The Airbnb was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was well stocked for our one week stay. It’s also only about 7 mins away from the airport! Host was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at Minh & Jenny's apartment. The room is located on a quiet and charming street, with cafés and restaurants nearby. There’s even a café right downstairs. Traveling to tourist attractions in District 1 is easy—it’s just a 15-minute Grab ride away. The entrance to the house is spacious, making it convenient for taxis to park right in front. There is a private bathroom, which, although located outside the bedroom, still offers great privacy. There is also a laundry nearby with very cheap fees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

I had a wonderful stay at Duti’s home! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and matched the description perfectly, especially clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. They were also very responsive, always quick to answer any questions even at late night and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. You can truly feel their care and attention to every detail. I highly recommend Duti’s Home to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely love to come back again!

I really love this place. Rooms are spacious. I like that it is ground level since we have kids and it feels safer. The host is very helpful and friendly. She is always responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to come back to this place again when we are in Vietnam. Thank you Jennifer!

the pictures described Amy's place perfectly. if you're staying here make sure and visit Go Vap park. the Apartment is close to a supermarket. communication is great.

It was an amazing experience renting this apartment! We arrived at night and host gave us amazing guide on how to check in ourselves! Close to the airport, took us 20 minutes to walk from there and 10 minutes by car. The apartment is big, clean and there was everything we needed! Thank you so much!

Khi checkin vừa mở cửa phòng đã có cảm giác vừa đẹp vừa thoải mái như nhà của mình, mọi vật dụng đều được chuẩn bị và các đồ dùng cá nhân và mọi đồ dùng sinh hoạt khác rất đầy đủ, cứ ngỡ như 1 căn nhà của mình vậy, mọi thứ chủ nhà Trang Trí trong nhà thật sự có gu và sang trọng, tuy phòng nằm trên tầng 4 đi lên và xuống có bất tiện nhưng rất xứng đáng , có dịp sẽ quay lại ❤️
