Our stay at Villa Cycas was such an incredible experience: between the property, the surrounding small village of Salice, the scenic views of Mount Stromboli in the distance, and most importantly Ottavio as our host. Ottavio was genuinely friendly and great to talk to throughout check-in as he gave us a detailed tour of the property. His private dinner option at the villa is definitely a must add on your bucket list. Both him and his wife Paola came to the villa and cooked an amazing dinner for my family and it was great getting to know both during that experience. The villa itself was clean and the surrounding property filled lush with meticulously placed foliage including an abundance of lemon, orange, and kumquat trees that Ottavio invited us to pick the fruit from. Our family absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor sauna along with the views of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. Thank you Ottavio for the memories our family made while at your family's villa!

We had magical time at Mazzaro. Proper holiday. Fantastic view from the terrace. Quite place. Hosts left us cookies and other snacks and that was so so so lovely. Also Federico was so helpful and friendly he picked us up at a bus station and took us to the apartment. Everything was lovely. Beaches are walking distance. You have tiny supermarkets in the area and tons of restaurants. Communication was great. We were able to check in a bit earlier and we also appreciated it a lot. Totally felt like home, cozy and lovely. Would love to visit again ❤️

What a fantastic stay! The views were spectacular and the outside space had lots of different areas and view points. An incredible place for star gazing! We enjoyed the feel of the villa - it was comfortable and had everything we needed - even a little welcome hamper. Antonio was a brilliant host… immediately responsive and a really pleasant chap. Nothing was too much trouble. He also arranged for our taxi ride back to the airport which was early morning! Thanks for having us :-)

Die wunderschöne Villa Anna liegt direkt am Meer. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Obwohl es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe gibt, ist es absolut ruhig. Das Haus an sich ist liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Klimaanlagen in Schlaf- sowie auch im Wohnzimmer machten den Aufenthalt richtig angenehm. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles ist neu, es fehlt an nichts. Fabio ist immer erreichbar gewesen, hat sich auch selbst erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was wir in der Umgebung unternehmen konnten. Wir hatten schon viele Unterkünfte, aber das war das Beste, was wir je hatten. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern passt es perfekt. Das Kinderzimmer hat unsere 6-jährige Tochter geliebt und das Meer in der Nähe. Taormina mit dem Bus war toll. Die Aussicht wenn der Bus am Meer entlang fährt ist einfach großartig. Wir danken Fabio sehr für diese phantastische Erfahrung!

Absolutely fantastic place and a wonderful host. We felt right at home and always had things to do either playing in the pool (which our son loved) or following one of the excellent local recommendations from Cinzia. Lots of lovely hand made touches rounded the whole experience out and by the time checkout came we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!

Das Haus in Scilla besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage direkt am Meer und die Nähe zum Zentrum, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alessandra hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Pierluigi war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit in Scilla genossen und die charmante Atmosphäre des Ortes sowie die Nähe zum Strand sehr geschätzt.

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

Giuseppe and his wife, Angela, were the kindest, most hospitable, most caring hosts imaginable. The villa itself is a dream, but to have these fine people along with it is to enjoy a perfect combination. We stayed in the off season, so some of the Seaside amenities were not available, and a few restaurants were closed, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the area very much. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the house, which makes it very easy to get to and from the nearby city of Messina, including access from the central rail/bus terminal. There is a food and sundries store within walking distance, a post office—and of course plenty of gelato vendors! The Villa’s pool is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, although cushions for the lounge chairs would be a big plus. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the Villa but operating them took a lot of guesswork—manuals would have saved time. Overall, a stunning home in a lovely location, with incredibly kind hosts.

Our stay here for our family of 5 was magical. The property itself is a hidden gem; it is a true surviving memorial of something past that has been transformed into a comfortable home base for those traveling within Sicily. The host, Chiara, was extremely responsive and accommodating in ways beyond that of a typical AirBnB experience (promptly organized local restaurant reservations, taxis, and airport transfers). And, a shoutout to Sergey (gardener and jack of all trades at the property) was also extremely pleasant and helpful.

