Villa Ortúzar : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Alejandro y Solange son excelentes anfitriones y personas!. Atentos en cada detalle para que nuestra estadía desde el primer momento sea como en casa. Muy comunicativos y cordiales. Realmente gracias por hacernos sentir bien! Muy recomendable el lugar por la comodidad del departamento y del edificio, por la seguridad y la cercanía a espacios recreativos y gastronómicos. gracias!!

El alojamiento es tal cual como se describe en la pagina y fotos subidas, un lugar muy bien ubicado de caracteristicas hogareño con todos los implementos necesarios para una estadia placentera, el anfitrion muy preocupado me contacto para darme las indicaciones del funcionamiento del hogar, envió videos descriptivos del funcionamiento ademas de enviar un archivos con datos a visitar de lugares turistico , retorantes y supermercados que estan muy cerca del recinto, la ubicacion del departamento está en pleno puerto madero en un sector muy tranquilo, limpio y seguro, tiene una vista increible

Michaels place as described. Michael was awesome with help and communication. I had planned to work down there but parted ways with my job in Dec so I had to make other plans quickly. The security was great. I used the pool a lot for swimming laps. If you are a workout nut, like I am. there is a Barry's like fitness studio next door and I went to a good gym about 5 minutes away. Hollywood Palermo is a great location for food and walking. Other tips, use Western Union to wire yourself money. ATMs don't work and prices marked up 20% with credit card. Michael will give same advise. Use Uber and not taxis, the only two times where I got had. BA is beautiful and friendly. Definitely know some español or have Google translate on hand. Overall an amazing adventure. XO

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

I just completed my second stay of about 3 weeks each in Laura's place, so I obviously feel comfortable, there. This time, I had a chance to meet and get to know Laura, which a bonus. She is a very responsive, attentive, and kind host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well-ordered, and had everything I needed. It's situated in front of a small park, above the trees, so the view is green, open, with a large expanse of sky overhead. The street is one block long, so there is no through traffic. No traffic noise, no buses. You do hear noise from the children's park during the day, but it's welcome noise. The location is one of the main reasons why I choose the apartment. It's at the edge of Recoleta with buses, metro, and ample taxis all one block away, and easy walking access to Palermo, Microcentro, as well as Recoleta. I look forward to my next visit.

Tomás’ place was a well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio is quite spacious so even a longer stay would have been fine. The kitchen had all the basics. We greatly appreciated having laundry machines in-suite. The apartment has lots of natural light which we loved. The terrace is pretty and great for enjoying coffee on in the morning. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. It says in the description but I missed that the hot tub does not heat water. You have to fill with hot water before each use. So we did not use it.

Alojamiento en el corazón de Palermo, a 5 minutos de restaurantes y supermercados. La casa es muy acogedora, con cuadros, libros, y cocina equipada, algo que hace que te sientas como en casa. Eduardo fue muy amable y hubo buena comunicación con él.

Les cuento que volvimos a elegir este depto, porque para nosotros es un lugar tranquilo, ordenado, límpio. Lo que necesitamos para estar en familia y cómodos. Cariños Andrea, gracias por tu amabilidad, como siempre. Hasta pronto.

Really enjoyed staying at Carol’s apartment on Billinghurst and Avenida de Santa Fe. Close to lots of great restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries, the Alto Palermo mall, parks… it’s a really safe part of town and building. It’s also nice that it’s not directly on Santa Fe, so it is more quiet. We enjoyed the apartment, everything was clean, it has a nice modern kitchen where we cooked most breakfasts, although the restaurants, like La Aguada, San Cayetano, La Palita, Cafe Tolon… are so good!! Carol is super friendly, helped with our airport transfer and other stuff. Great choice if you want to be in Palermo!

A estadia foi perfeita! A casa é muito grande e aconchegante, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Colchões dos quartos confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. A casa é bem arejada e limpa. Ficamos encantados com o pátio, muito lindo. Recomendo muito a casa da Roxana. Ótima para grandes grupos. A localização é boa, perto de uma avenida. Mercado, padaria, pizzaria… tudo próximo. O check in foi flexível com o Martin. Muito querido ele. Adoramos tudo!

Muy cómodo y muy práctico. En mi caso trabajo remoto y en todas las habitaciones había un escritorio. Amplio y completo. La terraza muy espaciosa y linda. Hernán y Paola estuvieron muy atentos todo el tiempo

Perfect location within walking distance or short Uber ride of everything we wanted to do. Quiet, spacious rooms, well equipped and clean. Lovely apartment with elegant French windows and balconies at tree-level over the central Buenos Aires street, reached by a charming old cage elevator. Host very helpfully acquired some Teatro Colon tour tickets we had been unable to buy online, and arranged reliable rides to/from the airport. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

Great apartment in a great location. Easy to check in and host was always quick to respond to messages in a timely manner.

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

Un apartamento espectacular en la mejor zona de Palermo. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Muy limpio y nuevo. La urbanización además es un pequeño oasis en el centro de la ciudad con un agradable jardín y piscina. Cuando tenga que volver a Buenos Aires, sin duda, me quedaré de nuevo ahí. Gracias a Christian por estar pendiente de todo.

Todo ok. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado: locales comerciales variados en la zona, medios de transporte público, etc. Era lo que esperaba. Lo recomiendo!

Maria Alejandra place was great. Perfect location. The block the apt is located on is very quiet and safe but within 3 blocks you have an array of restaurants and bars. The apt space is wonderful, it’s light and bright. The host themselves were very responsive to any questions that came up. Would definitely stay there again.

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто
