Séjour au top dans cet Airbnb à Pescara ! L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’arrivée avec la boîte à code était simple et pratique. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Fantastic place! We were 5 people and had plenty of space in the rooms and common spaces. Beautiful apartment with AC and all comforts. The host was very welcoming and available at any time!

We (2 people) stayed in La Casa di Giò 2 weeks in july 2024 The apartment is fantastically bright, spacious and extremely well maintained. We parked right outside the apartment every day. The hosts Licia and Mauro were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. Lissy and Bjorn

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

where do we even begin? from the first moment we stepped inside the house, we felt at home, overwhelmed by an incredibly warm welcome from the host family. like we knew each other for years. no pictures can describe how beautiful this place is. and the main part of this beauty is LOVE the place is created with. top that with outstanding panoramic views, amazing nature scenery surrounding you everywhere you move inside the amazing garden. the pool is just something you never want to leave. I can go on and on, and on, but there's a limit for the review. we are out of the words, we are speechless, we are grateful we were lucky to have the experience that will stay in our hearts forever. big big big thanks to you! hope to say "chao" to you once again soon!

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Sergio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sergio empfangen und waren über das schöne Haus und die Umgebung sehr positiv überrascht. Sergio war ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Sergio hat uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung genannt. Sergio hat auf jegliche Anfrage sehr sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus selber ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Teil der Schönheit des Hauses und der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden war für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Meer selber ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber auch die Nationalparks sind nicht weit entfernt. Städte wie Ascoli Piceno usw, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber auch kleine Städte wie Ripatransone sind einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartment war ziemlich neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr ruhig (hinreichend weit zurückgesetzt von der Straße), und super Blick von der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Il soggiorno a casa di Monica è stato semplicemente perfetto sia per la magnifica accoglienza che per l’ alloggio super grazioso e pulito. Anche Giulianova (per noi prima volta) ci è piaciuta sia per il mare che per i servizi.

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto piacevoli in questa casa. La posizione è ottima, con un panorama davvero bello e rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben curata. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro, magari prendendoci ancora più tempo per apprezzare questi posti davvero belli.

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Antonio e Simona sono host fantastici! Premurosi e attenti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bevande fresche nel frigo, una casa davvero bella, completa di ogni confort e dagli spazi ampi e pulitissimi. Letti molto comodi, scelta di cuscini tra differenti tipologie, detersivi per l’igiene personale e della casa. Bellissimo il terrazzo che gira intorno alla struttura e garantisce una casa fresca anche senza l’utilizzo del condizionatore, comunque presente e funzionante nell’alloggio. La comodità del posto auto sul lungomare e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia che gli host mettono a disposizione, rappresentano un ulteriore graditissimo plus. Una menzione d’onore va alla disponibilità, alla gentilezza, all’accoglienza di Antonio, Simona e delle loro splendide figlie: abbiamo passato due settimane nella loro casa e siamo stati trattati come amici di vecchia data, non come ospiti. Li porteremo sempre nel cuore. Consigliamo davvero la loro casa. Noi torneremo di certo

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Casa fantastica, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Moderna e funzionale. Ti fa' sentire subito a tuo agio. Definirla una mansarda non rende l'idea di quanta luce e spazio trovi. Inoltre ha un grande valore aggiunto: una terrazza piacevolmente vivibile e panoramica. Un vero gioiello, dove la vista parte dai tetti del borgo di Montepagano e si allunga alle creste della catena montuosa del Gran Sasso, per poi finire nel mare di Roseto. Alla sera un piacevole scintillio di luci si presenta ai tuoi occhi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianni e Sara, disponibilissimi e sempre gentili. Questa nostra vacanza è trascorsa in totale e reale relax. Bravi e grazie di tutto, da Francesca, Alberto e Chloe (il NS cane volante). .. Pensandoci, ci torneremo volentieri.

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Tutto perfetto e ritorneremo sicuramente altre volte! A presto, un abbraccio fortissimo ad entrambi! Grazie di cuore!!!

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

We had a wonderfull stay! Very nice place in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. You can enjoy a large pool and appartment, both perfectly maintained. The host Cecilia is very welcoming and caring, she spoiled us with some delicious products from the garden. Venarotta is a rather quiet place with a small grocery store and one or two restaurants. In the middle between the sea and the Sibillini mountains.

Apartamento exatamente como na foto, exatamente no centro, poucos passos da praia, extremamente seguro, vista linda da sacada, janela bloqueia barulhos, ar-condicionado excelente nos cômodos da casa. Anfitriã extremamente proativo, nos deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes, e atividades para turismo. Recomendo muito 100% de olhos fechados.
