ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I surprised my wife for her birthday with a little getaway and her family joined as well. Jackie had gotten her flowers and balloons for her birthday after I let her know what I was planning on doing! The place is located perfectly and really gave us an amazing weekend away! I hiked the trails every morning and also our dogs loved being able to get away as well and explore. If I could give a sixth star I would!

Lovely private cottage tucked away on the hills of Nelsonville. Our family truly enjoyed our mini-spring getaway exploring around and relaxing in this gem! If you love to hike, there are many different trails surrounding this area. Hocking Hills State Park is just 30 minutes away and is worth the visit!

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

If you’re debating on The Arthur-here’s your sign-book now! It exceeded our expectations! The pictures looked great online but it’s even better in person! The home is perfect: adorably decorated, very clean, best sheets & blankets I’ve experienced at an air B&B & soaps/shampoos smelled SO GOOD! We enjoyed the privacy & plenty of space for our kids to run around. The hot tub, sauna, movies in the barn & more! The hiking trails are about 20-30 min drive but we don’t mind because we like the privacy. Great place to unplug. Can’t wait to go back!

Even more amazing than last year! We noticed several renovations / improvements around the property. Everything was well-stocked, clearly-labeled, so well-organized! Kitchen/bathrooms/ linens/kitchen PRISTINE. Fall foliage on-point (last year we were a few weeks too late). The gas grill and solo fire pit are amazing! Thank you Devon for another AMAZING stay and break from the pressures day-to-day life!

Brad was a great host! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry about booking a stay. The place was great and looked just like the photos.! The town is cute and we walked to a great dinner at Hometown Hibachi and then the next morning walked for a delicious coffee at Rost.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for two people.

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

I would highly recommend this to anyone! This place was phenomenal and quiet and peaceful. Christine and Matt went beyond what anyone would expect. A lot of extra’s that you would not expect, like smores for the fire out back, snacks and drinks, a cheesecake, tooth paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extremely clean, extra blankets, pillows, robes, many towels, this place is extra clean, quiet. There is a hot tub, and a fire pit for the relaxing evenings. We will return without hesitation. Thank you Matt and Christine you two are the best, and very appreciated more than you know. Thank you again.

We had a great stay at Natalie’s first floor location. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with snacks. The fire pit was great and the grounds and animals were fun. It was an easy drive into Athens and the Dutch Creek Winery was just up the road.

I had a long stay here and it was perfect! The place is new and was very clean. kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Fawn was a great host and was always quick to help with any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay so much!

The Onyx Ridge House is beautiful! The house and location exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, enough space indoors and outdoors. Our family of four had a great time. Close to the amazing Hocking hills attractions. The maps were very helpful. Thanks Tanner!!

We have rented cabin the past 2 years. Beautiful cabin. We enjoy the large dinner table for our card games and family dinner. We had a lot of fun playing corn hole, pool, and ping- pong. We had outdoor fire and enjoyed the hot tub. Close to the caves too. We look forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here! Only issue we had was the morning of checkout the shower water did not get warm, it was so close to check out that we just waited to shower at home, it was inconvenient, but other than that everything was great! We used the stove to make soup and the oven to make cinnamon rolls. The heat and AC worked really well. This specific unit is in the corner facing the woods so we felt very private and didn’t have any issues or encounters with other guests.

We had a great trip to Hocking Hills and a great stay at Liberty Hill! It was a fantastic cabin! The location was great, just right around the corner from Ash Cave. It was really nice to come and go with everything so close. It was very quiet and peaceful around the cabin and we got to see Bambi wandering around in the mornings, which was very fun for the kids! The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen amenities, games, and all of the little extras that make for a great stay! Check-in and out were both very easy. Talour and Adam were responsive and overall it was a great stay! We will definitely visit again!

Family of four and two dogs- we had a great stay. Jessica was very responsive to any question I had. The house is as pictured and is clean. You wouldn’t know dogs are allowed at this property- everything is spotless. Our kids loved the playroom and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. Our 4Runner had no issues with the driveway.

Cabin was amazing and so relaxing my family enjoyed every moment! The host was great and very nice. My kids said we for sure need to go back can’t wait for are next stay!

Laura’s cabin in Hocking hills was lovely. Clean with great views of the woods. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and was clean. Laura was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to texts. A great weekend getaway!
