This property was so charming and a perfect fit for our group of 4. There is 1 bathroom in the main house and 1 in the garden house which worked out perfectly for us. The guidebook that the hosts provided was a huge help!

Desiree's place was a perfect getaway for our winter long weekend. Clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we could need, and more. Desiree left clear and helpful home instructions, with plenty of great local recommendations, and thoughtful delicious treats, too. The sunrise mountain views from the living room were amazing!

Terras home was great, and was exactly as described and pictured. The only very minor problem we had ended up being the evening fog triggering a smoke alarm, but her and her husband were more than willing to run right over to check it out before we realized. Her welcome basket gave us plenty of ideas of what to do and where to go. She even has a pack and play, high chair, stroller and hiking baby carrier if you forget yours or need to save space. Really just a great home on magical island wonderland for anyone who enjoys the ocean and the out doors.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

Nikki was an excellent host, very attentive and very responsive. Place was super clean and accurately described. I loved the attention and detail of everything. From the Hot Tub to the record player and selection of vinyl. From Board games to WiFi running smooth. Modern amenities with a cozy vibe. Me and my family loved this place!

This luxurious cabin was perfect! Walking distance to a beautiful lighthouse and nestled back in the woods. The hot tub was a bonus after the long day of work/play. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space had ample room. Clean and new furniture. The beds were super comfortable. We'll definately be back.

This place was absolutely amazing, it was quiet and peaceful and just as described. We both look forward to returning in the future.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

We had an amazing stay at this place. Felt like home from home. Got to spend quality time with family in the area. The weather wasn’t great but it’s Maine in Winter. Shelby was great about sending someone out to plow & sand the road to the property whilst we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

About an hour and a half from Acadia. Perfect place to stay :)

The location is magical . Loved waking up and seeing the scenery. The trail was really well maintained given all the snow. We've had a wonderful hike to the pond seeing only nature, not one person on the trail. It was fun stopping and trying to identify all kinds of animal tracks along the path. We are thinking of coming back in the spring or summer. Thank you for muffins Toby and Peter!!!

We had the best time! The two separate cottages provided were fantastic. Well appointed with a nice country vibe. Never turned on the TV. Just played cards, ate and talked. Very relaxing. We brought our boat and it was so convenient to tie up at Josée’s dock. The fishing was great too! I highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place and host more than 5 stars! Deirdre was incredibly sweet and extremely fast to respond to any questions we had. The cabin was cozy, clean, and just what we were looking for! Our trip revolved around hiking Acadia NP, and while this Airbnb was about an hour drive to the main part of the park, it was WELL worth it. It was away from the busyness and very quiet peaceful and private. Plus it’s only about 15 mins to the Schoodic peninsula! There’s a small path to some rocks you can sit on and relax by the ocean, which after a long day of hiking was perfect! Bonus- We were able to see the northern lights from there!! All in all this place was 10/10 and I highly recommend. If I ever get the chance to return to Maine, I would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Fantastic stop on our way up to Acadia. Only wish we had booked for two nights instead of one! the wood stove was super efficient on a very chilly October night. Close to the Pour Farm and Odd Alewives breweries, which were awesome. And very quick drive to Camden for food options and excellent ocean/mountain hikes. Very clean and cozy Maine camp. We hope to be back!

This was our first time at Stella but we have stayed with Sherri and Joel previously. Every one of their cabins is unique and has its own individual things that make it special. The property is always wonderful to walk around and go exploring and you are close enough to take day trips to town for activities but far enough to have that rustic feel! Can’t wait to go back in the summer to enjoy more lake activities!
