Alles Top, ich würde hier sofort wieder buchen. Durch einen kleinen Weg etwas von der Hauptstraße entfernt und daher sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Mabait and considerate po because she let us extend some more hours to stay just to kill time while waiting for our flight. They have good amenities, guards are all welcoming. If you want a peaceful place to sleep you can consider this place Mivesa Garden Residences. Not too crowded, near to some food establishment. Easy to find. 👍

My stay was incredible from start to finish. The place looked exactly like the photos—modern, clean, and super stylish. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just 10-metres to the beach and right in the heart of Bulabog. While it's a bit more expensive than other options in the area, it’s 100% worth it. You really get what you pay for—comfort, convenience, and great service. Easily one of the best stays we’ve had in Bulabog. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The staff are accommodating. They helped us rent bikes. The breakfast was good, too. Overall, we had a chill stay at Sta. Fe. Thanks SYKE for hosting us.

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

Rose is an amazing host, the communication was very easy, the place neat and as shown on pictures. Great value for money! The swimming pool very useful and nice! The host arranged a pick up to and from the port/ airport so it was extremely comfortable and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend Rose and her place. Thank you for having us!

Good stay for a group, pool onsite, options for long term stays..

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Sascha’s Place. Charmina est très accueillante et disponible; elle avait déjà prévu un scooter à louer avant notre arrivée et elle nous a appelé un transport lors de notre départ. Nous avons aussi aimé pouvoir utiliser la cuisine commune. Le site est magnifique. L’emplacement est un peu à l’écart des points touristiques (restaurants, plages) , mais ce n’était pas un enjeu pour nous puisque toutes les distances se font facilement en 10-20minutes en scooter. Le seul inconvénient était la quantité d’insectes (blattes) dans la chambre le soir; l’hôte s’en est excusé et nous a dit qu’elle remédierait à la situation. Autrement, la chambre était très propre. Nous recommandons ce logement!

Had a fantastic stay in Mactan, in this very tidy, well kept, comfortable and clean space. Great host, friendly communication from Lester and Christine and a absolutely great amenities.

Brixie and Laurie are great hosts! Had to check in very early and last min due to an emergency and they were able to cater my request without any issue! The place is clean too, has gym and pool and most of all pet friendly.

As I have said, you must know your local locations or at least do some research where to go to avoid confusion. And always check the host message through Airbnb platform, for your address and check in instructions.

It was worth the price knowing how cheap it was for a 2-bedroom place.

We didn't get our unit on our first day due to a conflict at another booking site according to Faith but we were assisted to proceed to another unit. It was small but it was fine since its just me and my partner. But the following day we transferred to our booked unit and it was good. We rented a motor for 300 and it was worth it. Used it to go to other places like Ruins and CampSawi. Highly recommended. A lot of stores around the house. Ate Nik is very friendly and attend to all of our needs. Thanks Ate Nik <3

Very nice beach, staff incredibly kind and welcoming, food is really good. The room is big and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Sir Gab and Ms. Pat were kind and accommodating hosts. They responded promptly to all our inquiries, and the place looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was spotless, and all the listed amenities were available and in great condition. The unit is conveniently located near various establishments. You can easily order food through Grab, and there’s also a carinderia downstairs. Upon our arrival, Sir Gab warmly welcomed us and assisted with the check-in process. During check-out, Ms. Pat was also present and even kindly offered to help us arrange transportation. Overall, our stay was great! I now know exactly where to stay whenever I'm in Butuan!

The place is Superb! It was an amazing experience, the place is very nice, the room is fine for it's price. Tho the location is a bit hard to locate, but the overall experience is best! 🫶🏼
