The place was amazing and very cozy. We had a great time with my family and all daily stuff you need is provided. Pamela was very responsive and friendly and will be renting this place again soon.

good accommodation

I love the location. very peaceful , clean and convenient place. Many people jogging around the IT park and there are few street food stands and very nice cafe call The Spring ( open at 8 am ) We enjoyed morning jogging , gym facilities and swimming at the top of the building with amazing views. Hot water had an enough water power. There is a laundry shop at the ground floor and it was very useful. The host Jermey is responsible person. There is a department store and Ayala mall , just 7-8 min walk distance . 2 big supermarket has everything you need. Also 7 eleven everywhere. We had big luggages and not much storage space but it was only one night , that was ok !! The view from window was beautiful!! Roof top seining pool and amazing view is such a bonus!! Thank you !

We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. The LG television we enjoyed the most because its 4k. We watched a lot of our favorite music videos and watched Netflix a lot 😅 the unit is in 5th floor so there’s quite a view from the bedroom. We tried the pool in the 28th floor and enjoyed it too. It was an indoor pool so I was able to enjoy swimming even if it’s around noon time. I liked that. The condo is inside Cebu IT Park which is walking distance to basically EVERYTHING! We liked it so much we almost considered moving there permanently! 😆 Thank you Annie for a stress-free, smooth overall experience and stay.

MGs place is a studio unit but huge enough to accommodate a group or family. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, linens smells good, has stong wifi, Netflix has subscription so you don’t need to sign in your own account,AC is really cold, basic kitchen needs are available plus this is located right across sm cebu. Also, MG a very accommodating host. He answers questions promptly, gives clear instructions about room checkin, and gives you info about the things you have to know such as the rules of the condo, etc. If you need parking, MG can assist in booking you a parking spot. Kudos go the guards and friendly front desk personnel as well. Checking in and checkouts are smooth. Overall, I’ll recommend this place.

Marn's is a excellent host I had a little issue with my keys and she was able to provide a alternative way to get back in the apartment. Very responsive even though she was away so I high recommend her place. Just some feed back that they should mention if you rent car that you will be charged for parking if you stay over night I was under the impression it was included.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

If you are a minimalist, this is the right place for you. However, if you are planning to spend most of the day in the city, this place is quite far from most of the malls, but transportation is not a problem.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. There were ample towels and linen, which is important for large families. Everything was exactly as described and we want to stay there again on our next visit.

The place is beautiful and very clean, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Even when we lost the motorcycle key, they were very understanding and helped us right away. It’s a bit far from the main tourist spots in Sta. Fe, but the place is great, and the prices of the goods inside the house are very affordable. Highly recommended!

Мы прожили тут месяц. В целом, нам было очень комфортно. Из окна открывался потрясающий вид, квартира была чистой и уютной, на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Но есть и минус - так как мы работаем удаленно, нам нужен стабильный и сильный WI-FI, но его не было. Скорость была в среднем 5 мб/с. Нам приходилось каждый день ездить в кафе и работать оттуда, соответственно тратить дополнительные деньги на рестораны и транспорт, на что мы не рассчитывали. В остальном мы советуем это жилье и хозяина! Но только не для тех, кто работает из дома.

The place offers great value for the price—clean, well-located, and comfortable for the cost. The staff were very accommodating and made the stay more pleasant. However, there was some water ponding in the comfort room, particularly around the water closet, which could be improved for better convenience. Providing a cleaning tool to push the water would also be helpful. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a small fix, it would be even better!

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu erreichen und der check in lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und man hat aus dem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung enthalten, top! Ein 7/11 ist direkt in der Nähe, um Waschmittel und weiteres zu kaufen. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und meldet sich schnell, wenn du Fragen hast 👍🏼 Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Haben die Wohnung ausgewählt, um recht nah am Hafen zu sein, für einen Trip nach Bohol.

The place itself is really fantastic. It’s quiet, peaceful and you can just enjoy the scenery. There’s available shuttle that can bring you to the beach. However, if you want to go the city mall, station 1,2, 3 etc better to utilize the hop on and hop off bus if you are alone.. the e tricycle is a bit pricey. The host was also responsive. I highly recommend this place for family who are planning to have a vacation. For sure you will enjoy it. It’s worth it.

Angelica’s was a great host. Very accommodating and great communication. We stayed for 10 days and it was great. The area has a lot of restaurants and convenience store to get supplies as needed. We will be staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerome/Alan’s place. The unit was clean and comfortable, perfect location —near the airport, malls, and tourist spots. Alan was very accommodating and helpful at all times. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend ❤️
