Villaverde : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Stefano war bei unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns rein gelassen und uns kurz erklärt was es wo gibt . Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Wohnung im eingezäunten Bereich mit einem elektrischem Tor ( praktisch um Fenster / Verdeck offen zu lassen ohne Taschen / Wertsachen aus dem Auto nehmen zu müssen) Alles war wie beschrieben , sehr sauber und auch die Lage war für uns Perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Just returned from our stay at Sea View Villa with my young family. Everything was perfect. Julie and Peter had gone above and beyond. They even had a little Christmas tree set up and also some presents for our young girls to open on Chritmas Day. This was well and truly greatly recieved, but completely unexpected. Bed guard, cot and stair gate. All basics to settle you in plus many extras. Spotlessly clean throughout. So comfortable, we all felt right at home immediately and settled from the first evening, which was Christmas Eve. Beautiful views of the sunrise over the Atlatic from the master bedroom. We had stunning blue sky's everyday. Great location being close enough to everything but based in a peaceful location. Perfect for exploring the whole island. We had a car for the week and ventured out each day. Beach is stunning and the water was carpet calm and so clear. Top top hosts all round! Friendly, inviting, helpful and went over and above.Thank you for a wonderful Xmas

Lara was the most attentive, friendly and helpful host. We could not have asked for more. She was on hand with local suggestions and knowledge. It was a pleasure to stay in her villa. The Villa was lovely, airy & spacious with a pool and sunbathing area. The sun is at the pool for most of the day but there is a comfortable space with sofa and armchairs in the shaded area for hotter days. The beds are super comfy and the shower has roasting hot water (two of our must haves). The Villa is 7-9 minutes drive from the centre of Corralejo and easy distance from lots of other places and restaurants/ supermarkets. I would not hesitate to recommend Lara as a host and her lovely villa. We had a very chilled and relaxing holiday. X

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

El hogar de Ángel superó totalmente mis expectativas. ¡Es incluso más bonito que en las fotos! Todo estaba impecable: limpio, amplio, privado y con una piscina espectacular que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún mejor. El lugar es perfecto para descansar y disfrutar con total tranquilidad. Además, Ángel fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitara. Su amabilidad y disposición marcaron la diferencia. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Ángel! Ya casi estoy haciendo las maletas para volver jajaja

The airbnb exceeded expectations, it was prepared beautifully and we had a great stay. Our flight was also later on in the evening and Juanfra let us check out of the airbnb later which was super appreciated. I’d definitely recommend 😊👍🏼

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione, ampio spazio esterno ben sfruttabile godendo dei tramonti che offre l’isola. Per chi cerca tranquillità ma allo stesso tempo vicinanza a locali e servizi è il posto perfetto. Infine Pietro ed Erika sono stati disponibili e la comunicazione con loro è stata sempre veloce ed efficace.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Lajares. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, perfekt für Erholung und Entspannung mit der Familie. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die schöne Terrasse und der Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely little apartment ideal for two people right in the heart of everything and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely all day sunny balcony sheltered from the wind with sun shade if needed also peaceful to sit on and people watch. The beds are very comfortable and what little sound we could hear from nearby bars was not at all disturbing as the apartment is well sound proofed with air conditioning. We hope we are able to stay again in the future.

Just returned home after spending a very enjoyable week at No 50. The apartment was bright, cosy and very stylish. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water all the time. The location was perfect, with shops, bars and restaurants one way, and the beach just a two minute walk the other way. The pool was very cold ( as expected for this time of year) but we managed to swim in it a couple of times. It was cleaned every morning and the trees and planting make it a pretty area for sunbathing, with plenty of sun loungers dotted around for privacy. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day. Thanks very much Regina.

