A group of hikers looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind and enjoy this surroundings. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice and Joel as a host. The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful and the house is a perfect compliment to it. Everything was working as hoped and Joel was always responsive and friendly! We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeanette’s airbnb. Everything was very clean, well organized and well communicated. Her home is very beautiful and charming with absolutely incredible panoramic views of the mountains! Thanks, Jeanette!

We were traveling with a group of 4 adults. This was a perfect place to stay outside of Sedona, it gave us an opportunity to get away from the crowds and relax. Cottonwood is a cute burb with some good food. I highly recommend staying on this side of Sedona. Also the view of the stars from the hot tub was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Natalie's place. Her home is absolutely beautiful - exactly how it is pictured in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and it was easy to spend hours in the backyard with the amazing views and hot tub. There are several hikes within close walking distance from the house, and it is easy to walk to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. My whole family (two teenage kids and husband) could not be happier with our stay. Natalie is a very responsive, very helpful host. We look forward to staying here again soon.

We recently had a family trip to Sedona, and chose to stay at this residence for the location and amenities. It did not disappoint. The house was in a great location near lots of trails, restaurants and shopping. Chelsea was incredibly friendly and always responsive to all our inquiries. She made great recommendations on things to do while we were in Sedona. The house was in great condition when we arrived and our kids loved hanging in the hot tub after long days hiking and sightseeing. Highly recommend this property.

Maryjane was understanding of our late flight into Arizona, and left the porch light on for us. The house was very clean when we arrived. Communication was excellent and she even replied late at night when we had a power outage to get us information on what was going on. The house is very conveniently located near Sedona and near flagstaff. Nothing to do with the host, but do not park near the creek at the entrance, the neighbors take this very, very, very seriously. Overall we really enjoyed the house and the view of the canyon behind us. The hot tub was massive and was relaxing at night being underneath the stars. Lastly the host left us a bottle of wine which my wife loved. If your looking for a quite street and a relaxing place to stay, this place is for you.

Really enjoyed our time in this home. Was what we expected and Tiffany was very responsive and checked in occasionally. Hot tub and yard were relaxing. Little less commotion in this area of Sedona during spring break. Worth the stay - thanks!

We just had the most wonderful stay at Dean and Deanna's place! It felt like a home away from home and such a special get away. Greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the very spacious house, including in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bathrobes, etc. The views from the deck are amazing (including hot air balloons in the distance 7-8 am in the mornings). In the evenings, the hot tub felt so relaxing after our hiking days. Stargazing from the hot tub and lawn chairs was also amazing! What a most wonderful place to stay! We felt so welcomed and at home. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Sedona. Many thanks to Deanna and Dean!!!!

Absolutely loved my stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Place was spacious, nicely decorated, bathrooms were stocked with great smelling products and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the large soaking tub. Beds were tempurpedic-ish, so if you prefer a spring mattress keep that in mind. I prefer springs but still slept like a rock. Centrally located but felt private due to the gated front patio. The complimentary laundry room was much appreciated for our long road trip. I will definitely look for her properties for future stays in Sedona.

We completely enjoyed the space. This is an incredible home! It was perfect for all of our needs. It was close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel like we were in nature. It was perfect for our large group. The yoga room was great for morning yoga with the group as well. Fits 17 max. John and Leah were responsive, kind, and very helpful with every request. It was amazing coming home to the hot tub and swimming pool in the evenings, after a long day. Everything was as described in the listing and John and Leah were great hosts.

Our family loved our stay at Villa on the Rocks. The house is beautiful with stunning views. Lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable and right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. Off the beaten path but very close to local restaurants, hiking and biking paths. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in!!

We had a wonderful girls trip in Sedona at this beautiful property. Great property and great host. Highly recommend!

