Our go-to host in Bacolod! Cleo puts the guest's comfort in mind which we can see from how she furnished the place. Using a smart doorlock and having a parking space with the rental is a big plus. And of course, pet friendly!

Place was nice! Cozy and clean. Helpful staff in reception. Pool on 4th level balcony was awesome. My partner and I felt right at home. The extra television in the bedroom was a nice touch. Starbucks, 7-eleven, restaurant and laundromat was close enough to walk. Host (Marc) was easy to communicate with and took good care of us. Very polite. Thank you so much!

I love the location. very peaceful , clean and convenient place. Many people jogging around the IT park and there are few street food stands and very nice cafe call The Spring ( open at 8 am ) We enjoyed morning jogging , gym facilities and swimming at the top of the building with amazing views. Hot water had an enough water power. There is a laundry shop at the ground floor and it was very useful. The host Jermey is responsible person. There is a department store and Ayala mall , just 7-8 min walk distance . 2 big supermarket has everything you need. Also 7 eleven everywhere. We had big luggages and not much storage space but it was only one night , that was ok !! The view from window was beautiful!! Roof top seining pool and amazing view is such a bonus!! Thank you !

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! Ma’am Marites was very accommodating, very quick to respose and she makes sure that your needs are attended. This unit has been our unit whenever me and my collegues go to Cebu.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Zhenrentals. The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Ma'am Love and Sir Ariel were exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to all the local attractions. The only thing that caught us off guard was the solar-powered electricity. We did get a bit nervous every time the power went out, unsure if it would be restored. Once we understood how it worked, we felt more at ease, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're unfamiliar with solar energy. All in all, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We can’t wait to return in the future!

The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your great home.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.
