Thanks again for another relaxing stay at “Breakin’ Wind”! It’s been 5 years since our last trip here and we loved coming back to Terra’s place. We especially loved the hot tub, shelling and walks on the beach and seeing the horses again.

Bijan’s place was amazing! My husband and two small children were very comfortable here. The places offers all the comforts of home and all staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was nothing short of great. Not only is there an indoor pool to splash and play in with the kiddos, it is directly across the street from the ocean and in close proximity to so many great restaurants. Definitely a must place stay I guarantee you will love it just as much as we did. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. I would definitely recommend and revisit Kerri’s place.

Igor’s place was excellent! The space was clean, in a fantastic location, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Upon check-in we were welcomed with the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. They offered us local discount cards to use at restaurants during our stay, and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. Xiaoming was always fast with his responses and was very helpful. The resort was spotless and had a comfortable atmosphere, and the sky lounge is most definitely worth the visit! We were provided with complimentary breakfast, a beautiful view, and even a free raffle entry during our breakfast. The room was spotless and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Overall this will be my go to spot to stay during my trips to VA beach from now on, absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in Corolla so much. The house had plenty of space for everyone, the pool was cool and refreshing, the beach was just a short walk away and the horses came by everyday, sometimes walking within arms reach. You definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make the trip up the beach. When the tide is high the water can come all the way up to the dunes in places. Remember to bring a tire gauge! If you want to get away from it all and experience what it's like to live on the edge of the world this house is the perfect place!

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Brooke Send me all your listings so I can book with you again! LOL! Seriously god Bless you Brooke and keep up the great customer service & hosting.

I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

Mona and her home exceeded our expectations. Her rental was exactly as described but I don't think her pictures do it justice. It's in such a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and I wish we had had more time there to enjoy it. The porch was a great entrance for us. We liked having it sort of as a "foyer" to dump our cooler and sports bags, get the dog leashed up to leave, take our shoes off, etc. The bathroom and bedrooms were spacious and so clean. The living area was so comfy and cozy. Everything about her home just made us so happy. She was very generous with supplies and amenities too: Heaters and fans (depending on what you needed), coffee, games, cleaning products, and towels. Her smart tvs were awesome for us to be able to watch our shows. The fire pit with Adirondack chairs and string lights was a great outdoor space. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was very safe and nice to walk our dog around. Mona's communication was timely and so helpful. Really thankful we stayed here!

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed close by, including cafes, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out really easy. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

He was so nice and everything!!

We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 dogs and everybody had a blast. The barn was very clean, cozy, and welcoming when we arrived. They had an essential oil diffuser on which made it smell lovely. There was a little binder left for us with everything we needed to know and some amazing sight seeing recommendations! The bed was comfortable and cooling/heating system worked great. Their stairs are a little steep and didn’t have runners so just keep that in mind with pets. Overall, this stay is perfect for 2 adults and their fur babies! Will definitely be booking again!

What a treat to relax for a few days at Chuck's charming cottage! The house is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We were especially impressed with the well-stocked kitchen. Our pup appreciated the fenced yard, and we loved the pleasant landscaping. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with a small park full of gorgeous live oaks and easy beach access just a couple blocks away. There's also a small shopping center close by with a grocery store and several restaurants. Easy access to the interstate is also a plus. Chuck is a very responsive host, and we also enjoyed some goodies from his thoughtful snack basket. We've stayed in a lot of rentals over the past 20 years, and Chuck's house is among the top properties. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay in a quiet area. We were traveling and simply needed a single night to sleep and relax after visiting my soldier on base in Va beach. Great location and worth the price for 2 bedrooms. Thank you!

The location, the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding! The attention to detail made our stay more pleasant. Our stay was in June with two people.We were there to vacation with our family that was in another hotel. We enjoyed the boardwalk, the ships and the view the moment you walked into the room!

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay in late March. Very convenient location on the broad walk. Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean . Truly an experience , sunrise on the beach priceless. We would definitely like to return in the future.

What a beautiful and serene space for a women’s retreat! It is very obvious that the home is very well loved as well as very special. We all discussed coming back again because we enjoyed the space, the comfort and the scenery very much. We thoroughly enjoyed the great blue heron right outside the window each day as well as breathtaking sunsets. It was hard to get back to the grind after such a beautiful sanctuary weekend away.

The location was great. Two streets walk to the boardwalk and two streets over to Neptune Statue on 30th Street. Supermarket for groceries was across the street from condo. The washer and dryer and dishwasher made everything so easy to keep up with. Keyless entry is perfect. There are many fun things to do in the area that is either a short walk or short drive. Examples are iFly indoor skydiving, parasailing, kayaking with dolphins, riding bikes/skateboards, mini-golf, etc. We had a great time!

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.

Kevin’s place was fantastic for what we needed. It’s clean, quiet, extremely close to the grocery store, and a hop and a skip away from the beach and restaurants. The keypads on the building and the unit itself make coming and going a breeze without having to remember a key. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Kevin!
