El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Cuando vuelva a visitar santo domingo voy a regresar a la propiedad de andres!! 100% lo recomiendo a todos!! Gracias Andres por todo!!

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Estuve allá el 29/3/25 con mi pareja, familias y amigos, fue mucho con demasiado, el lugar es maravilloso, es muy lindo, organizado, todo limpio y hermoso, un ambiente agradable y tranquilo, nosotros quedamos encantado, las personas son muy atenta tanto como Marisol y Junior son un amor, muy atento con nosotros, la explicación súper clara de la estadía, quedamos encantados! El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero hay que modernizar algunos equipos como el aire acondicionado solo eso despues todo bien.

My new favorite place to stay in Santo Domingo. Gabriel is a great host. Very responsive and professional. Apartment is perfect in every way. Quiet, beautiful decor, Quality appliances, super clean, awesome tv in living room and TVs and a/c in every room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Very walkable area. Near Downtown Center Mall and several grocery stores and comados. Gabriel sent over new knives and pan at my request I really appreciated his immediate attention. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. The place felt like home. We loved it!!

This is actually the second unit I’ve stayed in within the same building. This time, I chose one with a bigger balcony, and it was absolutely worth it—the view of the city is amazing, especially at night! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, making the whole experience even better. The building continues to impress me with its quality and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at David’s apartment. I stayed with family and will certainly return again. David is very attentive, friendly and proactive.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail und die gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich jedem empfehlen, der eine entspannte und angenehme Zeit verbringen möchte. Erik was awesome he is very accommodating and helpful and his place is beautiful the art work is amazing. I definitely will be staying again when I come back to Santa Domingo!

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
