Exceeded our expectations! The beat host you can ever have. There were no issues throughout our stay. He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations. Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning home on Bohol Island. Nestled in nature, it offered the perfect retreat to disconnect and fully enjoy life with all the comforts of 5-star treatment. The private sea access was a highlight—snorkeling right in front of the property was truly magical. The onsite team, led by the wonderful May and supported by the ever-helpful Dean, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Every moment of our vacation was pure bliss. The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr umsorgt. Wir konnten problemlos früher einchecken und er hat uns im Vorfeld ein sehr gutes Motorbike vermittelt, das uns bei unserer Ankunft vom Besitzer gebracht wurde. Vor Ort war immer jemand ansprechbar und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Alles.

I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! Clean, comfortable and convenient. It was a great place for visiting family. Located in the middle of town, everything is within a comfortable walk or short trike ride away.

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

We booked this place on short notice and loved it! We were staying in a different location in town and the hotel we were at was very loud and uncomfortable so we checked out early and luckily Leah’s place was available! It was perfect. Walkable to restaurants but also in a quiet location. Very clean place, comfy beds, and lovely patio/yard that was a nice place to relax. We felt right at home here! Thank you!

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Amazing and Awesome to say the least. Last month we did a review, this month will do another one and will keep doing so and will love doing so all the time. The place, the great people and the service keeps getting better and better, "par excellence" may be an understatement. Will be coming back again to stay in this lovely sanctuary this month. Very peaceful place with a view of the mountain. The place is quite big than the normal accommodation which is really good.

One of the most relaxing stays in Bohol. David, the host, is incredibly accommodating - when we arrived hours early, he let us drop our luggage while we grabbed lunch, then welcomed our family with a tour and local recommendations. The property sits in a local neighborhood just minutes from Alona Beach, giving us an authentic experience. The private pool was the highlight, perfect for morning and evening swims after exploring. David's helper Tata made our stay special by sharing native spinach, letting us pick malunggay, and providing banana leaves for our BBQ. They even lent us their grill to cook outside. A wonderful experience overall - highly recommend for anyone visiting Panglao.

Nice condominium at 2 minutes distance from the mall Ayala Center, with free access to a swimming pool as well as a gym. Leia was very helpful and came frequently to clean the unit. We also had our clothes washed and dried in less than 24 hours, thanks to her. We were delighted with our stay.

I LOVE this unit it set for living.Very homey atmosphere! Very clean and anything you need at home they have it! specially the kitchen things. Dennis and his team (including his wife) very accomodating , kind ,helpful and friendly. Dennis is responsive with all the inquiries you need to know . Few step is the most popular D-Mall 24/7 food,shop etc. I will definitely comeback and stay all over again in Dennis unit. My home in Boracay ❤️

This was at a prime location, right in front of the Sugbo Mercado. Check-in was flexible and easy. Unit was clean and spotless, we enjoyed our stay here. :)

Rene's unit made our Bacolod stay very happy, safe and comfortable. It surpassed our expectation. More than the usual basics though are these little surprises, a jug of drinking water, a lint roller, detergent powder, coffee, sugar etc. ( our first time to have these in an Airbnb ) The hosts were very responsive and helpful. So when in Bacolod, check this out. You would love staying in this place.

What a wonderful stay! Peter and Rowena were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great tips and local recommendations. The property is a little paradise – stunning sunsets, a lush, well-kept garden, and an amazing chemical-free pool that we loved relaxing in. The bungalow itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a large fridge, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept us cool even on the hottest days – we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the dogs – they’re so friendly and playful, and really added to the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. We’d absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The best (from our three) accommodation in Boracay we stayed. We absolutely loved privacy villa provided us with. The style, the vibe and the accommodating atmosphere was great. Thanks a lot to Jerry for being so so so helpful and welcoming, arranging our transportation, laundry and even printing some documents for us. Thanks to the hosts for welcome fruits, milk and coffee, these little things really make difference and create a holiday vibe. Definitely worth stay here again.
