From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

The condo was exactly as described. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Chris and Abby were great at responding to all our questions.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

Great place in a great location. Extremely homey and comfortable. Balcony off the master bedroom is just lovely. Very responsible and accommodating hosts.

This is in a great spot for swim meets at the christiansburg aquatic center. It’s very easy to get to and the place is excellent for our family of 4. Kim is a great host, super responsive and accommodating.

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

Traci was an excellent host. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. My family stayed here for a couple weeks during a move and it was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Traci even provided a new crock pot just before our arrival after I had asked if one was available.

Kaleab's home was so beautiful and inviting! It really does have everything you need and more. We cooked almost every breakfast and every night for dinner to save on our trip and it really had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful TVs, the built in shelves and marble kitchen and bathrooms, and Master bathroom. That tub was amazing and I'm only sad I didn't spend more time in it. It was such an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking the sites downtown. Kaleab checked on us every day from before check in until after. And was super responsive to all messages we sent. I saw other reviews about the garage. We have a Subaru outback and got in and out easily. We were there a whole week and we loved it so much it was hard to leave. I will definitely check on this place if we ever come to DC again. Thanks again Kaleab!

What a beautiful home! Finding our condo was a little confusing the first day, but no problems after that. The area was beautiful, we love the mountains. There was plenty to do, even if you're not a skier. There were plenty of movies, games, etc. for the entire family. The cupboards were stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, mugs. We stayed for a week, and we were going until the day we left. Charlotte was a wonderful host, very responsive to any concerns we had. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The home’s location was everything! With many restaurants, shopping, and the metro all walking distance - it was awesome! Also, Brian’s home felt like home away from home. He prepped for our stay successfully and so nicely! Thanks Brian for a wonderful stay!

Didn't have a single issue while we were there. Fans were provided in every bed room. Beds were comfortable. Couch was great. Kitchen was equipped for basic meals. Bathrooms were clean! And towels were provided and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and will be the first place I look into if I go back.

Nice place to stay and we stayed for a month without any issues. Comes with so many white and clean towels, we were very happy about choosing the place as our temporary home.

Tim & Cindi’s place was great and we would definitely stay again. There was a little snafu with the new lock placed on the front door, but we reached out to Tim & Cindi, got a response right away, and they helped us to be safely inside within a few minutes. Wonderful home - clean and updated. We both slept great on the beds. We spent most of our time working, but we ordered food in from local restaurants. Koreans BBQ was our favorite. All-in-all, it was an excellent stay. You won’t be disappointed!

My staff and I have returned to Matt’s place because he never fails to be a responsive and hospitable host. You can tell that he goes above and beyond with his kindness, amenities, and home decor. His house is beautiful and we hope to keep coming back :)

We selected this home to have a convenient location to join local family for holiday celebrations. It worked out perfectly. 4 bdrms and 3 full baths gave us plenty of space. Great location inside the beltway. Really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for our needs.

Daniel has a hidden gem ! It was my and my boyfriend’s first time in DC and this place was perfect! It’s about 20 mins from Downtown and it’s located by a lot of other amazing shops. The place was very clean, we opted for cooking and Daniel had mostly everything including basic ingredients. The Washer/Dryer and Space heaters were definitely a favorite! & we also were able to extend our checkout time by a few hours with no problem! We will definitely be back ! Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and is in a very convenient location for exploring DC. David was quick to respond to every question we had.

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.

My family (spouse, toddler and newborn +pets) stayed at Kathryn’s for several months. We felt right at home. The house had lots of toys for my toddler to enjoy and we used the basement room as a dedicated play room. Great living space, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Kathryn and her husband were both very responsive and helpful. Whether you are staying for a few nights or long-term like my family, I would highly recommend this place for the location and family friendly stay.