This place is even more lovely in person! The house spaciously accommodated our 8 family members really well and everyone felt like they could spread out and relax. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and Vic had about everything you could want for a kitchen including amenities and the grill outside was also nice. The larger living room was a great place at night for us to all spread out and have family movie nights. the backyard was well received by our teens and they loved the pool and hot tub. There are many places to sit and relax, read a book/enjoy your company. If you forgot a book, don't worry as he has a couple big book shelves! I was able to catch the amazing sunrise right through the dining room window while sitting there sipping my coffee! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was safe that I felt comfortable allowing my teen daughter to go on her own and run each morning. The beds were super comfortable and sleep was great in them! I would choose to stay again!

Amy is such an amazing and beautiful soul ❣️ from the moment I arrived I felt very well taken care of. I was there for 11 days of intensive training, and I couldn't have imagined a more supportive and nurturing environment to be held in while experiencing and doing all the things 🙏 not only is her space absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, but Amy it was such a loving and wonderful presence to be around 🙏🫂 I definitely hope to be back... Amy goes above and beyond any host I've ever had❣️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was very nice, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet and beautiful, making it a perfect getaway. Brandon and his team were excellent—very quick to respond and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb. We stayed 11 Days and had a fantastic time. Terrific location. Lots of hiking right up the street. Nice grocery store only 1/2 mile away and quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very close to the action of uptown Sedona without the crowds. Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Hot tub and out door areas are an extra bonus

Adam and the home were great! Everything was as described. We've stayed in multiple Airbnbs in the Payson, Strawberry, Pine,And Christopher Creek area, etc. and this home had the best kitchen amenities. Often time we don't have a lot to cook with and he had everything! The area was perfect, peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this home and would definitely book again in the future!

We had such a great time during our visit. We felt right at home and enjoyed feeling like we were staying in a treehouse. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and that was so appreciated. All we had to do was buy our own groceries and everything else was there ❤️ loved the responsiveness and attention to detail as well. We had a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful we loved everything about it. Looked just like the photos. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and responded right away. We booked this place again for July and will be booking from now on. My kids loved it we felt right at home.

This Air BnB was beautiful. You’re surrounded by mature pine trees and have a secluded backyard with an amazing hot tub. The cabin was quaint, but had everything you needed. It worked perfectly for us four Midwestern travelers (however I wouldn’t try to sleep more than four people). The one bedroom has two twin sized mattresses, one being a pull out on the floor (it was still extremely comfortable). The cabin is close enough to Flagstaff that you don’t have any additional unnecessary travel time to do activities, but far enough that you don’t feel like you have to sacrifice privacy. I would strongly recommend this Air Bnb for anyone who has a split vacation like we did. We stayed at this property to have the convenience of being able to drive up to Antelope Canyon one day and Grand Canyon the next, prior to spending the remainder of our trip in Phoenix, AZ.

We really enjoyed the Toho Treehouse. Totally recommend this place as a calm, peaceful alternative to Sedona. Perfect for a retreat. The house was comfortable and spacious. Quiet street. We didn’t spend much time on the deck but I can imagine in warmer weather it would be wonderful (fire pit, dining table, lots of seating). There’s a nice hiking trail just down the street, and lots of towering pine trees. And very cute squirrels with interesting ears!

We loved our stay at Clara’s place! It was in a beautiful area, easy access, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool table, and ping pong kept our kids busy during most of our stay. The house was inviting, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The only complaint I have is there were a few dishes that had clearly been put away dirty. Other than that everything was wonderful! The hot tub was so nice to relax in. We will stay again for sure!

Our family was looking for someplace to stay where we could explore Sedona and also Flagstaff and beyond, and Jamie’s place was a great midpoint. Her home is comfy and has great extras that my family loved such as the pool table, hot tub and a short drive to Odell Lake. We were gone most days and it was so nice to return to a cozy home where we could relax and unwind before getting an awesome nights sleep. We’d definitely return and would recommend Jamie’s place to anyone looking for a place that’s a little out of the tourist destination areas but still very close and accessible.