Really well located and lost of space to spread out

Casa Paci was the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We were a group of 10 family and friends and the home offered plenty of space for us all to be together or to find a quite space for yourself. The swimming below the house was perfect. Daniela was the perfect host and even gave us some delicious home made cakes and biscuits. The whole experience was perfect. Thank you Daniela. X

We were four families staying for the week. The place is immense, with lots of room indoors and outdoors, so we never felt cramped. Our favorite part was certainly the outdoor areas, including the jacuzzi. Yes, there is a train track literally on the other side of the garden wall, but it didn't really bother us. Similarly, we occasionally heard loud music from the live bands in the adjacent pub, but aside from that, it was as peaceful as one can expect staying right in the heart of Letojanni. Umberto, our host, was brilliant at staying in touch and answering our many questions, and overall he was very considerate and professional.

Fabuleuse maison avec un accès privé à la plage qui fait tout le charme de l’endroit. Et de multiples terrasses toutes aussi agréables les unes que les autres. Excellent accueil de Maria Gabriella

A beautiful villa with stunning views close to the centre of Taormina up a steep incline. Gianfranco was friendly and helpful in arranging transfer to and from the villa. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out

Vores arrangement bestod af mon kone og jeg, vores 4 døtre og deres partnere samt 8 børnebørn i alderen 4 - 17 år. Værelsesfordelingen var fin. Vi anvendte lejligheden i underetagen til fællesrum - her var lige plads til alle 18 og soveværelset var legerum til de 4 mindste - alt fungerede upåklageligt - haven med spiseplads fungerede også fint. Indkøbsmulighed 3 minutters gang væk. Kort til stranden - 5 minutter i bil 20 minutters gang også fint, Vi anbefaler stedet på det varmeste. Vh Jens

Outside the city, this location is gorgeous with magnificent views, but it would be hard to travel without our rental car. The hosts were uniquely attentive, communicative, considerate, and generous. I wish I could say the location was quiet and peaceful, but the neighbor's honking geese and relentlessly barking dogs forced us inside in the mornings. That is one of few things we would wish different, in addition to the steep front walkway and stairwell, and complex garbage rules. However, we enjoyed the luxurious pool and panoramic terraces daily. The large overhang by the pizza oven allowed us to even appreciate the rainy days. The spacious kitchen and Sicilian-styled open layout allowed for family dinners and comfortable hang-outs. Brief maintenance visits by Giuseppe and Giulia occurred at 7:00 daily, but they kindly did not enter the house. Any questions were immediately answered, and requests carefully met. Overall, we felt welcomed, cared-for, appreciated, and unfettered.

Our daugters told that the pool was amazing and it is worth to come back next time!

Препоръчвам мястото за настаняване. Много удобна локация, ако искате да обикаляте с кола острова. Ако искате да почивате мястото е удобно, красиво и спокойно. Изключително чисто, градината е прекрасна. Има веранда с басейн, които в сезон биха били добро развлечение. Има чисто бельо, топла вода постоянно. Изключително добро място! Благодарим от сърце!

Giovanni built the place from scratch with a lot of careful details and with guests in mind. Gardens, plants and trees are spectacular. The pool and pool area is wonderful, we swam whenever we were at home. Home is what it felt like. Location is closed to Taormina, the gorge, Etna is only one hour away as is the airport. I would thoroughly recommend Giovanni's villa to anyone considering a trip to Sicily. You will love it here. Thanks Giovanni for taking such great care of us and for your recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Tolle Unterkunft! Gerade mal 10 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt (Achtung steiler Berg 😉) Die Airbnb ist fantastisch. In dem riesigen Pool konnten wir sogar richtig Bahnen schwimmen und das auch noch Anfang Oktober. Jedes Schlafzimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es gab zwei Kühlschränke und auch sonst alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen (was ich auch absolut empfehlen würde) und konnten mit diesem sowohl reggio calabria und Tropea erkunden. Er war ebenfalls praktisch um einkaufen zu gehen (Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Unten an der Promenade befinden sich ein paar Restaurants, die ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man fantastisch aus Domenicos Garten unter den Olivenbäumen betrachten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!

Vi var to netter hos Tatiana og Giancarlo. Stedet har alt man trenger og Tatiana var utrolig behjelpelig. Vi fikk også tilsendt en brosjyre med nyttig informasjon om stedet og hva Tatiana kunne være behjelpelig med. Stedet ligger fem til ti minutter gange i mye trapper opp til sentrum og gondolen til Mazzaro, og selve villaen ligger skjermet fra byens støy. Det er også et flott bassengområde på eiendommen som man kan benytte om ønskelig. Alt var rent og leiligheten fremsto veldig eksklusiv i møbleringen og innredningen. Det er god og skjermet parkering på eiendommen. Vi anbefaler stedet og hadde et fantastisk opphold.
