Vintijan : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Un séjour de 5 nuits chez Bernada très plaisant, au calme , ressourçant et riches en découvertes du patrimoine de la région. Vous souhaitez profiter de la baignade et des nombreuses plages, le logement est très bien situé. Vous aimez marcher , il y a possibilité de faire des ballades tout le long de la côte. Vous aimez les vieilles pierres , les decouvertes de village authentiques vous avez l ' embarras du choix ! Réservez chez Bernada avec Petra sa fille vous aurez un accueil formidable. Et quelle bonne idée Bernada pour la carte de bus , pas besoin de la voiture pour Pula et l arrêt est à 1 mn Le studio est parfait et sa sa terrasse privée est super .

Unser Urlaub in Igors Unterkunft war ganz wundervoll. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für zwei Personen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über den schönen Außenbereich gefreut und zum entspannten frühstücken genutzt. Auch der Grill wurde getestet und als sehr gut befunden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und wenn man gerne spazieren geht, ist fast alles auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleine Supermärkte sind an jeder Ecke zu finden. Die Bäckerei direkt im die Ecke ist auch zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbringen durften!

Мы еще обязательно остановимся у Патриции - все было хорошо обставлено, чисто, наполнено полезными бытовыми принадлежностями. Ничего лишнего в квартире не было - удобная двуспальная кровать, диван, даже вид на море с балкона. Было удобно жить, готовить еду. Патриция посоветовала отличные места для посещения, всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы, хотя их почти и не было. Море было совсем рядом, с отличным сосновым парком, кафе, теннисными кортами и большим торговым центрам, где можно найти все в 7 минутах. Кого-либо может смутить близлежащее старинное кладбище, но его совсем не видно из окон и если бы я не смотрела карту, я бы и не подозревала о нем:)) Мы отлично провели время! Всем советуем Патрицию и ее замечательную квартиру🤍

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir konnten sogar unsere Fahrräder im Haus abstellen.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Bei der Anreise gab es in der Küche Obst, Bonbons, Milch, Wasser, Wein und einiges mehr, was sofort ein Gefühl von Wärme und willkommen sein ausgelöst hat. Die Kinder, die Hunde und wir Erwachsenen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das Stadtzentrum in 25min. Es war einfach alles top :-). Dankeschön für die gute Zeit!

Barbara’s fantastic apartment was in a great location- close to beaches and walkable into Pula. Barbara herself was very responsive and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Pool war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles okay ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat mehrere Ausflugsziele in nicht allzu weiter Entfernung/ mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

this was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. so comfortable and clean. Very friendly welcome and could not ask for a better host. it was a bit too cool to use the pool, but we had fantastic days out very short drives away. we all fell in love with Croatia and the lovely people. I would highly recommend this, it is on the edge of town, so close to a beach and felt like being in the country.

Das Haus ist super sauber gewesen, wir hatten viel Platz . Der Blick von der Terrasse war sehr schön. Der Standort ist perfekt. Strände sind in der Nähe, ebenso ein Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ivana war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie reservierte uns einen Tisch im Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Natasa heeft ontzettend veel moeite gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn als mogelijk te maken. Het verblijf was goed schoon en er werden diensten aangeboden die niet vanzelfsprekend zijn voor een accommodatie. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en baddoeken werden (op aanvraag) schoon aangeboden. Bij aankomst werden wij onthaald met lokale wijnen en taartjes en gedurende het verblijf kregen wij nog lekkers aangeboden door Natasa. Kortom heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om ons een top vakantie te bezorgen.

Sonja's Apartment ist ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes, kleines Stadthaus mitten im alten Zentrum von Medulin. Die absoluten Highlights waren für mich die offene und zugleich gemütliche Architektur (es ist ein Raum vom Boden bis unter das Dach - hierfür wurden drei Decken entfernt), das stimmige Design der gesamten Unterkunft und der private, kleine Stadtgarten. In diesem gibt es eine Außenküche mit Spüle und Kohle-Grill und unter der Pergola kann man wunderbar sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein den Abend genießen. Sonja ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weitergeholfen.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Perfect localization, reactive host. Most of all very confortable bed and pillows, and calm area of Pula. The surroundings are beautiful. The weather is not amazing in October but we still had a great stay thanks to Sara's recommendations.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Ivana, l'appartamento era perfetto, tutto come da descrizione, molto grande, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la terrazza con zanzariere, dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Posizione tranquilla, molto comoda per raggiungere Pula, Fasana, tante spiagge belle nei dintorni. Ivana gentile risponde subito, grazie mille alla prossima!

Wir waren für eine Woche für Strandurlaub in Pula und waren super zufrieden. Vor allem die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt 5min zu Fuß ist ein Strand und etwa 15min zu Fuß weiter sind sehr sehr schöne Strände. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und immer sehr schnell. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Für schöne Restaurants muss man ca. 10 min mit dem Bus nach Pula fahren, vor der Haustür sind aber auch ein paar zu finden. Nur das WLAN und auch Mobilnetz ist dort nicht wirklich gut. Ansonsten alles super :)

We stayed in Andrew’s place for 10 days and it was great. The location is good for navigating Rovinj. Close to everything. The apartment is cozy and quiet which made the stay very enjoyable. The secure parking that was offered was a plus and made it easy to do all the day trips from Rovinj. We had a pick up from the car lot with our luggage to rovinj which was so helpful. Loved the outside bar at the top by the church for beautiful sunsets. We had a beautiful stay here and enjoyed Rovinj and all of istria.!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tea’s place! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, offering us an early check-in since the place was ready. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches with stunning views. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend Tea’s place and would love to come back!
