Villammare : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This was our first stop upon arriving at the coast for the first time. Using a car rental, Maiori is a great “first stop” since it is close to Salerno (40 mins) and the rest of the coast (30 to Priano, 45 to Positano). We arrived at the start of the busy season which meant less busy, but also not all restaurants were open. Ermelinda was superb at trying to recommend places to see or eat at, and even tried a few times to get us tables at one particular restaurant that ended up still being closed for the season. The road up to the apartment is steep so be prepared to drag any luggage up the hills, or if by car, Linda met us at the spot where the car can reach. She also took us directly to the paid parking garage, which was great because we could park the car until the next day at 11am for €20 and we could take out the car and bring it back anytime without any restrictions. Grazie Linda, for being such a great host!

Silvanas home was clean and comfortable in a convenient location as we were catching a train after our stay. Being close to the train line came with some noise but convenient to train station and walking the area. Silvana was a very helpful host.

The hosts were responsive from the moment we booked. They and their lovely mum were very proactive at our check-in as we needed some help. Their kindness at a time of need was really appreciated. They were also in touch to check we were OK. If you are travelling alone in Salerno, I think this couple make you feel like you have family in Salerno. The place was spotless and stocked well, more than expected from an Airbnb. We wish we could have stayed longer. The outside seating is well thought out and great for sunny days. Very secure building. 10mins from the heart of the city and 5 mins from the beach. It was a very convenient spot and bus from station stops and picks up from outside the apartment. Very convenient. Lo Spaghetto restaurant is our recommendation for excellent customer service to customers with varied diets and amazing food. Enjoy your stay here.

l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. all'interno dell'appartamento è presente il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza dalle lenzuola, asciugamani e prodotti per la pulizia. sono sempre disponibili rispondendo sia prima che durante il soggiorno. valuterò sicuramente di ritornare soprattutto se verranno sistemate le tapparelle con qui ho avuto qualche problema.

Perfectly located, right next to station (for easy connections to Pompeii and fast train to Napoli and Rome) and a flat 10-15 min walk to the old town, which is just fantastic. Also just 5 mins from the promenade. The apartment was everything that we needed and wanted and we would always look to stay here if we are in Salerno or visiting Amalfi coast. There are plenty of options for eating and drinking around the apartment. Carlo is the best host; always friendly, super responsive and giving the best advice and recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved our short stay in Salerno and Sea Station House was the perfect base.

Franco è un host davvero eccezionale, lui e la moglie ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli della casa in maniera minuziosa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima all'insegna del relax, e la loro casa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Siamo già in procinto di riorganizzare un'altro week end presso di loro.

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

I would highly recommend this air b and b. The apartment was as described and matched the pictures. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner/breakfast. The views were spectacular and the host Luca was extremely kind and helpful. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. The whirlpool was set in a lovely garden area and was made private by the surrounding trees. The location it a sun trap so we enjoyed beautiful warm sunshine all day. The sun rises at the balcony seating area and is a perfect place to eat breakfast. We were greeted every day by a lovely local cat (we named her muffin). I don’t think there is anything negative I could say about this apartment, we were so happy. The area is slightly secluded so a car may be helpful, but there is a lovely beach just down the road with nightlife and restaurants. There is parking, shops close, wonderful butcher close for the bbq food and a delightful patisserie up the road (Franco). Five great big stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, had all the necessary amenities and thoughtful and lovely little extras. The garden and view are absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine at sunset! Marco was extremely warm and welcoming, his responses to messages and questions were very fast and helpful. He gave us some great recommendations and advise. We will definitely be back and would recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you again Marco and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Siamo impressionati, l’appartamento grande, comodo, vicino al centro e alla stazione, ben fornito, con la vista sul mare che era davvero stupenda. Grazia anche ha comprato il seggiolino per nostro bambino che ne avevavo bisogno.

Nous avons séjourné chez Mayerlin quelques jours. Les photos correspondent à la description du logement, et il est très propre et grand ! Le logement se trouve à 20-25 à pied du centre de Salerne avec toutes les boutiques/restaurants, en revanche le retour est en pente ! Assez fatiguant après une longue journée, mais il est au calme. Une machine à laver est à disposition. Nous avons pas été très à l’aise avec la caméra qui se situe sur la petite terrasse devant, avec une impression d’être surveillé. Attention : Une taxe de séjour vous est demandé même après avoir financé le logement. La taxe n’est pas très chère (1,50€ par personne/ par jour), mais nous avons trouvé ça embêtant d’être prévenu le jour de notre arrivé parce qu’il faut régler en espèces (ce que nous n’avions pas forcément sur nous) et le laisser en partant. L’appartement reste tout de même très agréable pour un séjour à Salerne.

Appartamento nuovo, situato in una zona tranquilla molto comodo sia per accedere al mare che al centro del paese. Host preciso e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Wonderful hosts, very responsive, positive, very clean, in the heart of the city. Right Infront of the walking zone Corzo di Vittorio Emanuele, near the port and main station. Quiet and in perfect location for exploring all places in the city and the Amalfi coast. We highly recommend it, see you again professori Gerardo 😊

Overall good stay in Salerno. Jody was great with communication and met us upon our arrival by taxi from the train station. The location is in the hills and so just be aware that you are not going to step into a piazza but navigate stairs to the main road. . However you could not have more gracious host, a clean and well appointed accommodation and an amazing view.

Maria Lara e suo marito sono due persone gentili e molto ospitali. La casa è pulita, accogliente e molto comoda, sia come spazi che come posizione. Il terrazzo all’esterno il valore aggiunto, in cui abbiamo fatto bellissime cene all’aperto. Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. This will absolutely be my first choice if staying in the area again. Exceptional customer service and lodging experience! ❤️ thank you!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage im Vietri. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es gibt viele kleine Lebensmittelläden in direkter Nähe und eine super ausgestattete Küche für Selbstversorger. Zum Essen gehen gibt es eine bunte Auswahl an Restaurants drum herum. Ivana und Rodolfo haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Sie sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Menschen. Sie haben alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen ragen sofort beantwortet. Wir bedanken uns für alles und werden uns immer gerne an die schöne Zeit in der Wohnung in via Scalli 9 und an die liebevolle Vermieter erinnern. Vielen Dank für alles.

Abbiamo alloggiato da Massimo in quattro adulti in occasione di un evento nella zona. La casa è ristrutturata con gusto, pulitissima e fornita del necessario, con ambienti ampi e comodi. La zona (in autunno) è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica sia per lo splendido golfo di Policastro che per le montagne retrostanti. Interessante l'offerta gastronomica del luogo. Massimo è un ospite premuroso: se dovessimo tornare nella zona ci fermeremo volentieri di nuovo da lui.

My family of four had a great stay! Very gracious and friendly host who was quick to respond to all of my questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is in great location. We were able to park our car on a nearby street and easily find the apartment. There are great markets, restaurants, bars, and cute souvenir shops around the apartment. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere, including the beach. One thing to know is, like many other Italian Coastal towns, there are hills and stairs everywhere you go. You need to climb a few steps to get to the apartment. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to visit again!
