A gem of a place with Wifi, big parking space, fully private, garden, pet friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Mr. Kumar is a wonderful host. He was already there to greet us. Very responsive. Suggested good eating places nearby. Property was very well maintained, easy to find, lovely location and justified the price completely. We could stay for one night this time but will love to stay again in future. A big thankyou ❤️

It is a charming place with unique layout and the decor is beautiful. Ms.Nasreen is very responsive, friendly and made sure to make us feel at home. I would definitely return to this place whenever I visit Visakhapatnam and would recommend it to my friends and family.

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

This place is very clean and professionally managed, everything is taken care of well. The apartment is very well maintained, and all required things are in place, including utensils etc. Bharath is proactive, he ensured we were settled well, and called a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a manager available all the time to help with anything needed. This place is also close to major attractions so one of the best places to stay in Vizag. Had a wonderful time.

We booked our stay for a week as a family of 5. This being our first AirBnB stay exceeded expectations in every sense. The host wasn’t just responsive and helpful but at times went out of her way to help us out. The flat/apartment itself is exquisitely designed with custom interior work, very comfy beds furnished to the highest standards and large balconies overlooking green hills. The stand out feature for us was the open play kitchen and dining space (check out the photos) where we spent ages as a family over food, catching up and playing card games! Did I mention that the entire flat is incredibly well lit with natural light!?The high end apartment building is located in a great part of the city, well connected to most places. It also comes with the bonus of an apparel store right in the ground floor so when we managed to get plenty of shopping done too as a bonus! Overall, I’d rate our stay, the apartment and the host very highly and would recommend this place to others! 5 stars

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Its proximity to the beach and great restaurants made it the perfect location. The amenities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed there for a couple of days. The house was clean with AC in both bed rooms and hall. There is a TV in hall and in bed room. Needs were neat. Refrigerator and Washing machine - Did not use them. ACs came in handy as it got very hot though there were floor above them. The only complaints I had were the comode in King size bedroom is shaking and needs fix. Secondly, the parking spot has a leaking pipe above it. Thirdly, bedside power outlets in both rooms are loose/needs replacement. Apart from that it's a great option to stay. Would suggest my friends and relatives when they visit Vizag for sure.

Great choice. I had a short but enjoyable stay. Restaurants in the area are good and the location is well connected to all major centres in the city.

It’s a perfect place to stay with family and manage your business around. The location is very central in Seethammadhara and even for Vizag. The rooms are great along with all said facilities. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience, well maintained flat, perfectly suitable to family with kids. This place is close by to many eatery joints walkable. Apt location to get Ola/Uber, Rapido etc to drive around the city.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos—plenty of room to relax and feel at home. It was also super clean, which made settling in really easy. Easy to find with clear directions from the host, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were well thought out—everything from kitchen essentials to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Would definitely recommend and book again!
