Absolutely beautiful location on top of a wooded hill with a tiny view of the Omaha skyline twinkling at night far off between other hills; no other houses in sight and total peace and quiet (depending on who is staying with you). Beautiful kitchen has every appliance you could ever wish for. We enjoyed eating at the table on the back patio overlooking the lawn and forest, sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch in the evenings, and playing the 1/4(?) grand piano. Communication with Hannah was excellent. Any problem that showed up was immediately remedied. We had a delightful family holiday with 9 adults and 3 very young children. Hannah graciously provided a Pack-n-Play, a high chair, and a baby gate to block off the stairs. It is a wonderful place.

What can I say, Lamont treated us like family, we stayed at his place 4 months, we enjoyed the pool, the patio, everything, he always was very friendly and responsive with anything we needed. We just extended our stay due to work the place was immaculate comfy and cozy . Worked out well for us for work would definitely recommend this place if in the area easy to get to right off the interstate great host !!

Came to town for family stuff. House was easy to find, easy to get in and lots of space.

Frank and Tammy's place is a five star Airbnb! Everything is top quality from our bed to linens, from fridge to the Keurig, from the couch to the television. Also, the house was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Thank you Frank and Tammy, we will be back.

Good proximity to the zoo! Plenty of stuffed animals and kids' paraphernalia without being cluttered. Clean premises and kitchen stocked with coffee and oatmeal. Kitchen also had high chairs, which was very considerate. House was about 9 min from old market, which was nice.

This is our 4th year coming to Omaha for a Presidents Day volleyball tournament and it’s always fun to stay in new places and Rosie’s place was perfect. Highly recommend. Right by Old Market food and shops, great community that quiet and clean and overall very peaceful.

We really enjoyed how safe and walkable the neighborhood was! A great place for our pup and just like the photos!

Todd was great to work with, as soon as I had a question he answered it right away. He was very accommodating, it felt very safe there& very close to downtown. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back here

It was not the easiest place to find but once we figured it out it was great. We were there in January and it had snowed so there was a little bit of difficulty figuring out where the driveway and parking were for sure since the snow had not been removed. The accommodations were perfect for our mixed group of people. We really enjoyed the space and fireplace as well as the great kitchen. Was a little bit surprised that there was leftover food in the fridge, the kitchen table had sugar and sticky stuff on it and there were no towels in the bathroom, they were in the dryer. There were a few burnt out lightbulbs. I wish the radiant heating was on to keep the floors warm. Nothing major and the stay was fantastic. We had a great time and will be back for another getaway if they will have us.

We are former Omahan’s and were visiting friends and family over Thanksgiving week. We had concerns about the home location, but once we saw the neighborhood and house we were at ease. The street was quiet, no loud neighbors or noisy cars. We liked that the house is near Blackstone and downtown. The space was perfect for our family of 5, loved that they had a few toys and books. The snack drawer was a great surprise!! And a few drinks in the fridge was appreciated. The mattress was one of the best I’ve had at a rental home- no back pains! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were so friendly and responsive. One of the cleanest and cutest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.

Mike replied to anything I asked about. The house was a great price for a group of 4 out in MO for some snow goose hunting. It allowed for the relaxation of space in a house with cheaper pricing than a hotel room. The few extra miles of driving to where we were hunting was definitely worth it. If we are ever back in the area to hunt I will definitely book this location again.

Amber went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her 100 year+ home is in a historic district of Council Bluffs adjacent to the Gilbralter Neighborhood Trailhead. Several of our family members took advantage of its proximity and went hiking during our visit. Her home is a mix of old and new - 19th and early 20th century craftsmanship, such as a beautiful central staircase, combined with 21st century technology such as WiFi, and numerous televisions throughout the expansive home. Fun amenities include a pinball machine and a treadmill for exercise. My family especially enjoyed competing on the pinball machine. Amber’s home was stocked with all sorts of treats ranging from muffins to a charcuterie tray. Whenever we had a question either about something in the home or some activity in the area, Amber was very quick to respond. I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rental properties. This one stands out in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend.

Great place for what we were looking for. Clean and quaint. We had a small issue, and Rid took care of us. Beautiful area.
