l accueil de Catherine a été parfait en tous points et l emplacement est superbe face à la promenade le long du port d Evian parfait pour les promenades avec mon chien.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Evian! The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the lake and close to all the main spots in town. The apartment itself was very clean and organized, making it a comfortable place to relax. The attention and care provided by the owners were remarkable, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial chez Andrès, en proximité idéale de Genève. La maison est très chaleureuse et dispose de toutes les prestations pour un séjour confortable pour adultes/enfants (attention cependant aux escaliers si enfants de moins de 6 ans). Beaucoup de rangements, grande table pour 6/8 dans la cuisine. Grand canapés+ fauteuils. 2 salles de bain et 2 WC impeccables. TV et WIFI et tout l'électroménager, vaisselle et ustensiles nécessaires. Le jardin est très joli, même en hiver. Andrès a su nous conseiller de très belles balades et visites à proximité. Un grand supermarché est à 5 minutes en voiture. Voiture obligatoire pour ce déplacer. Places de stationnement devant la maison. Un séjour 100% réussi et un hébergement que nous validons et recommandons totalement ! Merci encore à notre hôte Andrès et à une prochaine fois peut-être !

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Have stayed at this apartment many times over the past few years, as it is very well placed, always clean and the views on the lake are great ! There is a company hosting the place but the people are always friendly, reactive and flexible.

Les instructions etaieny claires, description fidele au bien. A seulement 10 minutes a pieds d'une zone de baignade sublime. Le petit bemole est l'acces au parking en pleine saison il fait se garer a 5 minutes a pieds du logement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake every evening. It is also a great base to drive to various amazing places such as glacier 3000 and the Gornergrat railway, some of the most beautifully stunning scenery we’ve ever seen! Highly recommend

Loved the vibe of Bnb… the garden is so beautiful and refreshing and the windows give makes the entire Bnb feel bright and lively. Beautiful bathroom as well! Anne is a lovely host who was extremely helpful in giving us a detailed tour of the house. She has a lovely family. Great place, centrally located from Lausanne and Geneva and only 30 mins from Geneva airport. Towns like Gruyere and Saanen too are just 60-90 mins away.

Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

We had a wonderful time staying in this really great apartment and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a quaint place in the beautiful Lavaux. A perfect balance between preservation of heritage in a centuries old building and a modern flair with all the necessary amenities and style!
