Villajoyosa : locations de vacances dans des bungalows

Increíble recibimiento de Monique en su alojamiento, toda una experiencia exclusiva y gratamente sorprendente. La vivienda se ubica en una urbanización con buenas vistas hacia Alicante y el mar Mediterráneo, con fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Cuenta con todo lujo de detalles para pasar una estancia con todas las comodidades, cabe destacar lo limpio y ordenado que estaba todo. Sin duda, Monique hace que todo funciones para tu paso por allí te deje un buen recuerdo. Sin duda volveré a ir cuando vaya a Alicante.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im März 2025 und das trotz einiger Regentage. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung, die sowohl meiner Schwester mit ihren Kindern, als auch unseren Eltern und mir und meinem Partner alles geboten hat, was man sich wünschen kann. So ein toller Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Gracias!!

Logement spacieux et en ligne avec l’annonce. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause de la température extérieure. Toujours de la place pour se garer 🙂 Maria réactive et compréhensive pour les horaires. Appartement bien équipé

Ik verbleef 9 weken in het tiny house van Galina en Gena. Ik heb 1 week een vriendin op bezoek gehad en op mijn verzoek werd er van het 2 persoonsbed 2 x 1 persoons gemaakt. Dat was erg fijn! De ruimte is klein maar het buitenplaatsje is absoluut een verlenging van de woonruimte als het lekker weer is. Ik denk wel dat je in de zomermaanden veel minder privacy hebt omdat er veel apartementen op het plaatsje uitkijken, maar die waren nu niet bewoond dus dat was prettig. De communicatie verliep vlot, op al mijn berichten werd snel gereageerd. Beddengoed en handdoeken werden op verzoek ververst. Ik voelde me erg thuis in het huisje en heb genoten van het levendige Santa Pola! Dankjewel Galina en Gena!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Tous les matins, ouvrir sa porte et assister au lever du soleil sur la mer, prendre ses repas devant la mer , aller à la plage en faisant quelques pas , cette maison c'est le bonheur !! En plus Sonia parle français et le couple est très accueillant et réactif si besoin. J'espère y retourner très vite..

Très bon séjour à Alicante. L'appartement est très bien situé bien accessbile à pieds proche des commerces, du centre, de la plage et du château de Santa Barbara. Le voisinage est calme je recommande fortement ! J'en profite pour embrasser Messi, le petit chat qui passait souvent devant chez nous. :)

Whilst the villa is showing a few signs of wear and tear, it doesn’t detract from how lovely it is and how spotlessly clean it was! We felt it was reasonably priced as well. The garden is beautiful and really well maintained. It’s incredibly private which we really appreciated. The pool was perfect and really clean. We enjoyed the bbq and the range of cooking equipment in the kitchen. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance which are really well stocked and we enjoyed walking into Alfaz de Pi which has lots of cafes and places to eat. The number 10 bus runs every few minutes from the end of the road but there is a cycle lane/footpath all the way into Albir, which took us about 20 mins to walk to. We had a bit of a mix up with the codes for check in but Rachik was available straight away to help out, even though it was late. Overall, we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and we hope to visit again.

Spędziliśmy 10 dni w domu Rosy w czasie ferii zimowych 2025. 2 dorosłe osoby i 4 dzieci. Dom jest bardzo przyjazny rodzinie z dziećmi, jest tam wszystko co potrzeba żeby dobrze spędzić czas, ugotować posiłek i się zrelaksować.Fajna lokalizacja blisko parku i 2 min od plaży w spokojnej okolicy. Blisko supermarket. Rosa była bardzo pomocna i miła. Zawsze reagowała szybko na nasze prośby. Super dom i lokalizacja bardzo poleca.

Pasamos un buen fin de semana. Se pasa algo de frío en la casa. Disfrutamos mucho del patio y todo su espacio. Está cerca de la playa y tiene un Mercadona muy cerca.

La estancia muy agradable, Jennifer muy atenta estamos agradecidos el precio un poco alto pero hemos estado muy agusto

My Wife and I headed out to Emilio's at the end of January. we were booked until mid April. As we do a lot of cooking, we felt there was a few pieces of kitchen equipment we could have done with. Emilio told us to go to a local shop, buy what we needed and he refunded us, Fantastic!! Unfortunately, I fell ill three weeks in and had to get home for medical treatment urgently. Once again Emilio was supportive and understanding, it certainly made a very stressful time so much easier. all that aside, the location was great, local bars and restaurants very good, especially the Indian restaurant near by. I would definitely recommend this place and Emilio could not have been more helpful. when we first arrived, he was there to greet us and show us around. The location is good with an excellent bus service to adjoining towns.

La casa de Moisés es genial!! Está cerca de TODO, de la playa, del paseo de los restaurantes, del centro, zona de copas... además la calle es para residentes y se puede aparcar en la puerta, lo que es una maravilla. La zona de la parcela es preciosa y amplia, bien iluminada, ducha etc. El interior tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día y Moisés nos dejó hasta café y aceite, no faltaba de nada vamos como en casa !! las noches súper fresquitas con ventilador, pingüino la habitación principal tenía terraza y también entra en fresquito. También hay dos televisiones tanto en el dormitorio como en el salón, tiene lavadora, friegaplatos y dos baños, todo súper limpio y genial la verdad! Moisés es un encanto y repetiremos seguro GRACIAS

Casa Nova is a very nice house.There is a beautifull garden with swimming pool. The garden has different places where you can sit comfortable. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Host Ari is very friendly and helpfull. It's easy and nice to contact him. We had a wonderfull week and will come back for sure !

Logement assez grand, qui correspond aux photos, dans une résidence calme et parfaite pour des vacances, à proximité de la très grande piscine de la résidence. Bien situé par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. De plus, l'hôte était très réactive, sympathique et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Je recommande fortement pour des vacances paisible au bord de la mer.
