The house is very well maintained. The host Lalit was extremely helpful and guided us with great recommendations. The instructions regarding check in were properly communicated. The area has many cafes and is perfect for tourists. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Firstly, as a person who gets claustrophobic in homes, balconies r d most important criterion while choosing a stay (requirements vary person to person lol ).. spacious carpet area, 2 separate rooms & 2 balconies this place had which ws a boon at 3300rs.. however, as d property was at first floor, balconies were not private at all..there were people at the side balcony, front balcony, everywhere people walking, staring..so no privacy fr a woman who likes to spend majority of her tym outside & also if a couple is staying feeling bit inhibited cud b a con. So many mirrors, basins & clean washrooms, sofas r pros Hwevr, we should note that there is only one AC in d hallroom..no AC in eithr of d bedroom 😭..we've visited during summer & it was so hot at night that we had to keep it at 16 degrees & let full sleed fan circulate sum cold breeze in both d bedrooms by keeping their doors open😮‍💨..but hey, what more can u expect at dis price point haha..overall, great stay! 9 on 10👍

So I travelled to Pune to attend a Course there where we had no accomodation. We were five women traveling from different places to attend this course and we were looking for a home that match our standard, which is cozy and not too expensive. We found a very beautiful home for a week's stay. All five of us loved the beautiful home with beautiful artistic touch to it. We sat by windows and it was relaxing to sit by windows when we needed quite alone space. It genuinely felt good to come back to home at the end of the day :) The cherry on the top for us was home cooked meals by an aunty in the neighborhood. She is not just the best cook but she is very sweet and loving which made us feel at home. I highly recommend the place if you prefer comfort.

The property matched the description and Rahul was a great host. Super flexible with check in and check out. I recommend this space for long stays. However, it’s best for solo males, couples or families. I felt a bit unsafe being a solo woman as the men in the vicinity stare as if they’ve never seen a woman before (not Rahul’s fault at all). We stayed over 3 weeks in this nice apartment for a 4 person family or a couple. For us wifi is important and this place has fast en reliable wifi, a washing machine and a well utilized kitchen. We had a great time here and we highly recommend it. Excellent communication with the responsive and service minded host. The location is in a nice neighborhood full of good cafe's and good restaurants. And if you are in Pune to visit the Osho center it is very close by, on foot or by ricksha.

I recently had my second visit to Salima's place, and I'm happy to say that the stay was just as wonderful as my first experience. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the place is located on the top floor, which can be a bit challenging during the summer months. The air-conditioning is only in the bedroom, so the rest of the apartment can get quite warm. That said, if you're visiting during cooler months, this won’t be an issue at all. Overall, it was another great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Rashmi and her brother Nukul are such great hosts! Very pro-active and very service minded. The wellbeing of their guests is really important to them. We needed some extra items to be able to work and they quickly and easily provided what we needed at no extra cost. Their apartment is really clean and worth the money. In a safe and clean building with 24/7 security and quiet neighbors. Apartment cleaning is provided if needed. The neighborhood is hip and happening with nice shops, restaurants, bars, and cafe's close by. This is a really nice area of Pune. We will come back here and we highly recommend this apartment for singles or couples.
