This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Elis se mostró muy atenta y amable, su casa era acojedora y estaba muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda, el baño amplio y la cocina muy equipada. Muy recomendable si quieres alojarte en un lugar bien de precio para luego moverte por la zona, ya que el pueblo de Calalzo es pequeño y tranquilo.

Senza parole… esperienza unica … ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Susi è il marito sono delle persone meravigliose. Prenotate senza esitare… troverete a disposizione qualsiasi cosa desiderate…. L unica pecca che ritornerete a casa con il magone .Grazie di cuore di tutto. A presto

Andrea's Apt is perfect: if you want to visit Venice, you walk 5 min to the local public transport station and get directly to Venice in about 20 minutes. the apt is big, and clean. you'll find everything you need to cook, eat, rest. 2 tvs, wi-fi connection, wash machine...what else?? best choice for a family with kids or 2 couples (there are 2 bathrooms!). Daniela who helps Andrea with the guests is very kind and always available. I will definetely suggest this location.

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s home. The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet and green area, yet very close to everything. It has everything you might need, making it a perfect place to stay. We stayed as a family and felt completely at ease. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Valeria is an excellent host, very kind and attentive. If we visit Padova again, we would definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.