Hemos estado genial en la casa, el espacio muy amplio y todo muy limpio. Las vistas son muy bonitas. Ademas la ubicacion tambien perfecta, muy tranquilo y se puede salir andando para hacer la excursion del volcan Calderón Hondo, si volvemos repetiremos seguro!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and it was perfect for me. Transfer was excellent and the apartment was perfect for a week in the Sun. The complex is nice and the vibe is very relaxed. I loved my stay in Fuerteventura.

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

host reattivo e disponibile, la casa pulita e ordinata, cucina enorme e accessoriata, camere ben arredate e funzionali eccetto la camera al piano superiore, la più bella ma mancano totalmente piani di appoggio per vestiti e cose personali (già segnalato all'host). Vicino alle dune di Corralejo, peccato per le nuove costruzioni che coprono la vista sull'oceano dalla vetrata della zona giorno. Zona tranquilla, si può riposare senza nessun rumore. Casa consigliata!

Ideal place to stay. We loved it! Perfect for our long weekend to get some much needed sunshine. Alberto the host was really helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in a bit early to coincide with our flight which was much appreciated. Great spot for quick access into Caleta de Fuste with all the bars, restaurants and a supermarket only a few mins walk away. Self-check in was seamless too with very clear instructions. The apartment is really well presented, clean and spacious. Balcony is a lovely sun trap and a great spot to relax. Everything you need is in the apartment as well: iron, hairdryer, bottle opener, and some bits and bobs from previous guests like condiments. We would certainly come back again, great value for money. Thanks!

A nice clean well appointed apartment, with a nice big balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the afternoon and early evening sun. Lots to do in the immediate area, and only 10 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Raquel was responsive and very helpful on the few times that I had to contact her. Thank you Raquel for making our 6 week stay memorable x

Beautiful stylish apartment , the outside dining area , kitchen and bar is a real bonus. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable plenty of storage space The shower is powerful with high end products .Plenty of towels including beach towels . The pool is the icing on the cake ! Playa Blanca beach is 5 minute walk and great for a swim, picnic and hangout .Caleta de Fusta is 15 minutes on the bus & great for swimming , plenty of shops restaurants and sun beds. Forty minute stroll along promenade into the heart of Puerto del Rosario or take the bus . Excellent restaurants, big shopping center with hyper market that has butchers , fish & cheese counter - taxi back 5 euros . Queli and Conradio were the best hosts . Collected us from airport and dropped us off . Researched information we needed. Oh & there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Das Apartment ist zum Wohlfühlen eingerichet. Es gibt ein gemütliches Sofa vor dem Fernseher mit internationalem Fernsehprogramm. Darüberhinaus ist ein Essplatz mit angenehmer Beleuchtung in dem Raum und eine offene Küche - mit gut funktionierendem Dunstabzug. Die Küchenzeile ist bestens ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer bietet Platz fürs Sonnenbaden, fürs Lesen und fürs Frühstücken. Das Apartment lässt erkennen, wie wichtig dem Vermieter die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste ist. Rick war auch immer erreichbar und ein angenehmer, freundlicher Gesprächspartner. Wir haben gleich wieder gebucht für den kommenden November, eben weil einfach alles perfekt war für uns. El Cotillo ist inzwischen zwar touristisch, aber noch gemütlich und ohne Massentourismus, nicht überlaufen.

What an amazing place. Couldn’t fault anything. The view from the lounge window and the roof top balcony was spectacular The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for your stay and a comfortable bed. Everything was in walking distance. Jose was an exceptional host who obviously loves his apartment. We would definitely book again

My second stay in this beautiful appartment. Fernanda greeted me with a very warm welcome. The water bottles were especially appreciated upon arrival, thank you! The location is just off the main street, two minutes to the closest supermarket. The flat had everything I needed. One of the bedrooms, the livingroom and balcony face the poolside with palm trees. Enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you again for making late checkout possible! See you again, hopefully.

Sehr schöne moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in günstiger Lage. Der Pool war auch toll und gepflegt und die Kinder waren jeden Tag drin, obwohl er unbeheizt ist (März). Virginie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und über die Getränke im Kühlschrank haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
