Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

Really nice place and a great, responsive host. Would certainly recommend.

今回は6泊させて頂きました。フィリピンへは合計12泊の旅で私と妻は国内からセブへ、家族は国内からセブへ、仲間は国外から近くのマクタンビーチ沿いコテージへ複雑な旅でした。初日のチェックイン時に家族のフライトの関係で遅くなりスムーズにアシストしてくれました。翌日は立地がよく仲間達との連携もしやすくセブシティ市街へのアクセスも十分です。ここの場所はマクタン島の真ん中です。設備はウォーターサーバーがありとりあえず手ぶらでチェックインしても問題ありませんでした。コンドミニアム入り口すぐにサリサリストアとセブンイレブンが近いです。中日で家族で料理をする際もキッチンの道具が揃っており完璧です。市場へは車で15分で新鮮なシーフードを調理できました。キッチン設備は10人分でも余裕でした。懸念していた片付け等もハウスキーパーが親切で問題ありません。また子供たちも出かけたあとプールに入れてご満悦でした。屋上の景色も朝夜共に最高です。インターネットも光ファイバーで問題ありません。最終日に突然のフライト延長で延泊を申し出ましたが快く延泊対応して頂けました。またセブに行った際は是非利用させて頂きます。

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

We stayed for 6 weeks and had a great stay! The photos matched the actual place. Accessible to everything you may need. Roldan is very responsive and helpful. We will surely book this place again when we go back to Cebu.

Enjoyed our stay at this new Airbnb. Location was accessible to Ayala mall and there is a convenience store and bakeshop on the ground floor that is open 24/7. Annie’s place was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a smell though, coming out from the drain and we were told it was probably because the drain hasn’t been used as it was new and the host was aware of it during the turnover of the unit. It was really the biggest downside during our stay as we constantly cleaned the toilet in the hopes of removing the smell, but to no avail. Nevertheless, Annie responded to our concerns and we still liked the place overall. Comfortable bed, had basic cutleries and crockeries, decent sized fridge, safe and secure neighbourhood, 24/7 security, and a responsive host. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay whilst still staying in the city center.

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Great stay, very good location. Clean, great value. Very sweet host. The only thing i would change is the towels they were much too small. They even had water filter for the shower head! I would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Juan’s Airbnb was fantastic! The accommodation was very private and surrounded by beautiful nature—perfect for nature lovers looking for a peaceful escape. Juan was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The location was also great, close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was being able to rent a scooter directly from Juan, which made getting around super convenient. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in nature with a great host!

I recently stayed at a fantastic Airbnb in Butuan City with my fiancée, April, and it was an unforgettable experience. April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Superbe villa avec une très belle piscine Très bel extérieur pour prendre des photos en famille ou amis Chambre climatisée plusieurs salle de bain et espace pour se détendre Jeph était présent h24 pour nous aider niveau barbecue, course et tout les transports pour bouger sur l île sans lui on aurait été un peu perdu encore merci à lui!! Il est très discret, s occupe des lumières de la piscine et du ménage en plus d être très sympathique!! :) Possibilité de prendre le scooter pour bouger et acheter des choses Ils ont un van a disposition pour les sorties moyennant finances mais à bon prix Nous étions 11 et on a passé un super séjour !! On reviendra avec grand plaisir!!

It was a great place and we had an amazing stay - way better than I expected. Everything was pristine and in order. The bed was more than comfortable. The CR was clean and complete. All appliances are functional. I ran into a problem, and the host was so kind enough to go an extra mile (even literally) to help. Host's services and unit are all excellent in every way. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

The place was so cozy, visually appealing and relaxing. The kitchen utensils were in good shape. Food supplies (snacks and drinks) were available for sale in the fridge and pantry. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Would surely come back to this place next time.

This apartment is great for families. My husband, mom, 18-month old, and I stayed here for about 2 weeks visiting nearby family. I specifically booked this place since it seemed toddler-friendly. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, 2-feet pool for toddlers, and a nice playground and playroom for toddlers as well. My daughter was asking to go swimming and go to the playground everyday. When we weren’t visiting family, it was nice to have something for my daughter to do that was nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. If we ever had any issues, Jessica was quick to respond. Our only complaint is that the internet speed was very slow during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

I have wonderful stay at this place. The host is bery responsive to my queries about the unit. The unit is clean and smells good. Their free biscuit and ice cream is great, and their coffee to! I will choose this place again if I visit Bacolod some other time.
