The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Enjoyed my visit. Walkable to everything in town, and there are several cool restaurants to choose from. Josh is a great host!

Good location! Walkable to many restaurants and curious shops! It was comfortable for my parents and husband and I. Earplugs are advisable as the home faces a busy street but not so busy as to be uncomfortable or annoying. Definitely would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at multiple properties of hers, and each time has been just as smooth and enjoyable as the last. The access to a washer and dryer, along with a fully equipped kitchen, is a huge plus. Most importantly, my dog felt comfortable, which means everything to me. Highly recommend!

Quaint little town. It was cool down there. I got in late, so I didn't get to go to any of the restaurants or bars.

One of those rare places that has the fortune of a quiet, secluded lot in the city that has quick access to everything in town. Too many nice touches to mention inside and out, resulting in a comfortable and peaceful break from our day to day responsibilities in town. And that falls entirely on our host, who has clearly done this long enough to know when a little note or a bit of something extra in the kitchen can go a long way. Absolutely recommended, we hope to return soon!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We used to live near this property long time ago’, and returning to Fredericksburg is always sentimental for us. The location of this property is the best, within walking distance to the many quaint shops, restaurants and friendly experiences that the historic Fredericksburg has to offer. The apartment is artfully decorated and comfortable. The check in and parking were easy. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I moved down here from Ohio February and we stayed here for two weeks, until we found a home for our family. We were even able to extend our stay for another week, without an issue. James was very responsive and friendly. We had a very peaceful stay, the whole 3 weeks.

We're so happy we found Tyler's place in Richmond!! We have family in the area and this was our third visit to Richmond since they moved out here. We have stayed in other AirBnBs but Tyler's is by far our favorite and we'll hopefully be staying here from now on! The area is amazing -- it's beautiful, historic, and close to EVERYTHING. The downstairs neighbors are so friendly and considerate and Tyler was a communicative and responsive host. We traveled with our two young kids, ages 4 and 1, and were totally at home in the space. There was ample room to spread out and we loved hanging out on the balcony in the mornings and in the evening before bedtime. We all slept great in the bedrooms and the black out curtains in the corner bedroom were especially appreciated -- it made nap time a breeze for my little guy! I really cannot say enough good things about Tyler's place near Cary Street -- it's perfect for families, friends, and couples of all ages! Will hopefully be back soon!

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

This is our third time staying here! Perfect weekend getaway location to hike, see the stars, and enjoy the company of friends.

We had a wonderful time in Williamsburg and really enjoyed our stay at Kings Gate. The unit was very clean, the beds were very comfortable (and I am picky!) We had everything we needed for our stay and felt safe in the gated community. We didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or theater but that is certainly a plus as far as amenities go. I would definitely stay there again. For those of you who might be hesitant to stay in a time share community, it was not a problem in the least for us. When getting our parking pass they offered a free stay at another time if we would listen to a presentation. When we declined they were very polite and did not push the issue, which was most appreciated.

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

Michael's place was nice. Lots to do if you have children and very close to all things williamsburg has to offer. I would recommend
