Vista Alegre, Carabanchel : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Such a pleasure to stay at Ana’s place! We didn’t want to leave. The apt is lovely—quiet, safe, and clean. The location is superb—a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with so much to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Siamo stati veramente bene, l'alloggio è nuovo, arredato con molto gusto ed attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto è funzionato bene, il signor Santiago è stato molto disponibile e proattivo. La zona deliziosa, molto silenziosa, pulita, residenziale, con la comodità di servizi commerciali sia di piccola che media distribuzione e trasporti vicinissimi. Tutto comodo e molto ben collegato anche con Madrid. Una caratteristica in più legata a rendere anche poetico il nostro soggiorno è stata la presenza di centinaia di cicogne sui tetti di tutte le case intorno. Se torneremo in futuro speriamo proprio di trovare ancora libero questo alloggio.

Todo bien, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor. Puede mejorar la limpieza. La zona muy tranquila, hay muchas tiendas y sitios para comer, el acceso es muy fácil y cerca como de centro igual del aeropuerto.

This spot in Chamberí was perfectly located for us to explore a slightly different part of Madrid! The apartment was spacious yet cozy, exactly what we needed to relax after some long days exploring the city.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

Optamos por ese departamento para pasar una noche en nuestro camino de Vigo a Barcelona. Pudimos pasear un poco por Madrid primero y luego fuimos a dormir al departamento a unos 30min del centro. La ubicación es perfecta ya que al otro día ya estábamos a 10min de coger la A2 rumbo Barcelona. El departamento cumple con las expectativas. Limpio y ordenado. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. El pueblo es chico, pero hay varios supermercados donde pudimos comprar cosas para la cena y desayuno. Muy recomendable

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

第一次体验当地的居民区，虽然是第一次到访马德里，但是住在一个local的区域也是一种别样的体验，能够明显的感觉到这个区域是比较干净，安全，相对中产以上的区域，与市区某些地区的脏乱差真的形成鲜明的对比，工业风的设计真的让人眼前一亮，同时很多的材料皆为废物利用，可见房东对于可持续环保理念的坚持

Very enjoyable stay in Miguel’s apartment. It was great for us 4 friends that we were able to have a bedroom each. Nice touch to provide shampoo and shower gel and the hairdryer was excellent. Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the Palace. Weather was unfortunately very wet and cold during our stay so we appreciated the blankets in the wardrobes. We also used the heating setting of the air conditioning unit. Miguel and Jhonny were very responsive and welcoming and Jhonny met us at the apartment to show us round. The only thing we would have liked was a kettle - we had to boil water in a pan for our cups of tea but this was a minor thing! We would certainly recommend this apartment for a stay in Madrid. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Elena's place and would recommend it. Elena was very responsive and let us get in to the apartment early as our flight was a morning arrival......so she didn't leave us out on the streets thankfully. Of course the apartment had easy access to all of the Madrid attractions and the fun neighborhoods of Chueca & Malasana. The apartment was as described and satisfied our needs. The streets will echo with sound of people reveling on the weekend, but we enjoy the nightlife as well so no complaint here especially since we live in New York City which is louder :-) . As others have mentioned, the windows have shudders to keep down the noise Two items: we had difficulty with the opening of the 2nd entrance door, not sure if it was the lock or the key.... 5 or 6 attempts each time we returned, but we got in....also, we had a hard time figuring out how to make the washing machine work as a dryer even after watching 5 You Tube videos of instructions...maybe it was us?

We had a very nice stay here. We took an Uber from the airport for 30E and it was easy to find. We arrived before check in, but the cleaning crew let us leave our bags in the apartment. The Royal Palace is across the street and you can even see it from the living room windows. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see during our short visit. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The laundry machine (washed and dried clothes) was easy to use, and detergent was provided. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well stocked, and even had coffee capsules. Overall this apartment was perfect for our long stopover and we would recommend!

Nous avions loué le logement d Edouardo pour aller visiter l université européenne de Madrid et visiter Madrid. Je vous conseille cet appartement très pratique et bien situé. Bruno

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was comfortable for our family of 6 (including 3 kids). It’s in an incredible neighborhood in Madrid, close to restaurants, shops, and playgrounds. It’s also close to the Madrid Metro and is in the heart of all the action. The host gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. This is definitely a 5 star apartment!

Carlos is a Top Host paying attention even to the deal details. Topp Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage! Fast alles im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr sauber! Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig und privat. Igor ist jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell.
