We had a very nice stay. The space is small but we were impressed with how it had everything you could need - water, snacks, condiments, even umbrellas/bug spray you could borrow if you needed it. It was very well thought out and a great affordable option for exploring the area.

We loved staying here, the space was perfect for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and it's very spacious. The bed was so comfy, we would definitely stay here again!

This spot was absolutely ideal for our family of four—my wife, our 11-year-old son, our 2.5-year-old daughter, and myself. The interior design and layout were stunning. The location couldn't be better, just a short 2 minute walk to numerous restaurants and shops. The views from the windows were fantastic. The property is just as impressive as the pictures suggest. The host, Caden, was friendly and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to friends and family!

We were there for just a very short time, but the place was comfortable with many things we needed for putting together our meals.

Katherine is a great host. Response and accommodating. The location is easy walking distance to all the downtown shopping and tons of restaurants. The ABB has comfortable beds, nice linen, extra blankets if needed. The heater worked great. Has all the basic needs for your stay. Very easy to get to and access.

We were blown away with our experience! They had everything you could think of and more (a binder of recommendation, available snacks for great prices, a candle for the best relaxing bath, the most comfortable bed and so many pillows to choose from and so so much more). They gave us recommendations and even said hello when we ran into them at the local coffee shop. It was an 11/10 experience!

I loved my stay at Elizabeth's house in West Sedona. The space was just as pictured and described. It was bright, clean and welcoming. Every bit of space felt considered and intentional. I loved perusing the wall full of books and the artwork around the house. In one direction I could be at the shops and restaurants of West Sedona within a 10 minute walk and in the other direction, a wonderful hiking trail just up the hill. I was there attending a workshop at a nearby studio and found the home to be such a lovely place to return to each evening for a hot bath and good sleep -- and to spend slow mornings having breakfast there and sitting outside journaling near the fire pit. I was there solo and had more than enough room and everything I needed for cooking simple meals in the small kitchen. I also appreciated the walk-in closet in the bedroom with lots of room to unpack fully. I never had any need to reach out to Elizabeth; however, her communication otherwise was proactive and clear.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything is walkable. The private yard a relaxing. I would definitely like to come back and stay longer.

My family had the good fortune to find and stay at Vista Ridge for Christmas. Its location couldn't be more perfect - we were able to walk everywhere in Uptown as well as down to Tlaquepaque Village. It was a cinch getting into this house, and we were very happy to find that there was a Christmas tree and some decorations. My adult son and daughter had their own bedrooms downstairs - each with king-sized beds - and had their own bathrooms which pleased them both. The living area was very comfortable, the kitchen was spotless and a nice size. We only ate breakfasts at the house so I can't really speak to how equipped the kitchen is since I didn't need any pots, pans, or kitchen tools, however, there are plenty of nice dishes, cups, and tableware. The upstairs master loft spacious with a nice view of rock formations. It and the bathroom were very clean and comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't use the outside areas, but you'd love what is available. We highly recommended this rental!

This stay was great. The home was exactly as described. Nestled right in West Sedona, 1 minute from restaurants and stores. Close to many great hikes. Backyard and patio was very private and dog friendly. John was flexible with our check in time which we appreciated. It is a duplex, but we didn’t hear the guests in the front unit at all! Quiet neighborhood. Parking is private and secure. Home was well thought out and simple. Great stay if you have a pet or need a place to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Arizona, and showing our grandson around. We loved our stay at Jeff & Angie's place! We'd highly recommend it! Although the living space looked a little bigger in the pictures, it had plenty of room to be comfortable, and lovely outdoor space to hang out. It was well stocked with lots of extras--coffee, pancake mix, condiments--things you don't know you need until you need them. The decor was attractive and functional. The kitchen was super easy to use, the bedding was comfortable and fresh, and the location was quiet and private. Angie was responsive every time I asked a question--I really appreciated that! Thanks Angie & Jeff for all your attention to detail and help finding our way around the Sedona area. You are wonderful hosts!

I had an incredible stay at this Martin's! The space is so beautiful. All the details of his place are just stunning. I'm making notes for my future bathroom remodel! The property is equipped with quite a few amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Martin insisted he take care of our dishes too. I especially loved how walkable the area is—just a short stroll to the local coffee shop, brewery and a few restaurants! Martin recommended the Jail Trail which was perfect for my morning trail run. Martin was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for access to many hiking trails both by car or foot. Very quiet location away from busy uptown Sedona , but walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Space was perfect for our family of four.

Wendy's place was remarkable. It's an old schoolhouse with treasures everywhere you looked. Such amazing and comfortable furniture. Well thought out decor in all rooms. Loved the large shower, tall windows. Very historical. She is doing amazing thing to this property, inside and outside. Definitely have to see it to believe it!!

Marlee was always responsive if I had any questions or concerns, from the moment I booked my stay, to the moment I checked in and out. The home was clean and just as described on the listing. I loved waking up to the red rocks within view from the bedroom! And for two beds this booking was a steal!! The only thing you should keep in mind is that this is a condo located on the second floor of the property. So you will have to lug any bags or luggage you bring up some stairs because there isn’t direct access to the unit from the ground. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Marlee.

Wish I could give 10 stars!! Tiffany’s beautiful condo was the perfect home base for a recent trip with my niece and her 8 year old daughter. The unit was exactly as described, clean, beautifully designed and filled with local art, it almost felt like we were in a gallery! We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. Stopped at Clark’s across the street and we had everything we needed. Tiffany was an amazing host, she quickly responded to any questions and made us feel so welcome. Already planning our next visit!!

Great location just south of Sedona! Very convenient for hiking and an easy 15 min drive to Main Street. There is a grocery store across the street from the property and other shops nearby. The unit had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Shirley was great and so hospitable. We had a great time and although we had unforeseen trip circumstances, Shirley went above and beyond what would be expected of a host. She was so helpful and her place was perfect for what we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my husband, toddler, mother/father in law and I. It had more space than we expected. The pools/hot tubs were great. Driving distance to trails & food and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. We came during spring break so the trails and restaurants were crowded. Would definitely stay here again and recommend! Easy check in and check out. And great communication.

The condo is in a great location, with majestic red rocks right from the window. Sedona is a short 10-15 min drive away, however there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and hikes nearby (notable mentions are Pisa Lisa- we went there twice for the kale salad (!) and Big Park bakery for their pastries and cookies.) We kept planning to play pickleball but the one day we got out there it was super windy but there are amenities such as courts and pool on the property.

This was a beautiful and peaceful studio apartment! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our annual anniversary trip to Sedona and we truly enjoyed this experience. We spent a lot of time in the spa, listening to the birds surrounding the garden area.

Very comfortable place with everything we needed. Top quality finishes. The place felt brand new. Very clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat our breakfasts. Clark’s grocery store right across the street was very handy as well as numerous restaurants within walking distance. Loved the pool and hot tub. Close to hiking. We found the hiking books in the unit to be very helpful. Great stay all in all. Would come back for sure!
