Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte : locations de vacances avec piscine

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage (auch wenn unser Taxifahrer sie nicht auf Anhieb gefunden hat). Das Haus ist innen sehr schön gestaltet, die Schlafzimmer sind allerdings etwas dunkel, da es nur Nachttischlampen gibt. Der Garten und die übrigen Räume sind äußerst ansprechend und laden zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann es bis etwa 23 Uhr etwas lauter sein. Trotzdem kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente (aunque nuestro taxista no lo encontró de inmediato). La casa por dentro es muy bonita, aunque los dormitorios son un poco oscuros ya que solo hay lámparas de mesa. El jardín y los espacios comunes son muy agradables. Por la noche, a veces hay ruido hasta las 11 pm. ¡Aun así, recomendaría mucho este alojamiento!

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

Best private apartment and luxurious airbnb. I will always come back to this place. Great neighborhood, very safe, 24 hrs guard, walkable, best view, 16th floor. Apt is amazing. It has everything needed for more than a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here. thanks! Amazing communication from the host, always available and very helpful. Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
