-2 osób, szczególnie polecam jeżeli komuś zależy na dużym balkonie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko metra i wielu restauracji, ale mimo wszystko spokojna. Przydałyby się wygodniejsze leżaki na balkonie, jeden z nich był uszkodzony. Jedna z rolet była uszkodzona i jej użytkowanie było utrudnione. Poza tym wszystko dobrze i zdecydowanie jestem zadowolony z pobytu i polecam :)

Todo perfecto en el departamento. La parrilla, el jacuzzi, la terraza. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La cuadra es tranquila y se puede estacionar con facilidad.

Please check the photos and reviews other have shared - I agree with all!!! The photos describe the place very well. Very very nice place, very well located, nice neighborhood, store right across the street and nice neighborhood restaurant right there on the corner - which we unfortunatlely left for last..... Nice to have a bottle of water ready in the fridge on arrival, plus small details such as toillet paper, shampoo, soap and other such in place (small things which we have sometimes missed elsewhere). Our host was already there waiting for us on arrival and arranged for our early departure. We can fully recommend!!!! Should we return to Buenos Aires would love to stay there again.

Excelente la atención. Nos atendió muy amable don Carmelo (el papá de Federico) que se comunicó por mensaje en todo momento con nosotros y tuvimos la mejor atención de los encargados del edificio. Todo estaba reluciente. Sorprendió los detalles, plancha, tabla, los armarios súper espaciosos y el patio interior. Sin dudas volveré y lo recomendaré a mis allegados.

El departamento es muy lindo!!! Cada vez que necesitamos algo siempre estuvieron para resolverlo o ayudarnos. Volvería sin ninguna duda.

Laura was an amazing host! She was super friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place perfectly matched the description, and the pool was a great bonus—clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as advertised, and I had no issues at all during my stay. Laura made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay!

We were very grateful to have such accommodating hosts for an early check in. They communicated very quickly with us, and we enjoyed our stay. Great part of town. Perfect outside area. A note that there is only one air conditioner in one bedroom. I wasn’t clear on that based on the description.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Muy bueno los anfitriones. Fácil de comunicarse y resolutivos si bien no tuvimos ningún problema. Todo funciona correctamente. Lugar con muchos servicios en los alrededores. La casa prolija, con todos las comodidades descriptas funcionando todo muy bien. Tal cual las fotos. 4 cuartos no tienen ventanas externas, son cuartos internos con ventanas hacia el pasillo de la casa. No es problema, simplemente está bueno aclararlo. Pero la casa es muy funcional y en lugar muy céntrico. Fácil entrada con código. Prolijo sábanas, toallas, baños amplios y cómodos. Todo muy bien.

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

Marcelo y Belu siempre estuvieron a disposicion para lo que necesite, fueron muy amables conmigo, se manejaron muy bien y con rapidez. Me encanto su atencion y lo limpia que estaba la casa al recibirme, considero fundamental ese tipo de atencion para este tipo de servicios. La casa es muy comoda, linda y funcional, la terraza es la frutilla del postre, ideal para hacer asados con amigos o familia. Pase unos dias barbaros y me quede muy contento con el lugar y la atencion, recomendable.

Todo perfecto, gran anfitriona, responde rápido y siempre atenta a resolver cualquier problema. Muy flexible con el check out. Es una gran opción para una familia ya que es una casa cómoda, o si vas a Movistar arena ya que se puede ir caminando desde allí.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Nico’s place exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spotless—shiny clean in every corner. The patio was a dream, featuring an amazing BBQ pit and an easy-to-use jacuzzi that made the stay even more relaxing. The amenities were top-notch, and the neighborhood was fantastic, with great coffee spots nearby. Nico was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The reception staff was also super friendly and helpful. Overall, this stay was even better than I imagined, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Volvimos desde Patagonia y buscábamos un cómodo lugar para descansar. El departamento es perfecto para 2. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar dentro varias horas. Los alrededores son agradables, caminables y cuentas con tiendas y supermercados cerca. Gonzalo es un gran host, nos recomendó lugares para visitar y nos ayudó eficazmente con todas nuestras consultas y requerimientos. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra siguiente visita a Buenos Aires.

Todo súper bien, muy lindo y ordenado. Seguramente vuelva!
