If you're looking for a stunning getaway, Goran’s villa is an excellent choice. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and spent our days lounging in the sun and sea. The villa was immaculately clean, and each room had its own bathroom and A/C unit. We started our days by jumping into the Adriatic just steps from the property’s back gate. The outdoor kitchen is well-equipped and has unobstructed views of the water. Pictures do not do this place justice; it’s magical and a must-stay if you’re planning a Croatian getaway. Goran also met us in town to ensure we could find the property and even gifted us bread, vegetables, and drinks to make us feel welcome. Overall, this villa is ideal for families or groups looking for a luxurious, peaceful escape with plenty of amenities, space, and access to the sea.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Just 15 minutes by car from the historic town of Omiš and a similar distance to beautiful beaches near Brela, this clean, cozy, one bedroom apartment is in the perfect location to explore and enjoy this part of the Croatian coast. This well maintained property has a pool set at just the right temperature for an easy transition from the warm sun to pleasantly cool water, nice pool area with comfortable lounges and the apartment is well thought out, equipped with quality kitchen tools including an expresso machine that served up great tasting coffee. There was even a bread toaster (somewhat of a rarity among RB&B’s in Croatia). A very comfortable bed provided a relaxing, good nights sleep. The hosts Hermien and Steve are very nice people, made me feel right at home with a welcome drink and warm, friendly conversation. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Outstanding!

The apartment’s amazing- fully corresponds to pictures. There is everything you need including first aid kit. The supermarket is just next door. Bus stop is 4 min walk, beach- 2 min. Ivana & her apartment are the best I’ve found & our week stay was comfortable, relaxing & fully meets expectations. The view from the terrace is breathtaking) Split & Omiš are easy to reach by bus (30 min ride). There is shower at the beach, it’s clean & the sea is marvellous. The apartment is clean, all is done with care. Hope will have opportunity to return coming years. Regards from Kyiv 🤗

Marijana as a host is something we all need from all the hosts. Very responsive and on top of the things place is cozy and immaculate I highly recommend anyone who's visiting Šibenik to stay at her place

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

Mit der Ankunft haben wir(2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) uns wohl gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Privatstrand der direkt am Haus liegt. Anfangs hat unser Sohn noch den Pool genutzt aber der Strand war dann doch interessanter! Desweiteren haben wir täglich das bereitgestellte Kanu und das SUP genutzt. Ein nahes Restaurant ist gut über den Wasserweg erreichbar, mit dem Auto etwas holprig und dauert länger… Gute Ausstattung, Liegen mit Auflagen, Moskitonetze, tolle Aufmerksamkeiten zur Ankunft wie Wasser, Eis fürs Kind und Citronella Kerzen fürs abendliche Wohlbefinden auf der Terrasse. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist toll und schön kühl zu halten, die oberen Betten sind unter dem Dach wo es naturgemäß etwas wärmer ist und die Betten nicht ganz so bequem. Allerdings gibt es zu öffnende Dachfenster, auch mit Moskitoschutz somit kommt hier nachts doch etwas Kühlere Luft rein und wenn man richtig liegt kann man den Sternenhimmel betrachten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Un séjour magique dans un lieu exceptionnel 🤩. Tout était conforme à la description, l’accueil et la communication avec Branka ont été au top! Les commodités mis à disposition sont un vrai plus, on se sent chez soi et avons pu profiter un maximum du lieu. Rien ne manque !
