Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es un poco liosa si te fías de google maps. Aunque es el número 80, en google maps debes poner el 74. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Es cierto que la tasa de limpieza es muy alta pero el resultado es sobresaliente. La cocina tiene DE TODO. Infinidad de utensilios para lo que necesites. La casa en general está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, de la tranquilidad de la zona y de lo bonita que es España.

Gareth est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans sa maison, l'endroit est très calme et offre de nombreuses balades aux alentours. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’annonce correspond exactement à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par Yvette, très sympathique et compréhensive suite à notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises au restaurant Che Loco que je recommande, qualité, accueil et très bonne ambiance accessible à 800m. Merci à Kevin et Yvette.

Dejlig privat ophold med gode faciliteter inklusiv stort tv med mulighed for at caste og se via apps. Mercadona supermarked ligger lige overfor med alt du behøver. Tæt på et naturområde hvor vi gik tur med vores hund + tæt på Pink Lake. Alt i alt et dejligt sted at holde ferie hvis du er til afslapning.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Christian. La maison est parfaite pour un grand groupe, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée et le sauna, dont nous avons pu profiter malgré une météo incertaine et des températures de mi saison !! Christian a été très réactif pour nous aider sur certaines questions et très arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivée. Enfin la maison est assez excentrée d’Alicante mais tous les commerces nécessaires sont disponibles à côté et le centre ville est facilement accessible par les transports ! Je recommande à 1000% et serais ravie de revenir !! Merci 🤩

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. We hope to be back soon.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this Airbnb! The panoramic views from this place are nothing short of spectacular – every room offered incredible scenery. It's a very comfortable house Communication with the host was excellent! They were prompt and helpful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. You do need a car to get around Altea. I will stay at this place again

Vi var en spent gjeng på 5 voksne og 3 barn i alder 11-13 på reise for første gang i Alicante. Huset lå rolig og fredelig til, ingen bråk eller noe og det føltes veldig trygt. Samtidig var det bare 10 minutter unna stranda og trikken som man kunne ta til sentrum eller Benidorm. Stranda er også helt fantastisk og barna koset seg veldig. Var også bare 10 min å gå eller 5 min å sykle til stor matbutikk. Vi dro utenfor sesong og skulle egentlig til Benidorm, men det var så hyggelig og mye å gjøre her og i sentrum at vi kom aldri så langt. Så til tross for stengte badeland, fornøyelsesparker osv så fløy tida og Alicante sentrum var så fint. Der er det også et lite tivoli som er åpent hele året. Alt av utstyr en kan tenke seg var også tilgjengelig, inkl. såper, vaskeutstyr, vaskemidler, håndklær, sykler, badeleker og mye mer. Vertene var helt fantastiske, de svarte raskt og hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på, samt kom med mange gode tips og de strakk seg lenger enn de hadde trengt!

Tanto Esther como Johan han sido muy amables y hospitalarios te responden enseguida cualquier duda que tengas , la casa es muy bonita y en una ubicación que nos encanto muy cerca de la playa donde nuestras mascotas lo pasaron en grande casa muy recomendable para con o sin mascotas nosotros repetiremos seguro ☺️

The spacious villa was situated in a tranquil area, providing an excellent base to explore the coastline. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating outside. We opted to pay extra for the heated pool, which was welcome on the slightly chilly days. Our favourite part was relaxing on the sun deck ontop of the villa. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très typique et très bien située. Quartier agréable et proche des restaurants et du centre . C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter des deux terrasses bien exposées et avec une très belle vue . Attention, les lits doubles ne sont pas larges .

Una estancia muy agradable con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene fácil acceso a todo tipo de recursos, restaurantes, con la playa cerca y buenas vistas. Marta fue muy atenta y amable. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos por Alicante

We had a lovely stay at Alvaro’s place in La Mata. The house has everything you need to feel like home and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The location is great, close to the beach and a few minutes by car to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Finally, we would like to thank Alvaro for his hospitality, he truly cares about his guests.

Logement fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualités surtout le jacuzzi. Vite très amical et réactif qui souhaite du respect pour son logement et je le comprend car il est de qualités avec un prix abordable.
