Ajit was very nice and generous with his communication. We had some problems with connections and confusion finding our way there from St. Thomas and Ajit was in communication with me the whole time, trying to help me figure out my way. We arrived to meet the wonderful Sonny, one of our highlights was meeting him and getting to know him a little. The views, sunsets, moon-rise, pool, sea, friendly rooster, snorkeling on the beach just below the property, amenities, everything was great. I did not realize the property is shared so closely with two other units, but we were lucky to not have a another guest below us, and never saw the other people in the detached unit below as theirs was more private and they had their own pool. Definitely recommend staying in the pool past 3:00 to avoid the no-see-ums! A highlight of our trip was going to The Baths. A must! Walked up the hill to the Sugarcane restaurant three times! Loved the view from Hog Heaven. The locals were so nice! Thank you!

Villa Amani was perfect and Michelle was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. She met us at the airport and brought us to the house, went over all of the accommodations in the house, recommended restaurants and grocery stores, and even provided a couple Crash Pads (Splat Mats as she called them, which is now how we refer to them). The house has a pool, BBQ, full kitchen, and tons of room to lounge. It’s walking distance to the Baths Beaches and very close (short drive) to Coco Maya (our favorite restaurant in town). We absolutely loved our stay at Island Spice. The views were amazing and every single room had a view. The outdoor furniture was so comfy…I could have stayed out there all day long. The island was very easy to explore and Debbie was great about getting us checked in and showing us around. We had planned to island hop a little but we stayed on Virgin Gorda for four days and definitely could have stayed longer. Plenty of beaches to explore and restaurants. And EVERYONE we met was so friendly. We hope to be back soon!

I had a lovely stay at Cendra’s. I liked my accommodation which was clean and uncluttered. I had my own little place to sit outside with a beautiful view. It was a nice place to watch the sunset. I had everything I could possibly need. Cendra was kind, flexible, helpful and a good communicator. She helped me with local taxis and other local information. I particularly appreciated having cold bottles of water in the fridge when I arrived and also coffee for the mornings. I would definitely recommend staying at Cendra’s.

We loved staying at Flambouyant house in Guavaberry! Awesome ladies running the place - very informative and helpful! Beautiful private beach and awesome location.

Amanda was very communicative and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. With only moments to the pristine beach, the location could not be beat. The resorts pool is literally in the front yard but less you pay the day fee of $100 it cannot be used which felt like a tease. However, if you get the day pass, $75 can go towards a meal at the resort which we did one day and I’d say it was worth it. The home was cozy with enough space, coffee and creamer provided as well as other daily items which we appreciated. We would stay there again for sure. So beautiful!!

We stayed at Sophie after one week sailing. We visited many beaches in Tortola but we found long bay the best. It is quiet yet has restaurants nearby, walks you can do (not easy in Tortola) like going to smugglers cove or Steele point. The apartment has all you can ask for including the much appreciated dishwasher, beach chairs and parasol. Beautiful views to walk up to. What a pleasure to sleep with the noise of the waves and sea breeze. We did not use AC once, slept well and rest. The Bach is easy and sandy, the sunset stunning. The communication with Sophie was easy and if we ever come back to Tortola we would want to come here again. We explored almost all bays in Tortola, each one has is charm but long bay has the best mix. Thank you Sophie for having us!

First of all, the hosts are amazing. Patricia followed up throughout my stay without “hovering.” Alphonso greeted me with patience (it was a long day of travel and my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders!) and a big smile. He suggested we get takeaway from Sebastian’s, an easy walk, before they closed for the evening. The food was delicious. The chicken wings are definitely hot…just as I hoped! Settling in was easy. I immediately felt relaxed especially on the porch listening to the neighborhood settle in and then for coffee the next morning. The beach at Apple Bay is clean, private, the water is stunning to look at and refreshing. Patricia and Alphonsos place is ideal for anyone who appreciates immersing themselves in an off the beaten path location. If you yearn to explore everything Tortola has to offer you can also rent a car directly with Alphonso.

Once you have conquered the incline and the stairs, the penthouse is well appointed, clean and has breathtaking views. The location is wonderful with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Sam and her team were readily available. Would definitely recommend!

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This is a wonderful little hideaway on a quiet beach near the west end. It’s quite modest and perfectly adequate for a couple or a single. Had everything we needed. Val the property manager was waiting for us on arrival and departure, very helpful. Sebastian’s is good food and entertainment. You can get a car from Rhonda at Sebastian’s. Do get to smugglers cove, you can even walk if it’s not too hot! Christian’s communication was great. Enjoy!

Henry was very helpful in the weeks before our arrival and his co-host Aaisha met us in person to provide an orientation. We enjoyed our week there. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, taxi stands, and ferries to the surrounding islands. The apartment is furnished well, has a/c in the bedrooms, and an east-facing veranda which admits a refreshing breeze all day. There’s a great view of the adjacent marina where bareboat charters are available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glance & Smiley’s place! It was cute & clean. We felt right at home. She had lots of amenities, fridge w drinks and snacks for us after a long trip! Having a w/d was a bonus! The property is beautiful and the house is very cool. We appreciated the privacy and loved being able to sit on the porch, enjoying a book and the view. We were happy to find our way to several beaches on Tortola, and into Road Town for a few meals. Otherwise, we stopped at Riteway and picked up food to make meals. If you plan on driving up to Glance’s: Be very aware that BVI drivers are on left side of the road. The hills are very steep at some points, turns are extremely sharp and the BVI drivers are fast. My husband drove, I sat in the passenger seat holding on tight! We would love to stay here again if we are on Tortola! Glance was really the best hostess! Thank you for letting us stay!

Anna-Kaye’s condo was exactly what we wanted! It’s on a beautiful secluded beach with access to the Wyndham Resort amenities that’s located next door. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and only steps from the beach. Michele was our local host and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. She arranged for pickup and drop off to the airport, provided us with a car rental, answered all our questions and provided numerous suggestions. Having a car, we traveled all over Tortola and did day trips to St John, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, Peter Island and Norman Island. Perfect condo, already planning a return trip!

Outstanding views, comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The location is situated near plenty of things to do and was stocked with all of the amenities.

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

Shan’s place at Tobacco Wharf was ideally suited for us - very central, near to Road Town (shops, restaurants, banks etc) with easy access to most parts of the island. The apartment is well set up, clean and very spacious. In its one bedroom format, which as a couple was just what we needed, there was more than enough space with a good size bedroom and the use of two shower rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely villa in the hills overlooking Long Bay. The pool and the view were the star of the show! Tye villa was very clean and comfortable. Thanks Pinky and Louise! You were both wonderful.
