Excellent. I've stayed at other properties from the same owners in Jerome AZ - consistently accurate descriptions, clean, nicely done interiors. This particular unit is street level so the view isn't quite as amazing as upper-floor units, but the ground level sure is easy for loading. Super convenient location.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Toni Morrison house. The unit is very spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. We had access to all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with ample parking and easy access to hiking trails, grocery stores, restaurants and Tlaquepaque Village. I would stay here again and I was actually a little sad to leave.

This location gives you a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with great views. Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Sugar Loaf trail heads are all walkable so you can park at home. We saw some wild Javelina in the neighborhood and tons of birds. Abbi’s space has a great view out the window and a very comfy bed. She designed her space beautifully with crystals spaced through out the space. The location is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and other trailheads.

We walked right into the pictures for this place! It was just as described and better! Loved all the information and recommendations Page sent us. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this place!

From the location to Isabel herself, everything about our Sedona stay was wonderful. The location was private and surrounded by nature, yet still close to all the things we wanted to do. The accommodations were warm cozy and well-appointed. Isabel thought of everything—from a variety of teas in the kitchen to sunscreen and a first aid kit in the bathroom (both of which we ended up needing). When I contacted her about something, she responded and offered assistance immediately. I can’t say enough about Isabel and her beautiful Sedona space. Thank you so much for a vacation we won’t soon forget!

Do not hesitate to book! Wonderful location with lots of great restaurants and hiking trails nearby. Everything was just perfect!

Excellent location, the view is probably as good as it gets for the money! Shops and restaurants right down the road, about a 15 minute walk. Trailhead down the road connects to the Airport trail. The place is clean and quiet, and bed is huge. The balcony is the best spot to spend most of your time if you're not out exploring!

The place was a perfect location, very clean and modern and they even had the fireplace on for us. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely the best place in cottonwood!

The home is quaint, clean, comfortable and quite lovely. It offered everything we needed. Located in walking distance to shops and a variety of restaurants. An easy drive to historic towns and sites. Definitely recommend this as a great home base for exploring Arizona.

Our family was fortunate enough to stay here during a one night trip to Sedona. The home was beautiful, just like the photos. Very clean and accommodating. The views were spectacular during the day. At night, we relaxed and enjoyed the stars from the deck. The hosts Rick and Yvonne are so kind and welcoming. A true gem. Thanks for having us.

We had the best time. Location was great and the kids loved the creek. This was a great space to come back to after long days hiking. The beds and couch were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing we missed having was a dishwasher. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Had a wonderful time!! Great spot. My wife and I have been visiting Sedona for 25+ years so didn’t need any help for things to do but the little communication we had with our host was easy, friendly and fast. Highly recommend this spot for hikes right outside the door. Cozy, relaxing hanging out after a hike, everything you need in the house and then very close to groceries or restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful home and a great location. Very close to food and shopping. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. The backyard was spacious and very family friendly. Our kids enjoyed it just as much as we did.

This home was better than expected. The home sits on the side of the mountain with breathtaking views of the red rocks of Sedona. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the back patio. The location is close to town and nearby amazing hikes. This home was impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing under the beautiful night sky. The backyard was a delight, with plenty of birds enjoying the birdbath in the mornings and afternoons—it was such a peaceful touch! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

The townhome was exactly as described with wonderful views. It was close to everything in Sedona. Very relaxing -and quiet. We will re-book again when we return to the area.

Loved the condo and the location ! Very clean. Decorated beautifully and had enough basics (unlike many other places we have stayed where there is not even one extra trash bag or TP roll ! It was so nice not to have to rush to grocery store to get the next trash bag! We had time to get what we would need.- so nice!). The hosts were super responsive ! Would highly recommend and would stay with them again.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was amazing, nestled among the red rocks. There is a good coffee shop a short walk away. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved this place! Stayed here for a girls' getaway. It was bigger than expected from the pictures and loved the updated kitchen. Everything was comfortable - we felt right at home. Staying in VOC was a welcome retreat from the tourists and still easy access to hikes, restaurants and shops. Loved the amenities provided in the condo like playing pickleball and the hot tub after the long hikes!

We stayed in Happy Trails and it was very comfortable and peaceful. Loved the decor! The effort and pride of the home shines through. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies needed. We enjoyed this quieter side of Sedona away from the tourist area. Definitely would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo.. the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the beautiful pool, hot tubs, and especially the pickleball courts (first time playing pickleball as a family with teens and we are hooked!). The location was superb - we were so happy to be away from the traffic of Sedona but still have easy access to many popular trails. Great to have a grocery store right across the street and walkable to many great restaurants and cafes close by. We also walked to the bell rock pathway which saved us from yet another busy trailhead parking lot. Laura Lee was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Very grateful for the time that we were able to stay here!

Couldn't ask for a better location! We were very comfortable in Robin's unit and enjoyed sitting on the patio with a lovely view of the immediate grounds as well as the nearby red rock attractions. The scenic Village of Oak Creek offers many dining options if you don't want to drive to Sedona, which is a relatively short distance and pleasant to traverse. We never got tired of it--always found something that caught our eye or intrigued us. We were impressed when Robin thoughtfully informed us that our unit was prepared and ready and we could have checked in hours earlier had we been in the area sooner. Great host, lovely unit, and highly recommend.
