Villafranca-San Martino : locations de vacances

Arianna & Fulvio were very professional hosts, super responsive (communication was great) and incredibly friendly. The place had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening, Fulvio came to meet us and took us up to the apartment. Top floor with a heavy suitcase was manageable but do take it into account. Fulvio offered to help but it was no problem for us. The apartment was very clean and they even left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. Location is not in the historic centre but we actually liked that. Avoids the crowds, gave us a real sense of the other side of Bologna and was close enough for an easy walk into town. Very conveniently located close to the central station as well if you’re travelling by train. We would be happy to recommend this place!

Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Angela e Maura sono sempre una garanzia. Passiamo sempre un ottimo soggiorno riposante e ricaricante grazie alla pulizia ed alla comodità di questo appartamento perfetto per le vacanze al mare con bambini.

Wir hatten dank Lorena einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Sowohl Strandnähe als auch nah am Stadtgeschehen. Mit dem dazugehörigen abgeschlossen Parkplatz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir wurden bei Ankunft von Paola sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Paola. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Strand und viele Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Altstadt von Rimini und der Bahnhof ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Unendlich viel Platz für das Gepäck. Kontakte vor und nach der Abreise wurden immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Das La Casina dei Fichi ist daher sehr zu empfehlen.

I fully recommend the apartment with the seaview from Cristiana. Location was excellent for our planned trip to San Marino, as well as to Safari Ravenna. I probably don't have to mention the beach which is literally next to the building. Thank you!

Host molto preciso e puntuale ad ogni richiesta, la casa era secondo le nostre aspettative, funzionale per una famiglia con due bimbi piccoli. Abbiamo trascorso una bea vacanza!
