Gianluca, figlio del proprietario della struttura, è stato un host perfetto! Sempre disponibile e accurato. La residenza, un magnifico chalet di montagna, è risultata perfetta per la posizione, ottima per raggiungere i principali impianti di risalita. Dopo una giornata trascorsa sulla neve, è stato fantastico godersi lo spaziosissimo e accogliete salone, giocando a carte e sorseggiando un buon vino al calore del camino. Soggiorno a dir poco perfetto. Non posso che consigliare questa residenza!

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Le barbecue et le lave-vaisselle sont un grand bonus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Seul petit bémol : l'escalier intérieur est étroit et raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Autrement, un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit !

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

Villetta abbastanza grande (sufficiente per 6 persone). Ampio giardino recintato ottimo per chi ha cani. Riscaldamento efficiente per la stagione non proprio turistica (capodanno). Un poco piccolo il tavolo da pranzo per 6 adulti (abbiamo spostato il grosso tavolo in cucina per stare più comodi). Dotazione cucina e attrezzature sufficiente. Camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. Host disponibile e check in rapido. L'unica vera mancanza sono state le attrezzature per la pulizia .

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Caro und Tom. Wir hatten für 8 Erwachsene und 1 Kind das Haus gebucht und genug Platz, um gemütlich abends im Ess- oder Wohnzimmer zusammen zu sitzen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und super modern. Die Betten sind neu und sehr bequem. Jedes Zimmer hat zusätzlich zu den Vorhängen eine elektrische Rollo und einen Balkon. Caro war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Alles in allem können wir das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

We were a family of 8 represented by three generations, including one 2 yr. old. We planned our trip months in advance to Malcesine and the communication with Laura beforehand was always quick and hospitable. Laura’s house manger, Gianna (Jeanne) was superb. She greeted us and helped us learn the protocol for parking in the garage underneath the house as well as where things were in the home and the surrounding area. She was caring and always available if we needed anything. The home did not have air conditioning but was cooled by almost constant cross breezes and plenty of fans.. No one was uncomfortable sleeping in the July heat. Although the villa sits on top of the main road, we could not have cared less.. The beauty and character of the home and THE VIEW surpassed all noise. Our grandson was enthralled each morning with watching all the trucks pass by. We felt like “The Durrell’s in Corfu” and had a surprise firework display our last night! High praises! Loved it!!

Great and beautiful house. We absolutely love it. It is beautiful renovated old house from the beginnig of 20. century. Very nicely reconstructed with lot of old details. In the house are two simple kitchens with traditional wibe and some magic in there. Kitchens are simly arrange but you find there everything you needed. House has great position according to ski area Kronplatz. You are 10 min walk from skilifts.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche dort. Luca war immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Villa Romantica ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, das wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt (genug Platz für drei Familien mit fünf Kindern) und wenn das Wetter noch etwas mehr mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und See bestimmt auch noch besser ausnutzen können. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sportlich aktiv zu werden (Wassersport, Biken, Klettern, Wandern und vieles mehr). Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Giuseppe und vor allen Dingen seiner Bekannten vor Ort, Francesca, die sich um den Checkin und alles weitere gekümmert hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Vielen Dank für alles – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern – oder sogar für zwei Familien mit Kindern – bietet es alles, was man sich für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Die Lage ist ideal für Skifahrer, mit schnellen Wegen zu den Pisten, und gleichzeitig ein Traum für Naturliebhaber, denn der Blick auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch ultra praktisch eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Kinder waren so begeistert, dass sie sofort wieder hinfahren wollten – und auch wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für einen perfekten Urlaub in den Bergen!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ein tolles Haus, für die ganze Familie ( 9 Personen mit Hund, Genug Parkplätze für bis zu 5 Autos ) Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee - bis fast nach Sirmione. Herrlich entspannend. Vom Pool super Ausblick auf Monte Baldo und den See. Großer Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Einzelnen. Poolservice kommt wöchentlich. Wir hatten genug Platz vor Allessia Grande um mit allen 9 Personen zu speisen und zu sitzen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Regelmäßig ist Feuerwerk irgendwo am Gardasee. Tolle Aussicht. Fernglas mitnehmen. Der See ist ziemlich groß :-) Wir hatten 2 Wochen und haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt. Olivenbäume und viele mediterrane Kräuter im terrasierten Garten. Man geht und plötzlich riecht es nach Basilikum und Oregano - draufgetreten ... es duftet schön. Rosmarin ausreichend verfügbar :-) Wir behalten es in guter Erinnerung und empfehlen es gerne weiter

Schönes Haus an einer grandiosen Lage. Ideal für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Genügend Schlafzimmer und genügend Badzimmer mit Toiletten. Ideal für dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Absolute Privatsphäre und wenn man das auch will, einfach top. Ein Auto ist zwingend, für das nächst grössere Einkaufszentrum fährt man min. 10 Minuten. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung möchte, dann ist die Liegenschaft genau das Richtige.

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

Прекрасный дом в прекрасном месте. Совет для путешественников: Точно следовать правилам дома и наличие ТС обязательно, т.к. дом расположен удаленно от магазина и озера. Очень хорошие хозяева, с Киарой были разрешены все проблемы лучшим образом. Обязательно внимательно читайте правила в ваучере и вам обеспечен райский отдых.
